Love this place. My wife said she wanted her car detailed because we have a dog we take everywhere, and dog hair was.. everywhere. Every. Where. So we picked this place. It's local, and I believe locally-owned. I think the total was just over $300 for the Interior, Exterior, and the Headlight Restoration. The ONE problem - and not a real problem - we dropped it off at 8:30 AM, and was told 2-3 hours, and they would call us, we didn't get a call but swung by at 2:30 PM, and they were finishing up the drying. Not a problem at all, but expect a good 4-5 hours wait. Make it a day-date with your significant other like we did. Which makes it even more okay, because they knocked this out of the park. EVERYTHING is so clean, and smelled so good. It looked like a brand new car inside and out. Even spots inside where I was like, "I'm not sure they can get that"- they nailed. I'm going to be bringing my car, and my wife wants to make the full detail an annual thing, with getting minor clean-up's multiple times in between that. read more

First time at the white horse, ill stick to washing my own car:) I paid for the win for 25.00 that included tire cleaning. After leaving i didn't realize they didnt wipe my rims off , they just spray tire shine on it . So i still have to clean my rims and my bumper to get the bugs off left behind. Okay job with the wash, okay job vacuuming the interior, except..... they completely missed the carpet area on the side of the drivers seat...that's the first thing you see when you open the door...how the heck do you NOT vacuum that area??? That's laziness or just carelessness...$40 and we had to clean that carpet area...didn't notice until we got home...annoying as heck!!! Never again..!!!! read more

I paid for the best $75 detail cleaning . when I opened the back for cleaning I also asked that they vacuumed the storage area. my Honda pilot was emptied by my husband and I to make it easy. of course they didn't vacuum there so I asked again. when I was putting items back in . I noticed they didn't even vacuum my cup holders. I also still had dirt and sand on my seats. They didn't wipe down the areas around the doors . This was my first and my last visit to this car wash. Recently my car had to go into the shop for recall. It is going to take 3-4 weeks to rerpaid and they gave me a loaner. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called White Horse, and they forced me to send them an email. Cant say I was happy with not being able to talk to a human about this.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]But then I was infuuriated when they responded to the email that they would give me a courtesy 1 car wash on the loaner for a 3-4 week period.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I pay good moeny for a swlow and inept washing service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I've been coming here for 3 years, at this point, I do so simply out of convenance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I find it increasingly hard to watch and am now at the point where I'm going to look for alternatives.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Being in supply chain, I live in data, and process improvements on a daily basis and this car washes processes are built to accommodate a staff that moves at the pace of a slug. It is clear they staff the three phases of the process and almost never adjust to volume or bottlenecks. The third process, after the car comes out of the interior focus on the belt line and is then staged for finishing touches, simply should not exist. Two belts should run simultaneously with teams of two outside of each bay ready to finish off and then the customer is on their way. I suspect the third part of the process was built this way to accommodate the highly unmotivated staff. Several times I've sat watching gently as they all congregated so have discussion while several unfinished vehicles sit outside in the third process that shouldn't exist. My daughter's BF gave me a $50 gift certificate for White Horse for Christmas. I just used it Saturday, March 30th. -I was so confused when I arrived. When you pull in, you're immediately in line already to get a wash. I didn't really want a wash, just an inside vacuum and cleaning. I reversed and parked in a lane with a safety barrel and went inside to find a cashier to speak with about what I wanted. There was no one inside, at all. I popped out the door on the other side and saw a customer sitting on a bench. She told me what to do. She agreed it was confusing. I went back to my car and got back in line. When I got closer to the wash a lady ran over and showed me package options. I was excited to see that all packages were under the $50 total of my gift card amount! She told me every piece of what to do in 1 min. I retained none of it. LoL. I did read the sign to put the car in neutral and let off the brake. It raised a bit of anxiety. I made it through and had to ask someone where to go next. I sat on the bench and a couple more customers spoke about confusion but I must say, my car looked great inside and out. They did a great job vacuuming. I had a lot of sod dust in there and still some remaining beach sand. Now it's all gone. They cleaned my dash and inside of my windshield which I was very happy about. Oh! Inside the building is a nice waiting area and 2 bathrooms. At least one of them had a baby diaper changing station! Impressive! Mom's thank you, White Horse! I would definitely come back again. The positives: great vacuum job and everyone was friendly. The negatives: Despite being friendly, I could really have used more direction as to what I was supposed to do during any given part of the process. Couldn't hear the guy yelling to put my car in neutral over the washing/drying equipment. Didn't know where to go after the wash was done. Didn't realize when they had finished with my car. Worse than that though was the absolute crappy job they did cleaning the inside of my car. Several places in the dashboard that weren't touched at all. How hard is it to be methodical? Feel like I got a 75% complete job and would really have liked to pay 75% of what I did. read more

I booked online and accidentally arrived a day earlier than I scheduled. They were still able to accommodate me. My car was finished ahead of schedule and the interior was immaculate. Rims weren't cleaned at all... they only had 1 bay open with workers... it took forever to get through and it was a terrible job. They are soooo slow DMV employees come here for training They are soooo slow my credit card expired between the time I paid and tried to tip. They do a decent job getting the car clean, and unfortunately there is no better place in Warrenton. They absolutely suck I get it's a bunch of teenagers first jobs but still we payed for the car wash and interior detailing and they wiped a couple things down inside and called it done everything was still visibly dirty pet hair was still everywhere dosnt look like they vacuumed a bunch of dirt is still everywhere and it's horrible I do not recommend coming to this one maybe they are better at a different one but I won't be back read more

I've taken my truck through here twice - both times they've done a reasonably good job. First time I opted for both inside and outside cleaning. It's a little confusing the first time - after you exit the car wash - you drive all the way around the building again to get into another line for the interior cleaning. The second time I only did the exterior wash. Both times they removed the antenna from my vehicle, then re-attached it after the wash was complete. Three staff attendants were not wearing masks and I had to ask the attendant who took my money and order to please put a mask on when we interacted. The other two remained mask less the entire time. I emailed the company through Facebook 24 hours ago but never got a reply. Would love to know why staff at a business in Virginia is not wearing masks during this COVID 19 pandemic. This place was really awesome when it opened. I don't really know what has happened, but it has really gone downhill. They lost one of my wife's car mats during a cleaning, when we realized and called them said they have no idea what happened and they had no extra car mats there. We literally called 15 minutes later. Either someone was driving around with 5 mats, or they just lied to us. No offer to replace or maybe provide a free wash, just nothing. Exterior wash I can tell they downgraded their soaps. The car doesn't foam like it used too when you go through...but hey, they added multicolor lights and I guess thats pretty much the same thing. The interior jobs are pointless. Like, you can tell they did it because parts of the inside are wet or look clean, but there's dust and dirt all over the place that they should of hit, but didn't. Out of the last 3 times we had the interior done, two times you couldn't tell they had done anything besides a hasty vacuum job. I mean, we paid for the actual cleaning, but you couldn't tell. Soooo...as I purchased the monthly unlimited car wash full service do to the excellent first 4 washes, I have continued to see a decline in service in my brand new car. I am constantly having to ask them to dry my car correctly because there is still dirt and streaks. Today my car looked horrible, and the employee had to go over my whole car again because of all the water spots, dirt and soap suds left on my front grill and head lights and all the way around.They actually flagged me to say my car was ready with it looking that bad. This was my first time using this car wash. I usually go to one in Gainesville. I paid $18 for the exterior best value wash. It looked like the car was not touched. A lot of foam some water and I left with the car looking the same as before. I will never use this place again. Overpriced and terrible service. They tried to sell me the the monthly car wash deal.
