I had the manager remove them and I asked for a refund. I've contacted them to ask when will I receive my almost $900 refund and have not heard back from them nor have I received my refund - it's been over two months.

I was charged extra also because they had to work a little harder to get the lug nuts off. 2. After getting service, the vehicle ride is almost identical to what is was before. No mention of anything to me regarding what they did or did not do. I had to rush out due to another engagement I had to get to. 3. I have D rated tires and after consulting BF Goodrich, I set the tires to 52 psi all the way around. They inflated my tires to the pressure noted on the car door plaque for E rated tires (60 psi front and 75psi rear)- pressures read 60 left front, 63 right front, 70 left rear and 75 right rear. 4. Lastly, the inspection report they do for free noted the tire pressure on both the fronts was 60 before and after, and 75 before and after, which is not correct based on what I brought in and what I noted while driving away. Everything else was checked green. Makes me wonder if an inspection was really performed. All that said, Ean and the rest who were working the service desk were very polite. I'm not sure what service was done, and had it been done correctly, I would have noticed a difference - value wasn't worth the result.

I specifically needed to schedule an appointment with a loaner car, since I planned to drop my vehicle off after work so it could be diagnosed and repaired the next day. Instead, I was placed on hold by the call center for over 30 minutes, then bounced to another call center representative who asked the exact same questions all over again. After all that time, I was told that while the call center can schedule appointments, loaner car requests must be handled directly by Sterling Subaru. The problem is that Sterling Subaru does not publish a direct local number, and the only option is to wait hours--or even days--for a callback. The change in management over a year ago has clearly made customer service a very low priority. What should be a straightforward service request turned into a drawn-out, inefficient, and frustrating process. If I could give this part of the service a negative star, I would.

When we arrived, the vehicle wasn't even available for a proper test drive because it was still being prepared. The sales staff told us we should go ahead and complete the paperwork because the vehicle could be sold to someone else if we waited. They also told us that if we drove it afterward and didn't like it, we could simply change our minds. Based on those assurances, we moved forward before having the opportunity to properly test drive the vehicle. We were also told the rear brakes would be replaced and the windshield would be repaired/replaced before we took delivery. Because of those promises, we waited about a week before picking up the vehicle. When we finally received it, neither repair had been completed. After taking ownership, I began noticing a significant vibration at highway speeds. I took the vehicle for a Maryland Safety Inspection, where additional issues were identified, including worn upper control arms. The rear brakes measured approximately 3/32", indicating they had not been replaced as we had been told. While further diagnosing the vibration, I also discovered a broken driveshaft bolt at the rear differential. This experience left me questioning how thoroughly the vehicle was inspected and whether the repairs I was told would be completed were ever actually performed. I understand that used vehicles can have unexpected issues, but I expect honesty and accurate representation. Customers should be able to fully inspect and test drive a vehicle before signing paperwork, and promised repairs should be completed before delivery--not simply promised. My advice to anyone considering purchasing here is to insist on a complete test drive, get every promised repair in writing, verify the work has actually been completed before taking delivery, and consider having the vehicle independently inspected.
