First time purchasing from this company and I will never do so again. Relied on their webstie for correct fitment - brake pads to go with rotors. Brake pads did not fit. Perhaps partially my mistake for not confirming multiple times however the link from rotors offered these brake pads, so I assumed they were correct. Brake pads $36. Return flat rate $20 i.e. more than 50% of purchase price. This is an outrageous policy/practice, particularly when most other companies provide for free returns so long as parts in original unused condition and original packaging. Wlll NEVER purchase here again. FCP Euro and similar sites FAR, FAR better re: selection, correct and easily identifiable fitment information and return policies. read more

I ordered an engine management relay assembly for my 2001 Mercedes SLK 230 Sport. There were some available on line but they were not Mercedes OEM parts. This review is mainly on the fact that the will not call you back if requested a call back and if it get someone on the text via their site they don't call you on the phone. Aaron helped me but had no sincere way of handling my concerns. Just said here is a link look for it. If it was his business I'm sure he would go out of his way to do more for customers. I have purchased from them a few times over the years, mostly because I have Mercedes and they sometimes have exactly what I need and the right price and in this case "free shipping" (which was the deciding factor). The parts are the "right" brand, high quality and shipping was pretty fast, considering they are not Amazon. The reasons I am not giving them 5 stars is I haven't put the parts on the car yet, so I don't know if they are the "right ones", and if not it could be a "hassle" and they keep their communication to a minimum. The parts are original equipment and relatively low cost (as if MB parts can be low cost!). There's not much communication with the supplier - to some extent it's hope and a prayer that they received your order and are processing and delivering the parts. Never had a problem but in the world today we're all accustomed to prompt feedback regarding order status. Autohaus AZ is lacking in this regard but that is not a reason to avoid them. I select the lowest cost shipping option - usually USPS - and that does allow tracking once the item is shipped. To my surprise, my most recent order was free ground shipping via FedEx. AutohausAZ, My first and only dealings with the company obviously was not a good one...I requested a rush for my order. I paid extra for a 2 day rush for the part on thu 3/13, but I would not receive the part until 3/18 5 days later. What did I pay that additional charge for? The AutohausAZ rep that handled my concern, either needs additional training on reviewing what they type before responding back to a customer, or when caught in a lie, own up to it. I bought an "OEM" oil pan gasket that they claim fits my vehicle and in which upon installation the sealing areas did not align. It is obviously a manufacturing defect and they will not warranty the part. They claim that since I installed it they will not take it back. How else would anyone identify a defect if a part is not installed and used? Even if it was new, this part is defective and they would not be able to sell to another consumer. This company is obviously anti-consumer. They DO NOT honor their warranty. They claim that is it my lack of mechanical expertise and that is the reason why they will not honor the warranty and refuse the fact this is a defect.
