They're terrible at setting any kind of expectation much less realistic one. They'll tell you on the phone that the part is on the way and then 2 or 3 hours later we'll find out that it hasn't left the store and our customers are waiting longer because of them. If they communicated better we would've sent someone for it. They're bad for everyone when they do this. Try communicating better and stop lying about how long parts are going to take.

These hillbillies are trying to run a business without money. This NAPA store does not have anything the big-box stores like Advanced Auto and AutoZone don't have (which are just down the street) but they ARE more expensive. Check for yourself !
