Amazing customer service; came here for a helmet and called ahead to book an appointment (required).

He took the time to physically go and lay eyes on the car to be sure it was there. I went to the dealership the next day with a time crunch. I wound up pivoting and test driving 3 different cars. Bob was patient, informed, and helpful. I ultimately bought a different R1 T and Josue in finance was equally helpful.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other buyers should know about my experience…read more I purchased a 2017 Audi Q7 from this dealership based on the condition they represented and the work they told me would be completed before delivery. When we arrived, the vehicle wasn't even available for a proper test drive because it was still being prepared. The sales staff told us we should go ahead and complete the paperwork because the vehicle could be sold to someone else if we waited. They also told us that if we drove it afterward and didn't like it, we could simply change our minds. Based on those assurances, we moved forward before having the opportunity to properly test drive the vehicle. We were also told the rear brakes would be replaced and the windshield would be repaired/replaced before we took delivery. Because of those promises, we waited about a week before picking up the vehicle. When we finally received it, neither repair had been completed. After taking ownership, I began noticing a significant vibration at highway speeds. I took the vehicle for a Maryland Safety Inspection, where additional issues were identified, including worn upper control arms. The rear brakes measured approximately 3/32", indicating they had not been replaced as we had been told. While further diagnosing the vibration, I also discovered a broken driveshaft bolt at the rear differential. This experience left me questioning how thoroughly the vehicle was inspected and whether the repairs I was told would be completed were ever actually performed. I understand that used vehicles can have unexpected issues, but I expect honesty and accurate representation. Customers should be able to fully inspect and test drive a vehicle before signing paperwork, and promised repairs should be completed before delivery--not simply promised. My advice to anyone considering purchasing here is to insist on a complete test drive, get every promised repair in writing, verify the work has actually been completed before taking delivery, and consider having the vehicle independently inspected.

Review for Advance Auto Parts - July 9, 7 PM (Tuesday):…read more I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this location. I came in needing a specific tool bit to remove a TPMS sensor -- something I'd only use once. I politely asked if I could quickly use the tool in the parking lot after buying it. The employee -- a shorter Asian man working around 7 PM on Tuesday, July 9 -- told me, "I do mind, actually." I respected his answer and responded by saying I'd just buy the tool and return it in a few minutes. What he said next shocked me: "I hate customers like you," and he repeated it more than once. I was stunned. I hadn't been rude or demanding -- I was simply trying to solve a problem and had been transparent about what I needed. He then added a condescending remark, suggesting every man should already have a full toolbox. I do own a toolbox -- just not that particular bit. This kind of judgmental and aggressive attitude is completely uncalled for, especially in a customer service role. I hope management takes this seriously, because no one should be spoken to like that for asking a reasonable quest

I used the handheld electronic to search for my size wipers (which was cool) in the designated aisle. I picked up my wipers and proceeded to checkout, but no one was around. I waited patiently, then a women started to rush and check me out. So I asked, can you install my wiper blades? She answered, WE DON'T INSTALL THEM IN THE RAIN. ‍ Me being caught off guard, I repeated it back a few times and each time it was the same answer. I'm like it's not even raining that hard right now; she goes to check and say "oh we can put them on for you." She tried to pass the "job" off to male coworker but he wasn't having it. So after she asked me to bring the car up to the front, she reluctantly came to service me. My thoughts, if you dont want to get wet or dirty or whatever, find a new job. Needless to say I finally have my new wipers. S.N. when did the price of windshield wipers get so high?!

And when you ask for any kind of customer service, you are left with old, crusty men staring at you like Gomer Pyle. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. They would rather only other old men or mechanics that look like them, come in. And they definitely do not want anyone with any kind of issue to walk in. Because "problem solving" is not their forte. My wife was misinformed by one of their coworkers, she kept her receipt and all the packaging and the product was still completely brand new in the box, and I being a good husband, volunteered to take it back for a refund or store credit. Well, of course I don't carry around my wife's credit or debit cards, and of course this company supposedly does not issue store credit?!? And boy were they happy to be able to send me away without having to do a damn thing. Seriously folks, stay far far away from any Napa auto parts locations, especially ones that are owned by Fairfax auto parts. It truly is a crying shame, I've lived in Fairfax County my whole life and I have been a lifelong customer of Fairfax Auto Parts, and several of my family members worked for years for this company, and we always had wonderful experiences & service. This marks an end of an era. And the inevitable bankruptcy or hostile take over of this company. Thanks to the management, the guys that I saw today, and the guys my wife worked with when she was making the original purchase, needing complete retraining or termination, the community at-large suffers, because another local business will go down the drain.
