A…read morecouple of days ago, got some less than exciting wiper blades, along with some valve stem covers. The car washing stuff is rather expensive. Go to Target or Wally World for that. On a plus note their car batteries are reasonable! That was a pleasant surprise. Parking is plentiful here. Yes you can get caught up at the Burke Lake Road intersection, but the whole area is fairly busy. I like the employees here. Seems like a nice group of folks. They also have the complimentary code machines. I look forward to more visits here. Welcome to Burke!

One of the employees in a grey shirt was extremely helpful and professional--great customer service and really tried to assist us with the return, even though the packaging was slightly damaged. Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by another employee (whose photo I've attached). While she was helping another customer, she loudly made disrespectful and uncalled-for comments about us, saying things like, "They prolly tryna return the wrong parts," and, "That's some snake sh*t." Totally unprofessional and unnecessary. My wife proved her wrong by pulling the exact same part off the shelf and showing that it was indeed the right item--just missing a piece of the packaging. Even after being proven wrong, this employee didn't apologize or acknowledge her behavior. She continued yelling across the store and cursing behind the register while kids were around. Completely unacceptable. This location has lost my business. Unless that employee is disciplined and taught how to act professionally, I won't be back

I went back to return these with the receipt and the cashier would not accept my return. She brazenly brushed me off by looking at the cables and told me I had already used them. I told her I had not used them and had just bought them when I found my own pair. She refused to listen and just seemed to be looking for an excuse not to allow the return. The cables were in the original packaging with the receipt but she could have cared less. I told her that Advanced Auto takes returns of tools and other items like jump cables even if the customer used them. I explained that Advanced Auto looks at it as lending tools and are happy to make the return refund, she still didn't issue the return. The fact is I had not even used these jump cables. I told her I will be submiting a review of my experience and she said, "Go right ahead". She has absolutely no sense of customer satisfaction and encourages bad reviews. This Auto Zone is just across the street from where I live but I will never go there again.

The gentleman upfront was honest and told me it would take a little longer for them to diagnose the fueling issue due to the upcoming holiday so I opted to have my tire fixed for now. And in no time my car was pulled to the garage and, within minutes, they were able to patch up a hole I failed to locate after multiple attempts. Lorton Auto did a fantastic job and the staff were extremely friendly and honest. I will definitely be back to have them diagnose and hopefully fix my fueling issue and any issue I may have with my other vehicles.
