I ordered a replacement fuel pump for my daughter's 2004 Mini Cooper. I was shopping for a high quality pump rather than an inexpensive one - it's not a job I wanted to do twice - and was looking for an OEM or good name brand that would likely last the rest of the car's life. I found their pump advertised on eBay and it was the same part number as the OEM replacement, at about 25% of the cost of most aftermarket pumps! I looked the pump and packaging over carefully when I received it. It appears to be an NOS pump, not China junk. I'll be a return customer. read more

First time purchasing from this company and I will never do so again. Relied on their webstie for correct fitment - brake pads to go with rotors. Brake pads did not fit. Perhaps partially my mistake for not confirming multiple times however the link from rotors offered these brake pads, so I assumed they were correct. Brake pads $36. Return flat rate $20 i.e. more than 50% of purchase price. This is an outrageous policy/practice, particularly when most other companies provide for free returns so long as parts in original unused condition and original packaging. Wlll NEVER purchase here again. FCP Euro and similar sites FAR, FAR better re: selection, correct and easily identifiable fitment information and return policies. read more

I recently ordered a cup holder for my 2016 MB E400. The original one had a few broken spring clips that help hold the cup in place firmly. They offered 2 choices: one being a high quality OEM replacement part and I could also order the Mercedes branded part. I chose the OEM replacement part because Autohaus' description stated that it was a proper replacement part. Yes indeed, it fits perfectly and honestly I cannot tell that it isn't stamped as MB. I saved some money too. I also ordered a pair of hood struts for my 2008 BMW 535xi. These too were excellent quality and snapped in perfectly in just a couple of minutes. I ordered an engine management relay assembly for my 2001 Mercedes SLK 230 Sport. There were some available on line but they were not Mercedes OEM parts. The relay arrived ahead of schedule and was packaged sufficiently to prevent any damage. It was in fact the exact part I paid for. I've ordered from Autohaus AZ several times for our Sprinter and have always received the parts in OEM packaging with Mercedes Benz part numbers on the box and parts. The parts are original equipment and relatively low cost (as if MB parts can be low cost!). There's not much communication with the supplier - to some extent it's hope and a prayer that they received your order and are processing and delivering the parts. Never had a problem but in the world today we're all accustomed to prompt feedback regarding order status. Autohaus AZ is lacking in this regard but that is not a reason to avoid them. I select the lowest cost shipping option - usually USPS - and that does allow tracking once the item is shipped. To my surprise, my most recent order was free ground shipping via FedEx.
