I cannot say when my experience with an auto parts store has been this bad. This company use to be for real. A real part person to talk to. Someone to answer questions. No , I get a chat with someone who does not know an order number from their own reference number and tells me he does not even see an order. Second attempt at a chat and it is in waiting hold. . Mind you I am trying to finish up a brake job, nothing. So now I try to call, nope . You get to leave your info and they will all you back when they can, seriously? I get a notice from them that some funds have been refunded to me. Turns out they really did not have some components ready to ship and no advice as to when they would ship. My entire experience with Autohaus AZ was highly satisfying. I was hesitant at first to purchase from them bc of their review rating under 4 stars. However, after comparing part costs+shipping+arrival time with their competitors, I felt Autohaus AZ was the better option. I would have given 5 stars had they included new bolts with the water pump I purchased for my 2014 VW GTI MK6 Wolfsburg 2.0 TSI. There is a form to fill up but your issues never been taken cared off. This company should be taken off the market because it does not comply with what the customer needs. I used to love AutohausAz. 5 years back, great service and competitive prices, even free shipping. I would get my order delivered in San Diego 2 business days after I placed my order. Times have changed! My last order took 8 business days to get here. It took 4 days to process, then I received notification of shipment but it took another 2 days before Fedex confirmed pick up of the package. And like 5 yrs ago only 2 days to get here from Arizona. Bottom line it now takes 6 days vs 1 day to process an order. To make things worse, 5 years ago, I could call and get help on the phone. No more phone support and emails don't get answers. AutohausAZ went from great service to $#*!. My guess is AutohausAz grew in volume but they never upgraded their services, must be same handful of people processing 20 times the volume of orders. Comical. No phone support, chat support is one guy Aaron who's only available for 4 hrs a day and isn't much help. Their parts selection decreased, prices increased and service levels dropped off the map. Awful. I'll start ordering parts from elsewhere. read more

I wish I had read the review before I made my purchase. I ordered the part they advertised to fit my car. When it arrived, it was not for my car. I requested a return, I followed all the instruction to make a return. The part wasn't that expensive so I sent it back, it was only $20. When my refund came back it was $3.46. So I had to pay for their mistake of shipping the incorrect parts. Never will I ever do business with this place. At lease when your trying to shaft the paying public, try to be subtle. read more

This company is in my view the worst that I have dealt with in many years. I ordered two struts for my vehicle on February 3rd. 2025. The FedEx tracking number which they provided, stated that it would arrive on Saturday, the 8th. No such luck. I waited until Monday, the 10th. to contact the company as they have very limited hours of operation. Aaron, the online live assistant was both rude and not helpful. I emailed the link sent to me to review them (what nerve!) to complain that I had not received the items. I am still waiting two days later to hear back from them! This morning the FedEx website said that the package was going back to the seller as it was undeliverable! (Not true!) I had to call my credit card company to get a refund. Another thing to note is that they automatically added a $2.37 charge to my order "in case I needed a replacement"..a deceptive business practice. I cannot recommend them in any way, shape or form!
