It was time to get some winter gunk off of my car, and on a sunny February afternoon, I came here. The process is very simple, with I believe four wash options, all presented by a pleasant employee. After going through the wash, the staff was hustling with many vehicles getting the final cleaning touches. I do like that all the employees have a uniform top, and are efficient and polite. I go to Autobell Car Wash every time I get my car washed, which is rare. I have a nice car, and if I liked to spend more money, I'd get it detailed, which costs well over $150. Autobell is the next best thing. You aren't paying for a fancy car detail job, so you won't get a fancy car detail. I get the rain-repellant car wash, which is about $40. They wipe the car down, but not well. You may have to point a few spots out to them afterward. You may need to dust it a bit in the vents and cupholder and between the seats when you get home. But they get 75% of the job done, which is all you can expect for $40. I get what I expect, so I'm happy with it. read more

The workers are very friendly but I paid for top to bottom detailing (I was turning a company car in) and the work done was pretty bad. My consoles weren't cleaned at all, clearly armorall wipes were used but not consistently and you could see the marks from the spots they missed, trunk wasn't vacuumed (paid for this too), and I had black marks on the bottom of my car that ended up wiping off but weren't there when I dropped my car off. I would suggest taking a tour car somewhere that specializes in detailing. read more

I paid $57 and they couldn't even wipe the front of my truck. when I ask about it the boy said we only wipe the water off of it lmfao why did I pay $57. my truck looks like it went though one of those cheap car washes. it was a waste of time and money. read more

The negative reviews exist for a reason. I took my brand new car in three weeks ago. The interior was getting a little dusty so I paid the $18 for the inside/outside cleaning. The inside of my car was just as dusty after as it was when I arrived. There was no way it was wiped down like they claim to do at the time of service. I spoke with the manager and he invited me back. I went back on Friday and once again, nothing changed. The lack of attention to detail is unacceptable. Paying nearly $20 per visit and not having the dash cleaned or the windows wiped down is just inexcusable. I tried to speak to a manager but he was on a break. Requested via the website that someone call me back and never got a response. Lesson learned. read more

He only cleaned 1/2 the dashboard and left everything in the center dirty and untouched. Felt bad cause has already given him the tip and the girl had to come wipe it all back down. I went here in October of 2014. First off, any price you see posted has so many astericks, you won't actually pay that price. I think I ended up getting jived into spending like 85$ despite just wanting the $30 promo. That is my bad. Anyways... they said it would take an hour to wash the exterior, interior, trim, rims, etc... It took 15 minutes. Why? Because they ran it through the machine and then skimmed everything else. Now, part of this is my fault--they did ask, "does this look OK" and I did respond "yeah" because it did look OK when I glanced at it. I just didn't think I needed to inspect the car closely since I paid "professionals" to do their job, and I expected them to quality control their own work. Once I got the car home I then noticed that what I had paid for was a really, really, really bad job. All the flat panels were clean (the car wash did its job) but every seam, line, nook, crany, etc. was still caked with grease and dirt. Inside and out it looked like someone had done the absolute bare minimum. I ended up having to rewash it myself. I strongly encourage anyone to just drop $10.00 on the pay and spray place up the road. You can powerwash your own car (getting most of the rough stuff off) and then just do the nitty gritty stuff with a sponge. Better yet, when some high school team or church youth group has a car wash, go there. I'm sure they will do a much better job. read more

Our family's new truck was damaged by the automated wash. The windshield wiper was ripped off by the flaps, the fog lights were shattered and the passenger door has a fresh dent. I have requested for the Manager to reimburse my trip fee ($25~), cost of new wipers and fog light replacement. I was going to eat the cost of the passenger door dent since I had no true evidence this happened on their property. However, this vehicle was purchased recently and certified by Ford Dealer, their own photographs prove the vehicle was in mint condition prior to car wash. I have personal photographs on my iPhone when I hand washed it two weeks prior, the Manager still does not believe me. As most of you know, I typically do not leave poor remarks for a business. However, having invested quite a bit in this new truck and finding damaged items isn't cool in the least. I even called their Corporate Office to discuss after the local Manager left me hanging. I was referred back to the local Manager whom admits other vehicles are damaged there. Without getting too ugly and being long winded, I would ask anyone that has an expensive vehicle to think twice before taking your vehicle through this automated wash. I believe it may be dated and need a redesign for larger vehicles. I'm leaving the one star due to finding the broken wiper arm in my bed when I arrived home to finish cleaning the windows they didn't clean well. Then as I was wiping down the bug remnants on my front grille I find both fog lights shattered in multiple places. I still haven't been reimbursed for the trip, yes really!!! The surveillance video I reviewed with the Manager clearly shows his machine damaged my wiper arm. An upper Manager should of stepped in and addressed this before it escalated to a poor review. I've been sick and my dad thought it would be nice to take my car here and get it clean, however, today I noticed that my car door handles were scratched and there was dirty grime leftover behind one of the handles (see photos). Very disappointed in my visit . Took my car to get done, got the "manager's special". I sit through the car wash, pull around and park and the guy started cleaning my car like normal . He calls me to come back and pick up my car because it's done. I go look at it, it looked like he BARELY vacuumed my car, he wiped down my dash with armor all and got it all over my windshield, he didn't shine my tires, and he didn't put a fragrance in there . So I asked him if he could do a little more vacuuming on the back floorboard (I have small kids), and to wipe the windshield where he got armorall on it, and if he could put shine on my tires and put a fragrance in it . (All of that comes with the manager's special.) He smacked his lips and got an attitude and still didn't even finish wiping the windshield or vacuuming. I enjoy washing/detailing my car myself but decided to give this place a try because I'd been given a coupon book as a gift. Since my daughter wanted to drive my car to her prom I opted for the full inside & outside package. My first visit will also serve as my last. The outside of the car looked fine except for the tire shine. It looked like it had been applied in about 15 seconds total and was splotchy. Inside, the backseat didn't look like it had been touched and the vacuum must've been held an inch above the carpet as they used it. I'm more of a "you had your shot, now you've lost my business forever" person than a "do this again/let me speak to a supervisor" person, so I drove home and did the job right myself. I suggest you do the same instead of wasting your time and money here. read more

