I get it they up the price to $89.99 all the car washes with unlimited has.... But when you have 15 kids standing around and u don't vacuum the driver side of my vehicle it gets frustrating ... especially when I only get my car vacuumed like once a month or less..... that's why when I get just outside washed I don't even tip or have them do it cause I end up having to do it again .... Might be time to start washing my own car and saving the $90 a month read more

July 30,2021 My car really needed a good cleaning so, I was recommended to stop by AutoBell!!! Great customer service, But ... yup there's But... While the front drivers and passenger side was spotless, front windows cleaned .... the backseat and back area not so much !!! .......... I explained my car had "stuff" and the guy who was cleaning my car said" no problem" he would work around and clean and vacuum.... I guess he forgot from the time I walked to bathroom and then sat in the nice waiting room for all of 3 minutes !!! I guess it's my fault for having stuff !!! I don't even understand the negative reviews. This is a very nice car wash which employees a lot of young people who are polite and efficient. They do a very nice job whether it's exterior or interior. I think the problem people have is they think they're going to get their car detailed for 25 bucks. It's not a detailing place. They're just gonna clean up your ratty interior. They're not going in there with Q-tips. They're very polite and very helpful and I'll do just about anything you ask them to do. It's a pleasure to go to this car wash and see so many people That work hard and young people that have jobs. Most young people don't even want to work, hell they don't wanna work when they're 30 no less when they're 17. I highly recommend this car wash. It has new equipment and they do a spectacular job and it's a great deal for unlimited car washes on a monthly basis. Go to Northern Virginia if you really want crappy car wash for $30 where all the car washes are 60 years old. I've seen cars go through car washes and Alexandria where I used to live where the trim would get ripped off by the primitive equipment they use and they would do nothing about it. Signs all over the place, enter at your own risk. Management is not responsible for any damages. Your car is not gonna get damaged in the new car wash that maintain well. I paid for a super polypress which should of included: A Exterior clean- which was the only thing done well, granted, it was done by a machine. Interior vacuum of carpets and seats- done VERY poorly. There is still so much dirt and debris left, the workers clearly once-overed and didn't care. They didn't even vacuum the seats. Dash, door panel, and console wiped down- They briefly wiped each surface and evidently brushed over the side door once due to a single clean spot. The interior panels, dash, and steering wheel are untouched and as dirty as when I came in. Interior window cleaning- This was not done at all, still smudges I came in with. Hand-dry by our team- The places they DID decide to clean, the cup holders (after I asked for them to because there was so much dirt still left behind) were still soaking wet. Underbody wash Double Polyprocess℠ for a spectacular clean- Application of polish Application of sealer AUTOGLOSS℠ specially formulated for lasting shine Application of tire gloss- again, these were all done by a machine so they were done well. Fragrance of your choice- was not included and never offered or asked. I should of saved my money and cleaned it myself, which I plan to do in a few hours since they did such a poor job. Not to mention the interior cleaning staff was rude when I pointed out that the car was still dirty, I politely asked if they saw I paid for a detailing and they went to reclean it, after they only did the cup holders, gained an attitude when they said it was done again. It wasn't even worth it to ask them to actually clean it, so, I left dissatisfied. I was going to tip, but as they didn't even do their job, I opted not to. The girl who mans the register was very nice, although. The two stars is only for the robotic cleaning of the exterior, if you want a detailing, I advise to go somewhere else. read more

It's a hit or miss. My husband took both our cars to get cleaned yesterday. We paid for the full service, underbody, auto gloss, tire gloss fragrance, AA interior & poly process. The outside is great... However, the inside is a different story... My mats still have a visible dirt on them. They did clean my windows but not the inside of the windshield. My seats still had crumbs on them. The inside of my doors still have dirt on them. There is still dirt next to my drivers seat. We paid 66.99 to have all this done. I just expected it to be almost perfect to pay this price plus the tip that was left. read more

Ive always gotten a good interior & exterior wash here but not yesterday. The inside floor was vacuumed but no dusting was done. My seats had crumbs on them The console was not even touched. I looked inside when I gave the man my receipt and asked him to please clean the console. He vacuumed it but no spray was used to clean it. I'm not happy with the service. read more

There were no lines when I went in on a Wednesday afternoon after a long rainy spell. They got me in and out rather quickly, without emptying my pockets for a good wash. The staff did a great job on the interior, leaving no streaks on my windows. The waiting areas are very clean, unlike some other washes in the area. read more

