The general manager and accounting manager said that I can buy something to fix it. Why? The service light came on a few weeks of having the car. I went back not the dealership multiple times and nothing happened. After 30 day, I was told to file a claim with the warranty company. Why? The manager Keith was in a car accident and he said that's why nothing was done. The general manager did nothing as well. Wow!!! That's how Easterns on Reisterstown Rd handles their customers. But no surprise that I ended up falling in love with the Mercedes GLE 53 AMG coupe! I really like that they don't let people test drive most of their vehicles.
