We came here from 2 separate recommendations from my sister and nephew , they both had their tints here and mentioned their price was fair and their tints looked great and were happy with the results. Lo and behold the price that was quoted over the phone were incorrect, here we stood at the front desk and we were up charge by $80 . We did questioned the price difference the gentleman said, it's not included with the front windshield . ( my gripe here is trained the staff, especially who ever answered the phones to be transparent with pricing.) As we waited I over heard the conversation with an employee and another customer, the $80 windshield is not included in their $150 quote , customer stated he knew the price quoted is minus the windshield price . ( then I questioned my husband's hearing or their miscommunications over the phone ) Besides that the gentleman at the desk was helpful in guiding us with making decisions on the different shade of tint for our car . We initially came in for 70% ceramic tint, the gentleman explained it wouldn't make any difference from what we already have. He recommended going with 20% or 35% since we didn't want the windows to be super dark . We were indecisive and after taking the samples outside to compare in front of our car windows , it was clear the gentleman was absolutely right. We went ahead with his recommendation and purchased a 35% grade, Not too dark and not too light . shade . Wait time is anywhere from 1-2 hours , we sat in the waiting room with a movie on screen lounging on the leather recliner seat sofa . We asked if he honored any discounts for referrals , he gave us a $10 discount with no sales tax . As we drove a few blocks home we noticed there were black speck or glue marks on the windshield . We turned around to have the matter looked over, the same gentleman we dealt with apologized for the black speck , as soon as one of the employee finished working on an existing car we would be next. Less than 35 minutes our windshield was fixed .

When I refused, he explicitly agreed to a $200 refund for the uncompleted work on Saturday, then promised it again on Monday by 1:00 PM. He has since ghosted my texts and ignored my Zelle refund requests. Be very careful paying this business upfront, they will try to upsell you when they can't deliver on services you already paid for.

Had a big problem with the person Sal sent over today. The guy did not speak ONE single word of English. Do you think that may cause communication problems? I could tell that he had never worked on a Tesla door panel before. He looked at it, puzzled at several different stages. When done, I needed to take a photo of the sticker on the glass so that I could prove it was the correct replacement type. The guy started peeling it off, and I said ALTO. I wanted to take a photo of the sticker. He cracked a smirk and then kept ripping it off.. Then I asked the guy for an invoice/receipt, and he just pointed at his phone. I asked them to send someone over with an invoice so I could pay them. The next person shows up and speaks at least very little English. Hands me a receipt now with tax added. Then he did not want my check. Then, to find out that it was indeed the wrong kind of glass. No wonder Jose ripped the sticker off as I was trying to take a photo of it. What an unnecessarily stressful experience. If you are too lazy to learn the language of the country you are working in, how are people supposed to have confidence in your professional skills? So if you are looking for a place that does not speak English and gets things 83% correct. Call these guys.

Francisco was amazing. We needed our front windshield replaced on our car because it caught a…read morerock. We called the company that advertises big time on radio and tv. We were ok with the price quoted then offended to find out the price quoted was a three installment price making it 3X the original price we had seen. We started looking around and found Option Auto Glass. All contact was quick and his price was more than half the price quoted by the large advertiser. His price included home install at no additional cost and Francisco was very friendly and efficient. Another bonus was that I have a transponder for the 91 expressway and he replaced the Velcro strips and attached the transponder to the new windshield. I have had many windshields replaced over the years because I traveled a lot in my working days. This is the first time that someone was thoughtful enough to replace the Velcro strips. I can't say enough good things about this company. I waited to write my review until I had a chance to run the car through the car wash. The seal on the window is solid.