It is hit or miss depending on who is working. I always get the manager special. I have a brand new 2018 Expedition so it is not difficult to clean. I also tip very well. Tired of half assed job on my vehicle. The last two times my son has brought his F-250 in same results. My touch screen was not even touched. Customers should not have to inspect your work it should be done. The people are friendly, waiting room and restrooms clean but it does not make up for poor job on our vehicles. One young man does a great job but he has not been there last few visits. We will be trying out the new carwash down the road. read more

I've been here several times and have not been impressed. I paid $21.99 to get my car washed and detailed here. The vacuming wasn't done good and they didn't even clean the interior well at all. I even still had dirt left on my car after it was washed and dried. I had to go across the street to Advanced Auto Parts and buy some Armorol to clean the inside myself. This is the worst car wash I have ever been to and if you go you will see a lot of scratches on your car. The managers encourage young high school kids to do more than can and a lot of mistakes are made so now I have to go to a professional to get scratches out. I almost feel three stars is too much!! I've been twice here and both times disappointed. The young guy checking you in always try's the hard sell deal and I usually succumb. Told him it was most important that the doggie nose art was removed from the inside windows. He said no problem. Twenty bucks for a run through s car wash, a very quick hit and miss with s vacuum and a quick wipe down. I tipped the kid $4 because I don't believe in not tipping. Got in the car and windshield still dirty. At least 20 dog nose prints on the glass. Barely vacuumed!! No more!! They tell these kids to work as quick as they can, even make them run between car cleaning. But customer service is far more important than speed. I won't be going back. I can run my car through a car wash like this for six bucks and throw a couple quarters in the local vacuum place and do better than them. Save your money!!! read more

I'm thoroughly disappointed. I came to this AutoBell purely based off of the recommendation of my best friend. I will never again be visiting here again. I paid for the rain repellent package and while the outside of car looks ok the inside of my car is still dirty. My dashboard still has visible dust, my console still has crumbs and dirt, my doors are still dirty, there's still crumbs in my backseat and there is no way possible that you can tell me that my floor mats were wiped down. They may have been shaken but there is no possible way that they were wiped and they were kind of just thrown back my car. They're not even placed properly. They may have speed vacuumed the floor but it was not vaccumed to clean. And even after I got back to my car and said something about it not looking like it was cleaned, the young man came back to my car and it looks no different. They never asked about a frgrance and I don't smell a bit of fragrance in this car. It was a very crappy job after spending over $30 to get my car cleaned. Worst place to get you car washed inside or out? I did the special and spent the $42 get the complete package inside and out, the used dirty towels to wipe down the exterior then used same towel to wipe the in side! Yuk, dirt and fuzzy stuff everywhere, my car was cleaner before I brought it in, when they if all looked good? I very calmly pointed out the flaws, they huffed about and stomped then slapped the towel around but didn't fix the problem, maybe it's different through out the week? At that point, I didn't feel comfortable confronting it further, but thanked them and left, gave no tip for sure, they left a dirty rag in the back, they were not paying any attention? I had a good size SUV, Kia serento, they had me being pushed out in less than 10 minutes, it was very rushed, and had no reason for being rushed because it being early on Sunday but it was me and one other car on the lot? Took my car there today and paid $29.99 for the special. The outside of the car was just as clean as if I had gone through the Sheetz car wash. I don't think they even touched the inside with the vacuum cleaner. My dash was just as dusty when I left as when I came in. I watched the guy the whole time, he opened my drivers door and ran a towel over my driver's side window, he never opened any other doors.
