I am so disappointed with AutohausAZ. I have been buying parts from them for my Mercedes projects. Most recently, I purchased a part their website said would fit my car. Once I received it, it did not fit. I contacted them about the problem with the part. The website said I would get a response in 24 to 48 hours. I did not receive a response. I wrote again and I did get a response. They said that part fits my car. Then they asked for the VIN. I gave them the Vin. Then no response. I have emailed again. Still no response. I called their Phone number and a recorded message says to contact them through their website. There seems to be no way to contact them directly. Now I know why. No customer service or support. Since we on the subject, on one part I paid the extra amount to get the part faster. But it took longer than other parts I have ordered from them. The CEO Carolyn Lefebvre, says all their employees are customer service oriented. She talked about that a lot in her announcement of moving into their new larger facility. Just be aware when purchasing parts from Autohausaz.com you will not be able to return the parts if there is a problem. You will not get a new part or a refund. You will be ignored. It is getting increasingly difficult to find specialty parts for Smart cars since Mercedes Benz has mostly quit providing parts and servicing them. I searched extensively and unsuccessfully for an exhaust air valve for my 2016 Passion. I was fortunate to come up with the part number, and a search by that number brought up AutohausAZ. I was still not sure that I was getting the correct valve because there was no picture of it, but I went ahead and ordered one on faith. I got a quick order confirmation with a quick delivery date. Just before that date, I got another email saying there was a slight delay. The delay was short and I had the correct valve on my doorstep only a couple days later than promised. I used this company for years without a problem. Now it no longer provides service or decent delivery times. I waited 5 weeks for my parts, When I finally received them, I found I have been shorted 4 exhaust valves. I then discovered no one will any longer answer the phone. Every request must be emailed. So I sent an email and they promptly returned with a message that said someone will get back to me within 48 hours. Not so ! Well over a week has gone by and not a peep. A second email to them did nothing, Not only am I out about $60 but I have a set of heads without 4 exhaust valves that I urgently need to have installed to get my car back on the road. I wonder if this company changed hands. It used to be so reliable. Now it is not. read more

They dont offer free shipping, and charge a small order warranty fee (both a bit annoying), but even with those, they are typically still great pricing and great quality. I ordered a replacement fuel pump for my daughter's 2004 Mini Cooper. I was shopping for a high quality pump rather than an inexpensive one - it's not a job I wanted to do twice - and was looking for an OEM or good name brand that would likely last the rest of the car's life. I found their pump advertised on eBay and it was the same part number as the OEM replacement, at about 25% of the cost of most aftermarket pumps! I recently ordered a cup holder for my 2016 MB E400. The original one had a few broken spring clips that help hold the cup in place firmly. They offered 2 choices: one being a high quality OEM replacement part and I could also order the Mercedes branded part. I chose the OEM replacement part because Autohaus' description stated that it was a proper replacement part. Yes indeed, it fits perfectly and honestly I cannot tell that it isn't stamped as MB. I saved some money too. I also ordered a pair of hood struts for my 2008 BMW 535xi. These too were excellent quality and snapped in perfectly in just a couple of minutes. The items shipped quickly and were well packaged. I find their pricing to be very fair and they offer a wide array of parts for different makes.
