I recently purchased 2 A/C compressors from Autohaus AZ. On Autohaus AZ website they both stated they were a direct fit. the first compressor arrived. it was new just as stated, but upon comparing to my current compressor it did not match. I proceeded to order the 2nd compressor. I verified the part number was a match. The image on the website also matched my current compressor. When I received the 2nd compressor. It was the exact same as the first, except it was used. The areas where the hoses connect were not covered. Ghe compressor clutch also had signs of use. I contacted Autohaus AZ via message, due to no phone contact. The representative could care less about the issue at had. He proceeded to text me that per the website it was a match. I informed him that is what the other compressor stated. I even sent him images to prove it. The representative did not apologize for the mistake made of their end. After going around with him I decided to return for refund. I received a feedback link for my experience and sent this information to Autohaus AZ. As of today, no one from a Autohaus AZ has reached out to out nor apologized. Be caution of this company. They send out used parts that state new only. They also show no remorse for the mistakes make or inconvenience it causes. Update to my review. Got approved for both returns. Unfortunately for me I paid $450.30 for the first oder getting back $415.99 $520.60 for the second order getting back $483.59 Which means Autohaus AZ profited $71.32 for sending out the wrong parts. Be aware of this company. I tried to post this review on Google, it was blocked. Seems the good reviews they have on Google are filtered for best results. read more

I ordered an OEM side light for my 1989 BMW from this vendor on May 9 and paid $50.24 (including shipping, tax, and purchase protection). A few days later, I received an email saying the part was no longer available due to depleted stock and that my order had been canceled. My payment was refunded, which I appreciated. However, on May 15, I visited the site again while still looking for the part--and was surprised to see a nearly identical item listed as compatible with my car, available to ship immediately, but now priced at $70.99. The part had a different item number, but it was marketed as serving the same function for the same vehicle. I understand that parts for older cars are becoming harder to find, and I expect price variation across sellers. But canceling a confirmed order, only to re-list a seemingly interchangeable item at nearly double the price days later, feels deceptive and undermines trust. Great place to purchase your car parts! The search engine on their website could use some improving when typing in a part or part number. It doesn't always direct you to the correct part, but with a little more info, you can find your part. My parts arrived in a few days, and I placed other parts, but then I needed to cancel one of the parts, no problem as long as the parts were not shipped yet. I'm still waiting for those parts to arrive. However, I'll be returning all the parts, since someone purchased my car. This review is based on the product I was sold. bought Bosch wiper blades for a 2019 GCL300. I've used Bosch in my other cars with no issues. Got these installed and the were skipping over the windshield when raining, the rear one no issues. When I used the windshield washer the blades would smooth out. Ok so the windshield had some hard water stains so I would try and clean it. So I bought chemical guys cleaner, no go, I tired 0000 pad, no go, water vinegar and even polish with a buffing machine nothing. I tried adjusting the arms by bending and was just frustrated. Last attempt was trying a different brand. Got the Valeo brand and it works like normal did not have to readjust anything. The Bosch were a decent price ($29 for the front) but now after a new set of blades and the cost of the other cleaning items I am over 100 bucks. read more

I unfortunately decided to purchase parts from AutohausAZ. They have poor logistics with even worse customer service. I ordered an item which was listed as 'In Stock'. In multiple places on their website it is stated in no uncertain terms that In Stock items ship in 1-2 business days, sometimes on the same day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM local time. After not receiving any shipping information or notification for 5 business days, I contacted AAZ and they were of no help. They took no responsibility for the delays and said the processing times are not guaranteed. They tried to appeal to wording specifically relating to 'available to order items' to avoid accountability. Its bad enough that they erred so badly in not shipping my item in a timely fashion, but its even worse that they tried to gaslight me into believing they had not erred at all. I understand errors happen, and would have been more than happy to work towards a resolution. In this case, I was only requesting more expedited shipping for a very small item (less than 10 pounds) due to their processing delays, but they were uncompromising in every way. Don't waste your time with this terrible organization, buy from FCP euro instead. read more

I've used Autohaus AZ for the past decade on my Porsche parts. They were my go-to, but have slipped a bit over the years. They no longer have a customer service number which has caused some issues. I have ordered items that were canceled/backordered and I had to send them messages and wait for a response which delayed me ordering from other sites and caused further downtime. They do not always have the parts I need listed. They do occasionally have significantly lower prices on OEM/OE parts and once shipped they have always arrived on time or early. I have also never had an issue with quality of the products or accuracy of the shipments. read more

Bought a 2013 BMW X5 if fuel control module. The shipping was ok here. It shipped out in four days. But when I receive the product, it was already ripped open on the bottom completely and re-taped up. When you pay full price for a product, you expect a brand new product, unopened. I contacted them about the product and they were only excuses the box must've accidentally ripped open and it was re-taped up. They blew me off and just told me to see if it works. Long story short it worked after coding. But the point is I did not receive an unopened new product. It's straight looks like someone bought it and returned it and they resold it. I would never buy parts from this place after my incident. I looked at the reviews here after the fact and a lot of open box and damaged items are shipping out from this place.
