Then, drive through the car wash and proceed to the stall if you selected an interior cleaning package. My car looked so shiny and smelt amazing when they were done. I went on a Tuesday so there was no line and I only waited for around 15 minutes. My car got all the TLC it needed since it was a slow day :). read more

I've been here a few times before. However, this was my first time getting an external wash only. The lady scrubbing the outside of the car got the left side of my car. She already hit the button to send my car through before even looking at the right side of my car. She walked around there eventually and tried to scrub a spot on that side before it went completely in the wash but failed. I paid for the $17 external car wash which includes a towel dry as well. They were done drying my car in less than 2 mins. I leave and go to the Harris teeter next door. Upon getting out of my car, I was quite disappointed with the final results of my car wash. The guy towel drying my car smeared the bird poo into my passenger window. I will not be returning here. read more

This staff was so nice ,friendly and they wanted to make sure I was comfortable wile I waited for my car ! They made me feel right at home ! I paid $32 bucks for my car wash , wheel cleaning and vacuum. Not a bad deal normally when I get my car wash I have paid about $50 for the same thing but that was in NoVa so the cost of living is much higher. So I felt like I got a steal! Definitely will be back if I need a car wash in the future . The only thing I would point out is my wheels still had a little dirt on them . I would suggest a inspection before letting the customer see the car. It took about 30 minutes for the whole process . Not bad check out my pictures! I used to like coming to this place but service has gone down hill quickly. I have not been able to get anything but the basic wash no matter what day of the week or time due to short staffing which I can respect and understand. However my most recent attempt to get my car cleaned the attendant acted like I was bothering him as I pulled up and interrupted his smoke break. As he blew smoke in my face asking "what you want?" I asked are you able to vacuum the interior today? He responded, "Nah we only do basic". I asked do you ever offer anything else anymore? He replied, "Basic only today". end of conversation. Why ask me what I want if I don't have any options? I get times are tuff but I'm not going to give my business to a place that treats me like an annoyance rather than a customer. If I could give zero stars I would. Paid for the $12 wash to get a swipe at my tires, but really just wanted my windows cleaned and the pollen washed off. The front and back windows look like nothing touched them and the whole front end of my care still has bugs all over it, not to mention, tires/rims look the same as before the wash. Waste of money. Spoke with the manager on duty, who was gracious and respectful, and told him, "these folks are accountable not only to the customer but also to you. Great place for a solid wash in the Triangle. It is a little pricey in comparison to other similar establishments but worth it as the wash and the customer service are wonderful. Patronized them quite a bit when I lived in the area. I live too far to go regularly now but truly recommend them if you live in the area and are in the need of a great wash while you're out running your errands. read more

I can't say enough good things about C.W.L. Came in because my tires and wheel wells were full of mud and grass, having to pull into the shoulder with water, grass and mud.. I got the $12.00 job, It thoughly cleaned my Honda Odyssey; or so I thought. After driving to a nearby market, I looked over my van and saw that the mud was still caked to the wheel well. I drove back and talked to "Conner" who had helped me earlier. He apologized profusely and told me to pull around to the back, where he got out a pressure hose and cleaned all the gunk off. He didn't have to do it, as they were quite busy. After he was done, I slowly pulled out. Then I saw the some cars were getting the "The Works" for rims and tires. I asked Conner about this, and he told me to pull over and he would clean and shine the tires for free. They looked amazing when he was done. Whoever reads this (Owner) Conner deserves a raise. Just got "The Buck" cleaning which is $15 (16 with tax) and includes a machine tunnel wash, wipe down, and tire gloss. The service was super fast, staff was super helpful. I was concerned the tunnel would scratch my car but so far I haven't found anything. I did notice in the tunnel the closest to the front right brush wasn't spinning. But the back was and seemed to have cleaned my car anyways. Also I noticed my wheels still had sections with dirt on them and it wasn't a hard to reach area. But honestly, it was $15 and that's a great price so I'm not really complaining. read more

I was debating on leaving a review for this business but I should let other people know about how this business is operating. I'm also hoping that since my calls, I haven't gotten a response maybe this review will get their attention. My experience with this car wash was back in December. I took two cars here to get detailed. The detailing wasn't the problem, it was management that didn't provide professionalism. One of the cars that I brought in was missing weather mats when I received it, however, I didn't catch it when I picked it up. So I called them the next day and spoke with the assistant manager and he said the assistant manager said that's a common thing here and that the store manager, Thomas would be calling me. After a couple of days later, I still hadn't received a call, so I called again and left another message for him to call me. Finally, Thomas called me and apologized for the late response and said the mats couldn't be found and assured me he would order new weather tech floor mats, because that's what I had. He said it would take him two weeks because of the holidays. After 2 weeks, again, I never got a call from him in regards to the "supposedly" ordered car mats. Later, I found out that he never ordered them. This was unacceptable professionalism. So I called once more to speak to Thomas' supervisor, who's name is Rusty. I was given Rusty's phone number and I called him and left him a message. He didn't bother calling me. So the moral of this story is, don't take your car here if you want your floor mats gone, permanently gone. read more

Wife's Subaru was washed there today. The automatic wash was started even before the back end had been prepared by the worker at the entrance. This person missed a lot! Dirt residue was left on bumper, across rear hatch and the rear license plate . Very disappointed as our first time there was much better. We will try one more time before we give up. read more

