I was on this side of town and in a rush to get my car cleaned. It was 91 degrees out so I decided to prep the car for the guys to clean/vacuum the interior. When I got back inside i realized they changed my music to a station that played trap music and they left their squeegee bottle inside. They were more focused on my music than their job. Quality of the service at this establishment is a lot to be desired purchased the best car wash package they had to be insured that my interior and exterior was well taken care of and Carl would look new first they did not clean the windshield completely they did it with a dirty rag smeared second the protectant they have her post to put on the interior was just slapped on and did not cover the entire area of the interior second they left dirt in the car dear in gear shift did not vacuum underneath the left side seat from the outside armor All the tires did offer to redo the whole car ran it through the carwash added a few more areas of protectant interior but did not replace the tire protected still very satisfied for the $75 I spent total on this particular cleaning give it a zero rating read more

Update: Autobell contacted me on Yelp and had the manager of the location contact me..Manager, Amanda, got in contact with me quickly, listened to my disappointment and concerns and invited me back to the business for a "redo". So the rain finally stopped so I went back to Autobell today. Not only did I get a better ride thru this time but also a wipe down and tire gloss free of charge. The young man that detailed my car was very friendly. I appreciate Autobell monitoring their Yelp account and making customer service a priority. Thank you. This place is severely understaffed. The wait to get your car serviced is ridiculous. After your car goes through the wash you have to wait for an unexpecxeable amount of time before your car's interior is cleaned. By the time they get to your car it has air dried. The people that work here rush to get through your car and leave the windows blurry and dirty obstructing your vision at night. The service doesn't match the price. Went there for car wash. Purchased $29.99 and disappointed with the result. After going through exterior cleaning some guys started working interior and within 5 to 7 mints they told me it's done. They didn't even open the trunk and cleaned. Under the seat i could see trash but it was too late for me. It was my first time and it will be my last time there. If management is reading this message please you need to improve your quality and maintain that quality in a standard where u can get more business. Paid for the top wash option. Hugely disappointing. Windows hand washed and left even more dirty. Same with mirrors. Vacuuming was half assed. This is my 3rd time coming here. The first time they did a good job. The second time I went my windows were streaked and they still had some water spots. Today was the third time I went and I had noticed after I got home there was crumbs on the backseat, under the seats and there was trash under the seats. This location is very poorly managed. I dropped off my truck to get washed and went to the gym nearby. When I returned, my vehicle was still dirty (dusty dashboard, dirty tire wells, dirt visible inside like it had not been vacuumed) to the point where they did give me a ticket for a free basic wash (even though my purchase was for the super poly-most expensive). What ticked me off the most was I noticed they did not fold out my rear view mirrors. Upon doing so, I heard a rattle in my drivers side rear view mirror. To the physical touch, this mirror was significantly more loose than the passenger side mirror and the manager/assistant manager acknowledged that. The manager tried to give me a lesson on the mechanics of power gold mirrors when all I asked for was an incident report form. Upon getting that from the assistant manager she mentioned it the claim was going to be denied at the store level.. without any investigation. She tried to point out a scratch on the outside of the mirror like something had been hit (also foreign to me). What clearly happened is they forgot to fold them in prior to going through their machines and damage was done. I've always known this chain to have terrible customer service but to try and pin this on the owner is just wrong. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION. I was there for nearly an hour and other patrons who arrived after me were finished up before me. I pulled in to this auto bell for my SUV to be cleaned inside out since we just had snow storm and I was going on a date so I figured I should get it cleaned before I go out for the best first impression. I pulled in and asked my car to be cleaned inside out. The guy took it through the car wash and he seemed like he was cleaning my car so I didn't check to make sure it was cleaned (my mistake) since I have had pretty good experience with AB in the past. So I tip him and left. When I checked it the next day, I saw it wasn't clean from inside. The only thing he cleaned was the dashboard. Please watch out for this location. read more

My roommate needed to get her car cleaned, so we decided to stop at auto bell while we were out running errands. She got the full service wash for $15.99 that includes vacuum of carpet and seats, exterior wash, dash, door, and console wiped down, interior window cleaning, and hand dry by the staff. This place is a joke. The car wash wasn't even strong enough to get some of the bird poop off her car. The interior vacuum job was mediocre at best. The dash and console were just as dirty and dusty after as they were before - I doubt they even touched it. Honestly, SAVE YOUR MONEY and do it yourself or go somewhere else. I would suggest they get better management there who should be inspecting the job they do on each car. read more

I came to this car wash on February 27th to get my truck washed. I got the full service which includes the inside & out. I ask the guy to make sure that he cleans the inside out really good. He tells me that I'm good to go so I tip him $5 before I look over my truck. I know that was my fault. I get in the truck and get ready to drive off then I realized that he did not wipe down the inside and I still had stuff in the cup holder and in the compartments. I then ask for a rag and then I notice that he did not wipe down my rims. A day later I'm getting some groceries out the back seat and notice that I had ashes on the floor. They did not vacuum the back seat at all. I will never go back to auto bell. I will be cleaning my own truck from now on. Save your money and go somewhere else. I felt cheated!!! read more

Went here the first time paid for the $22 service and tipped 20 and was so disappointed , they didn't even wipe my seats, I had to go wipe them myself and it looked so much better. Tried to give it a SECOND TRY and tipped $10 this time, I paid extra for the scent. MY CAR HAD NO SCENT!! They couldn't wipe my seats good again, and it's so easy since it's leather. They do a thorough job here I was pleased with how they get into each crevise in the interior. They clean the door jams, trunk jam and really cleaned my rim spokes individually. The only thing is the price for interior and exterior is sort of expensive for my taste. I feel like 21.99 should get you tire gloss too, you have to go to 25.99 for that. Really bad! $25 for a car wash they use the same towel to clean the wheels and the widows, now the windows have smeared tire gel on them. There is a stripe of grime down the back of my suv that the automatic washer always misses, the attendant finishing the car left the grime then wanted a TIP! First time at this particular location. My car wasn't extremely dirty but I had spilled some powdered laundry detergent on my carpets and I was having a hard time reaching in between the seats and the door frame to get it up. I don't know why I am always embarrassed when I bring my car to a car wash. It's really silly because that's the reason why you're bringing your car to be washed because it needs some attention. AnyWho, as typical this Auto Bell is filled with teenagers who are doing the work on your car. I really take pity on them because I have a 16-year-old son and this is hard work. Being out in the sun all day long, doing work that is grueling at times. And then, having to be criticized sometimes by arrogant, annoying adults who get upset if you miss a spot or two. I always try to be kind to them because for many of them this is their first job - they're just trying to get some cash in their pockets for the summer. If you expect your car to be 100% perfect then perhaps you should clean it yourself. I don't expect my car to be flawless when they are done I just want a decent wash and a good vacuuming inside. The young man who worked on my car tried his best to get up every single bit of powder from the floor but he was unable to reach every spot. But he really, really tried. They barley vacuumed my car leaving dirt etc throughout, not cleaning wheels properly & using dirty rags to clean my windows and interior and dirt and bugs on exterior. This company is overpriced and does not do a great job. I paid for their second highest service and they still left bird droppings on my car and the vacuum job was subpar.
