I like this place and will continue to do business however some CSR are not meant to work here. Been coming here for quite some time and have no issues. On the other hand, time have changed. The CSR is more to staring at their cellphone and not caring on the needs of the customers. This cost me about $350 worth of lawnmower due to that mistake.