Not sure if this place is under new management or if they are just trying something new, but they had a different vibe about them. Not bad, just different. This location has always done an amazing job on my car, paying attention to detail and helping me feel human again when my furry dog and 3year old toddler take over and destroy my car. The options and prices are the same, I recommend The Fox if you have leather interior, the attention to detail really makes a difference. I also love that my car feels and smells clean without that artificial clean car smell. But today, an older gentleman came over and shook my hand, introduced himself and wanted to make sure I was happy. I also tend to leave the car there and come back a few minutes later to pick it up. Today when I did, there was a business card on the dash letting me know Matt and Eduardo worked on my car today. Great job guys! Those little extra gestures didn't go unnoticed. read more

Just left your CAR WASH asked the guy if he could get the grime off the car he said he tried twice got home took some windex and elbow grease it's off now. Lifted my mat and their was crap still in the carpet don't run a car wash if your not willing to wash the car properly I usually run it through and do it myself but today a little under the weather so I paid them and went to get money to tip these guys wish I wouldn't have. I left pictures to show the management. Ok I get it I didn't give you guys enough money to wash my car I payed 27 dollars for exterior cleaning and interior vacuumed and interior wiped down. My car wasn't vacuumed as you see in d picture and I wouldn't send a car out looking like that. You should advertise for this price we will do a shitty job for a little more money we will do a average job and for a little more we will do it right. Not exterior CLEANING and Interior VACUUMING. Visited the Car Wash Lodge for the first time this morning. Had a fantastic experience and will be coming back there the next time I need a good, deep clean for my truck. Had a full service wash that included interior vacuum, wet wipe down, interior windows, etc. as well as Armor All throughout for $50. My car hadn't been cleaned at all in 6 months and I drive with the windows down constantly, so there was a lot of dirt and dust. Carl & Adrian did fantastic work and left everything sparkling! Everything was done in about 45min and the waiting room had free wifi. Bonus was Carl's superior customer service - really nice guy, and he gave me regular updates in the waiting room while they worked. I'll be back! read more

Three stars because when they actually work on your car, they do a decent job. But what is with the wait times! I went during the day on a Friday for a basic inside/outside clean. They told me it was going to be an hour before they could work on the inside. 90 minutes later I was able to get out the door. I thought that was my fault for going the Friday before Labor Day weekend. Apparently a random Tuesday morning is no different. This time they simply turned me away, saying they didn't have bandwidth to work on the inside. Said waiting would be over 2 hours - what?! Drove the 20 minutes to Morrisville and they're taking care of it now. I just find it absurd to have such long wait times, and to not take appointments. Getting your car washed shouldn't be such an ordeal. read more

Got the 'Lion' interior/exterior service today and was pleased with the results. Rodney and Kyle did a great job (in awful heat) and got my FJ nicely cleaned. I drive this vehicle to work and sometimes have to eat on the road so it can get pretty nasty. Considering I would have spent almost about $20 at the car wash and another $30 in product (easily)PLUS several hours of my time getting it this clean, I will definitely use this service again! 45 minutes and counting. We got "The Wolf", which is the second one up from bottom of their full service wash menu- basically a car wash, wipe down of the inside, and vacuum. We have been sitting here for 45 min, and they have not even started our vehicle yet. They are INCREDIBLY slow- expect to be here for at least an hour- they are not that busy, only half the people are actually working, the rest are in the waiting room eating and hanging out, and the waiting room is absolutely freezing. There are better options in the area. UPDATE: 52 minutes later, we had enough and told them we wanted a refund for the interior service. The manager informed us that there was an hour and a half wait- which no one told us when we came in, or we would not have stayed, as we needed to be at the airport by a certain time. They gave us some coupons, but we likely won't be back. read more

In the past this has been the cleanest, most thorough, most professionally run car wash in the Triangle area, and at a more competitive price. They have since raised their prices twice, and moved the cars to the lot across the street. The results for the new price were supposed to be "more detailed," and were not. Ended up having to go back and forth grabbing rag and spray, wipe down door frames and cup holders, gathering my things to return to the car's interior, and when in the blazing hot sun the free vacuum hookup wouldn't fit in the missed spots between the seats...drive our car back under the shelter. I got the $12 wash and the wash was terrible. The spinning rags did not even touch my entire left side. I let the person running the front desk know and she said it's broken. The person should of scrubbed the right side manual. I told her that he did not and so she went out and wiped down my car to dry it instead of offer me some compensation. I proceeded to try to vacuum out my car, but their vacuums weren't working. I told one of the ladies that I wanted my money back, but she said the vacuums were free. They didn't let me use their vacuum, which still was OK. The person in front of me asked for their money back because their car was washed by them and it was terrible. They need to hire more help. They are always short employees and they reuse towels. They will dry your car with wet towels. Just do an overall job in drying the car. Well I did try it again and it hasn't improved. Windows and mirrors are all smeared due wet towels being used to dry car. I purchased the wash for $50.00 and it was worth it. I had Daniel and Eduardo working on my Jeep. They took their time, checked with me repeatedly I make sure I was happy with what they were doing to my SUV. Before the handed my car back to me the did a walk around with me to make everything is to my liking. I would definitely recommend the car wash service to other very professional and the get you in and out. This is my third detail from them and there will definitely will be more in the future. The interior of the car came out great, but the exterior job was sloppy--we still had bird excrement on the doors and windows, even after the drive through wash and touch up/exterior detail. Since all the Clayton drive thru car wash's have gone to poop I here. I was headed that way and thought why not. Very clean appearance and plenty of help. Staff was very nice and helpful. Talked with a young lady (Tiesha I believe) at the same at kiosk and she was super helpful and nice. Just got the exterior wash as was the first time. A gentleman towel dried off my car when I came out of the tunnel. Vacuums worked well. Each station had a air hose to blow interior of the car and had an all purpose cleaner with extra clean wipe rags. Top notch. read more
