He worked on it all day on Saturday and found thing's I'd never even considered. All were complex electronic issues. John found all the problems and fixed without changing a single part (The lot I'd bought the car from swapped out the engine but did a crappy job. Just returned from Ballenger Auto Body & Repair after they had completed rust removal/repair on…read moreboth the body and bed of our 2008 Ford F250 Super Duty Quad Cab. The work that was completed was both meticulously thorough and highly professional. Completed work included, but was not limited to, 1) Removal of a severely rusted driver side front door sill/pan. Edwin exceeded our expectation by ultimately cutting out the sill/pan for both the front and rear doors and welding in a perfectly fitting replacement! Additionally he sanded and painted the bottom edges of all four doors so both sides now look like new. He also removed our bed to skillfully repair/ replace a severely rusted cab corner and to remove/treat areas that had surface rust with an appropriate undercoating. While the bed was off the truck he also replaced the rusted bed supports and even replaced the rust damaged spare-tire lift gear. And that's not all.....when I dropped our truck off my wife had followed me in our 2009 Subaru Forester and during the one hour trip her Check Engine light had came on. I mentioned it to Edwin and within minutes he diagnosed the problem and successfully repaired it. The entire experience was above and beyond! Thank you Edwin.....

This was at 12:00 on a saturday. After a 2 hour wait the driver called me and apologized saying that it was a bit "choppy" out was how he stated it and he would be here in another 30 mins. 45 mins later I got another call saying it would be another 10 - 15 mins until his arrival. Now 3 hours in to this fiasco, the driver arrived and looked at the truck. After stating that he wouldn't do 200 that was told to me and could only go to 150 I asked to speak to the owner who argued with me over the phone about the relivence of the truck in today's market. Scrap value alone on this truck is 500 or so just for the weight. After arguing with him I spoke with my wife and we decided to just take the 150 for it and be done with it. The owner of this business has shameful morals to his customers and his word means nothing. All in all if you use these guys just be wary that your are not going to get what was promised to you and it's going to take much more time to get the little they offered. All in all I would say the truck driver was courteous and easy going to deal with but the business as a whole is a waste of your time. Dont do it.

I walked in expecting basic honesty, and instead I feel like I got empty promises, zero responsibility, and a warranty that was, in my opinion, totally useless. I bought a 2017 Jeep Wrangler, and the problems hit almost immediately. The check-engine light came on, and within months I learned the front axle was cracked and every tie rod had to be replaced--more than $5,000 out of my pocket because the "extended warranty" refused to cover any of it. A few months later, the oil pump failed, then the transmission failed. Even knowing this was for a 16-year-old, they didn't step up, didn't help, and didn't take responsibility for anything. Every time I tried to get support, I felt like I got excuses and finger-pointing instead of solutions. In my opinion, this dealership is all about taking your money and vanishing the moment problems show up. Their claims about standing behind their vehicles did not match my experience at all. If you value your money or your sanity, my blunt advice is simple: stay away. Don't stop, don't think twice--just keep driving right past them. I would never want anyone to go through what I did.
