Love Autohaus AZ except for one thing: On each order their is a comment box to use on the order form. In that box I requested that I wanted the product shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. This company is in my view the worst that I have dealt with in many years. I ordered two struts for my vehicle on February 3rd. 2025. The FedEx tracking number which they provided, stated that it would arrive on Saturday, the 8th. No such luck. I waited until Monday, the 10th. to contact the company as they have very limited hours of operation. Aaron, the online live assistant was both rude and not helpful. I emailed the link sent to me to review them (what nerve!) to complain that I had not received the items. I am still waiting two days later to hear back from them! This morning the FedEx website said that the package was going back to the seller as it was undeliverable! (Not true!) I had to call my credit card company to get a refund. Another thing to note is that they automatically added a $2.37 charge to my order "in case I needed a replacement"..a deceptive business practice. I cannot recommend them in any way, shape or form! I just purchased a number of Bosch parts (relays) for my 1983 automobile. Of the seven identical relays I purchased, 2 were faulty. I returned them to Autohaus Az using the return guarantee I purchased initially and within days, the two new parts arrived and work perfectly. No muss, no fuss. There was a small additional cost for the purchase guarantee but this was small and much less that return shipment would have cost. Ordered 2 fuel filters for my 1984 VW Vanagon. Both filters arrived damaged from poor packaging. I went through the process outlined on the Autohous web page to inform the company of the damaged product. I filled out the on-line forms and submitted photos of the damaged filters. It's been 4 days since I reported the problem and I still have not heard from Autohaus. Seems this is a company that is happy to take your money, but not willing to correct problems with their product. I'd recommend others think twice before ordering from Autohaus. Poor customer service. FYI, I contacted my credit card company and filed a complaint. They did a charge back, so I got a full refund. So Autohaus doesn't profit from ignoring me. Sweet!! read more

When you take the time and effort to change your brake pads and have the car up in the air and tires removed and you find that the wrong parts were sent, then you have to scramble to try and find the correct brake pads in a auto parts store, it was a bad experience.
