Poor quality work for nearly $50. Back seat and cargo area was not vacuumed as was requested. We vacuumed it out with our shop vac at home in under 10 min and it looked perfect after that. We posted a negative review on Google and were called names. They seem to like to point out that they are the "only full service car wash" in Wake Forest. Seems like the marketing message is "we're all you've got so suck it up". We're new to the area and we're looking for a good car wash. This will not be it. read more

I paid $44, and I had to go home and clean the inside of my car. I told one of the employees that the seats of my car were still dirty, his response was "we do not have time to detail your car fully'". FULLY???How about the coffee stains left on the dashboard? The floor mats were still dirty and had to be cleaned again. How about giving me what I paid $44 for? I noticed the lady before me had to ask for her car to be wiped down. Update: The car smells like nicotine now. It was supposed to be "Cinnamon." IDK if they used dirty water or rags or were smokers themselves but we'll have to have the car re-cleaned to get the stench out. First and last visit. Man who seemed like owner shouted at workers. One of the men shoved him back and told him to "Get outta here." Same man who overcharged us, which was fortunately caught by the cashier. Wash was okay though some smears, but interior was incomplete. I just asked that we go back and hit some spots and was given so much runaround - I even offered to just take the rag and do it myself - soooooo much mansplaining and gaslighting and told they'd spent over 30 minutes on the car which was not true and that if I wanted some mud on the floor taken off it would have to be soaked - then I said I'd be happy to wipe it myself and so he did and it came right off. Lots of attempted customer shaming and saying I was asking for a detail and that piece of debris in the seat the probably came out of the cup holder (what's your point...). The level of hostility between the guys working here and the odd defensiveness over just minor fixes...OMG just avoid. We left so creeped out over the behavior and the "going postal" vibe here. Best auto spa! Excellent customer service, prices, friendly, family owned, plus a shiny car! Today was exceptional though - I wish I had taken pictures. My daughter's headlights were old, dirty/moldy due to the age of the car, etc. Nathan made this 2013 CRV look BRAND new - the headlights are clear! Excellent service from a local, family owned business. Soft wash doesn't scratch your paint. Final detail and drying is very well done.

I decided to get the manager's special at this place instead to just washing my truck at the house myself as usual due to time constraints...with the tip it was just over 30$ for an exterior wash and listed everything from the wheels to a FULL wipe down. ...in reality what you get is a cheap drive through wash that doesn't even get all the foam off during the rinse ‍. The wipe down is worst than if I did it by throwing the towels at the truck. The only thing I'm glad about is that this Auto Spa didn't mess up the interior by trying to clean it. When I came back and asked what the wash actually covered after seeing all the unfinished cleaning the owner gave me the runaround. I would stay away from this place and just take your car through any cheap drive through if you don't have time to wash it...you'll get the same quality at worst. Most up to date car washes with modern drive through washes will do a better job since this one looks like it's been using the same brushes since world war 2. read more

The convenience and nice staff are consistent. The quality is bad. It costs over $28 and I always have to clean out the cup holders, empty my trash can, and wipe down surfaces. I want so badly to leave satisfied, but it hasn't happened. If I have more time, I go to Autobell down Capital Blvd. read more

BEST AUTO SPA IN WAKE FOREST!! I will never take my car anywhere else these guys are truly the best! I think what makes them strand out from the rest is their attention to detail. They make sure to clean in the small cracks and find places that other places would over look. They always take their time and never rush through the cars. All of the guys are always so polite and friendly!! The Cascio family is such a great family and they are always willing to listen and fix any problems that may come up. The manager Nate is awesome and always double checks every car to make sure it is has been done correctly. I highly highly recommended WFAS to anyone who wants a solid, clean car wash or detail! This is a family-owned place and the only car wash that I bring my car to. Also, the people cleaning the cars are teenagers/young adults like every other place so keep that in mind. Their prices are also reasonable. They always give stickers and candy to my kids and have always been very friendly. This is our family car wash! read more

I'd been to Wake Forest Auto Spa once before and was satisfied with the service other than one of my windshield wiper blades not being put back into place properly after they dislodged it. But today ... different story. Service not as good as before, but the main reason for me taking the time to do this review: sticky fingers. I had a couple dollars of loose change in the little console between the two front seats. I guess it was wrong of me to leave it there... to be so trusting...and perhaps I should find it endearing that they left a few pennies ... and I wish I'd noticed it before I got back home...and I wish I hadn't given them the rather generous tip... but I will NOT be going back, and I will NOT recommend them. read more