After paying $30.00 for full service, the car was still dirty after the car wash, they barely vacuumed (never going under the seats), they never touched the windows (inside or out), they never did a thing to the tires (not so much as a spray). Today I have decided to end the abuse. I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever return to this place. It is my fault that I have allowed myself to be subjected to exorbitant prices for substandard service. Since this car wash has opened, I have probably gone twice a year. Every time, the interior cleaning job has been colossally inadequate, particularly with regard to the vacuum job. The cheapest car wash with exterior and interior cleaning is $26. $26? This is why I only go to this place if I have no other choices. $26? You can buy alot with $26. I am thinking that $26 should buy a at least a half-arse vacuum job on a medium size job car. Every time I have gone to this place, I say before paying that I want them to make sure they actually vacuum and move the seats. And every time, they have not moved the seats. Every time. Every time. Apparently, if I want them to vacuum, that requires an extra fee, even though the $26 covers vacuuming inside. But every time, the staff have clearly not vacuumed under the seat, have not moved the seats, have not vacuumed the floor in the back, despite my asking all staff, at all stages in the car wash process, to make sure they vacuum. Unbelievable. So maybe because this is the only full-service car wash on Kent Island, they figure they can afford to provide substandard service. Hmm? Maybe a market opportunity..... Took my car to the Chester Autobell once about 6 months ago, they did a lousy job. so I thought I'd give them another try...inside of my door trim's where left dirty..steering column wasn't touched, didn't vacuum around front seats, my back hatch inside left undone. didn't at all vacuum the little cubby at console , drivers door on the inside wasn't wiped down. absolutely every bug splattered on the front of car not touched.. windshield left all smeary. I spent 50 bucks to have my car cleaned inside and out. Burn me once, shame on you, burn me twice shame on me. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!! read more

We came a few days ago and didn't get the level of interior clean we're used to (probably because it was a dark night and they were extremely busy). I own a sports car that is my daily driver which I keep spotless. The gentlemen who cleaned my car did a horrible job! I explained that if my car was not dried quickly, it would streak, and I asked them to use my absorbent towel. I was told they couldn't use my towel and that they had to vacuum first leaving my car wet and streaking! It wasn't until after I left that I saw the dirt they left behind ALL OVER MY CAR, not to mention I also paid for air freshener which I never got! I immediately drove back and asked for a refund and was told I couldn't have one. I paid $45 for the highest-level wash and gave a $20 tip (not realizing at that time the shitty job they did)! The managers offered to rewash it, but they wouldn't use my absorbent towel. Up till now, I've never had an issue and would have given them a 5-star review, but after my experience today, I WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK!! read more

Truck looks good, wipe down man did a decent job. Manager left a lot to be desired. Home office offered a free car wash for vets on the 11th and 12th of November so I figured to take advantage of this since I retired from the military. Manager had no idea of this change to include the 12th since we had rain on the 11th and stated some customers had come in on the 11th - a rainy day to take advantage of the offer. I even provided the email for the manager to read. Paid full price, other customers need to pay close attention if they have to deal with a manager who doesn't follow what head office says. read more

Nice people but got the $19.95 highest exterior wash and polish, and car still had streaks I had to rub out myself later. (Only took a towel and a little effort.). Next time I buy the 9.95 wash. Also wouldn't pull my mats out and wash them (menu offered for $9 I was willing to pay). Said without interior package, they wouldn't. As is literally just wiped and vacuumed myself right before, I want paying even more. Lesson learned is go for the cheap wash, but don't get into the extras. All cars look the same coming out regardless of what you pick, and the hand work clearly isn't worth the extra to "polish". read more

Love this car wash. I have been a member of their unlimited package for 6 months now. Many times before work meetings I stop in and have just the outside washed. Staff is very nice and timely. What really pissed me off was 2 items left car disappeared .A Walgreens bag I had just gotten and a little stuffed sentimental dog on the dash.Approached the manager at the time, quick look not found. I just bought a new car and I didn't trust anyone to clean my car. Not even myself because I didn't k ow what supplies to buy for my vehicle. Thats when I saw Autobell that was recently built in my town. I read the reviews about Auto bell and read nothing but positive reviews about them and what kind of car wash they are! So I decided to take my car there. When I got there, I was greeted so nicely and the staff member made me feel comfortable and welcomed! After my car was washed and dried, I pulled over to the side and looked at my car to see how they did. I was in complete shock of how amazing my car looked! Not even one swirl mark and not even one undried spot! I was so amazed of how well Autobell did! because of Autobell's exceptional work, I will be returning there for my future car washes! Horrible. Went there for the first time and they didn't even clean it well. I paid 40$ the manager special with armor-all and I didn't get that. I came back and cleaned it with a Clorox wipe and it did better.... I hardly ever did this but this is ridiculous. Never going back and will warn people not to go there. read more

I would not recommend this location if you are looking to get your monies worth. I purchased the super polyprocess wash and did not receive the type of car wash I was suppose to get. The outside of my vehicle looked good, however the inside was a different story. The car wash package was suppose to include interior vacuum of carpet and seats. The top of the mats were vacuumed however, when I locked my car mats in when I got home it was very clear underneath my mats were never cleaned and had very visable dirt and food particles still there. The seats on the passenger side and back were also not vacuumed and too still contained food crumbs and dust. It states my dash, door panel and console was also to be wiped down but there was still makeup and residue still there that was obviously never cleaned and had particles also still there that was there prior to their apparent approach to half way cleaning my vehicle. I gave them a second try at a proper cleaning of my vehicle (because the first time there I was not satisfied either with the level of service I received) but they will not get a third.
