This company is not very reliable. Please do not deal with this company. There is no customer service, no one to speak too when there is a problem in your order. There is a form to fill up but your issues never been taken cared off. This company should be taken off the market because it does not comply with what the customer needs. Up to now I have an issue of returning the wrong parts sent to me but there is nobody to speak too. I called and left a message. no answer. BUYER BEWARE!!! My boyfriend is currently involved in an ongoing dispute with this company. He initially purchased two fuel pumps from them, only to have the order cancelled due to "fraudulent activity." We don't think much of this, but later come to find out that the order wasn't cancelled, as we were charged THREE TIMES for the same order. My boyfriend reached out to them only to have them remove the charges, and a few days later charged AGAIN (x3). So now we are looking at three charges that we are liable for, and of course no fuel pump or refund. We've tried to call them it they don't have a phone number on the site, and they don't answer emails or respond. These guys are running some sort of scam it seems. Will be reporting to the BBB as well as the Department of consumer finance protection bureau. Now we have to file a claim with our bank, what a nightmare! Stay away from these fraudsters! read more

Let me tell you I was disappointed after receiving my first package. Inside the delivery box was a damaged box that had been repackaged with a cheaper Wix Fuel filter. No , I get a chat with someone who does not know an order number from their own reference number and tells me he does not even see an order. Second attempt at a chat and it is in waiting hold. . Mind you I am trying to finish up a brake job, nothing. So now I try to call, nope . You get to leave your info and they will all you back when they can, seriously? I get a notice from them that some funds have been refunded to me. Turns out they really did not have some components ready to ship and no advice as to when they would ship. My entire experience with Autohaus AZ was highly satisfying. I was hesitant at first to purchase from them bc of their review rating under 4 stars. However, after comparing part costs+shipping+arrival time with their competitors, I felt Autohaus AZ was the better option. I would have given 5 stars had they included new bolts with the water pump I purchased for my 2014 VW GTI MK6 Wolfsburg 2.0 TSI. As a former parts manager, I would have thrown those in the box without charge. To each their own I suppose. I will likely purchase from them again. read more

I used to love AutohausAz. 5 years back, great service and competitive prices, even free shipping. I would get my order delivered in San Diego 2 business days after I placed my order. Times have changed! My last order took 8 business days to get here. It took 4 days to process, then I received notification of shipment but it took another 2 days before Fedex confirmed pick up of the package. And like 5 yrs ago only 2 days to get here from Arizona. Bottom line it now takes 6 days vs 1 day to process an order. To make things worse, 5 years ago, I could call and get help on the phone. No more phone support and emails don't get answers. AutohausAZ went from great service to $#*!. My guess is AutohausAz grew in volume but they never upgraded their services, must be same handful of people processing 20 times the volume of orders. Comical. No phone support, chat support is one guy Aaron who's only available for 4 hrs a day and isn't much help. Their parts selection decreased, prices increased and service levels dropped off the map. Awful. I'll start ordering parts from elsewhere. read more

I wish I had read the review before I made my purchase. I ordered the part they advertised to fit my car. When it arrived, it was not for my car. I requested a return, I followed all the instruction to make a return. The part wasn't that expensive so I sent it back, it was only $20. When my refund came back it was $3.46. So I had to pay for their mistake of shipping the incorrect parts. Never will I ever do business with this place. At lease when your trying to shaft the paying public, try to be subtle. read more