The service and owners were wonderful. I drove through freshly dropped paint on the road and after waiting two days to have it fixed, my fault. They made my car look brand new inside and out, so detailed it is amazing. I would not bring my car anywhere else after seeing for myself the meticulous work that they do. The guys outside make sure when I bring it in to hit all the spots that I would never have done. They even have the best handmade jewelry inside. We bought a used 2014 Camry that had a number of scratches and these guys made it look brand new again, just blew me away, very impressed! They did the mack-daddy on this, clay-barring the whole car, then spot compounding the scratches, followed by a thorough hand wax, the best $150 bucks I've ever spent. I had my car washed and detailed at Wake Forest auto spa. My car went in perfect and came out with paint missing on the front bumper. When I confronted the owner he was very ugly and refused to pay for damages! He didn't offer a refund just cussed and walked away. My insurance contacted him, they got the same response. 549.00 later my car is fixed at my expense. Warning!! Take your car elsewhere!!!!! read more

I ventured to the WF Autospa recently when my car was in desperate need of help. I didn't have time to waste and it needed to be done quickly, so into the drive I went. It works like any other car wash, you pull in, choose a wash you want, and go inside to pay and wait. The front counter staff was super friendly, and even discussed future needs I have with getting my car ready to sell, quoting me for some detail work. The wash was great. I contacted Wake Forest Auto Spa after the glass technician, who repaired my car window from a break-in, recommended getting the interior detailed by someone that knew how to handle glass in leather seats. I spoke with the owner's son Nate, who assured me that he knew how to handle the cleanup so as not to rip the leather. I told him that the glass technician recommended that the leather be conditioned after the cleanup and he assured me that he would do that and told me to bring it in on Saturday and that he would charge me $80 for the cleanup and conditioning. After an hour, I was told the car was ready. I located the car and gave it an inspection and it didn't look like anything was done to it. I found Nate and asked him if he had completed the work and he told me that he had. When I responded that it didn't look like he had done anything, and certainly did not condition the leather as I had requested, his response was "I did you a favor, I vaccuumed the back seat for 15 minutes." $80 for 15 minutes of "work" and he did me a "favor". I will never patronize this establishment again and I encourage others to do the same. read more

I found WFAS by chance since they don't advertise, only have a Facebook address & their tired, un-assuming building is rather hidden by trees & shrubs. They were were fully staffed, very amiable and not too busy on the day of my visit. Despite giving the Team the un-enviable task of my mom's neglected car, they were up to the challenge. It is right on Capital blvd. in Wake Forest next to Just Tires and Olive Garden. The detail shop is on another level. They do everything including : polishing and waxing , headlight restoration, restoring faded black plastic, odor removal and much more. I have a Ford F-150 and I take it there once or twice a month. There are at least two, usually three guys cleaning up the truck on each end (vacuum, wipe down). The only time I've needed anything touched up was my windshield after a really long road trip, the bugs were everywhere. They worked hard to scrub everything off too! Today I took in our CR-V and they did a good job on it as well. Bonus that I don't have to worry about cash for tip, because I can just add it to credit card and she gives me the cash to put in the jar. read more

Don't waste your time or money on this place. I requested a "Premium Wash", cost $30.19, for my 2011 Camry. The automated equipment is really old, therefore the employees have to physically wash the car with soft brushes before it goes through the antiquated machines which do a lousy job as evidenced by the deep dirt still on my car hood. After the machines, I sat outside to observe a crew of four employees dry the car, clean the windows(inside and out) and put tire brightener on the tires. It took over 30 minutes for the whole process to be completed. I pointed out that I had not observed anyone wash the interior back window. An employee asked one of the other helpers if he had, and was told "yes." I know for a fact they had not. In addition, one of the employees was using foul language, and when told to stop by another employee, he just laughed. After I had left, I noticed that the front interior windshield and side windows were smeary. I called the business and was told I could bring the car back and they would re-clean the windows. I live in Rolesville and it clearly was not worth the drive back. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

After my experience, I'm not sure it was even the same business that the other reviewer referred to. I was greeted promptly and courteously, the prices and services were clearly explained and my F150 was well cleaned inside and out. Was it a 100.00 detail job? No. Was it well worth the 25.00?
