Let me start off by saying, I have been a customer for almost two decades. Others parts suppliers have come and gone, but if you own older European cars, they are my go to source. Here comes my gripe; An item on your order is not in stock or no longer available, they sent you a message, I immediately replied and said to ship what they have. Then they hold the order, I sent a chat message to please ship the order, received no reply. 2 days later the order is still pending and I sent another chat message, 4 days later another one, and 6 days later another. They finally ship the order a week later, without ever receiving a reply from them ? - No phone number to call - No communication ( Sent a call back request ) - If you need your parts fast, this is not the place - They work bankers hours only Everything I said above was like this before the pandemic and labor shortages, and it has not gotten better. Suggestion, hire more people or at least have someone look at the messages that customers send. read more

Very poor customer service. Very difficult to reach if you need something. Shipping charges were double what everyone else charges to ship same item. No local pick-up which would have saved their outrageous $60 shipping price. Spoke to some guy there eventually and he couldn't care less about my concerns. Prices cheaper elsewhere after shipping so not buying from these guys. They need to learn not to overcharge for shipping and to at least pretend that they want to accommodate potential customers. read more

No problems with any of the parts sent and refunds are fast even if you messed up and bought the wrong parts!

1) No customer service, can't call anyone. Takes 24 hours to get a return email that will tell you nothing you don't already know. 2) Parts listed to fit vehicle don't always fit, do your own research first 3) Parts listed in stock, not always in stock. They will remove the part from your order and refund. This sucks if your buying matching left and right suspension parts and they only ship one and your forced to go with another manufacturer for the other side. This used to be my go-to store for older BMW and Mercedes parts. So sad to see their service go down the drain with the rest of this country. read more

i've ordered the same part twice from them. Both the packaging from the original manufacture was damaged. The part inside was damage, and then returned, took photos of where the damage was to the existing part returned it within 14 days they sent me back the same exact damage part I wouldn't recommend this company because obviously the people that pull the orders in the warehouse don't even value the fact that if the original manufactures box is open and taped three times then obviously a part must've fallen out onto the floor and then you put it back in the damaged box, and put it in stock. NO! , you don't do that your policy A, it and send the customer the correct undamaged part. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered a rebuild kit for a diesel injection pump. I wanted to make absolutely sure I had everything I would need to get the job done so I spent more to buy the entire kit and be sure there were no surprises when I went to do the job. It's a 6 cylinder engine, so obviously there are 6 of everything, but whoever put the order together thought that somehow it made sense to only have 5 delivery valve o-rings and even wrote a 5 on the bag so it's not like it was miscounted. The kit was itemized so it clearly showed a quantity of 6 and I was charged for 6. Of course I didn't realize this until the vehicle was disassembled and oozing diesel everywhere. It would be at least 3 days to receive the part so I had to run around trying to find a generic O-ring from the auto parts store that would fit. I contacted Autohausaz about the issue and the options they gave me were to get a refund of the single o-ring for $0.89 (even though it's sold as a kit) or wait for them to ship a replacement single O-ring and redo the job. Why am I left picking up the bill for the time and expenses that are a direct result of your employee's mistake? read more

I ordered front and rear sway bar bushings based on the part numbers they had listed. Parts arrived and I attempted the install of the front sway bar bushings. I needed 23mm sway bar bushings and the ones I received were not close to allowing me to install them. I chatted with them about it and told them regardless of the part number on the bag they were not 23mm bushings. The guy I spoke to never offered to replace them or look into the matter. I ended up returning them and ordered them somewhere else. When I received REAL 23mm bushings from another company they fit without a problem. I didn't mention the fact that I had been a factory trained Porsche/Audi mechanic and worked as an inspector for many years and knew how to measure my sway bar. I believe the bushings I returned were either 22.5mm or 22mm bushings. I think they should check that the actual parts in the bag or container match what's on the sticker before blindly stating that it is the correct part based on the part number. Rear bushings installed ok which is the reason for the 2 star rating. read more

I have used AUTOHAUS AZ for the last 10 years to buy parts for my 2012 MERCEDES BENZ. Although they were pricey I liked that they always were there with the parts I needed. Lately AUTOHAUS AZ has been listing items on their website that are not in stock. This becomes a problem when you are being charged shipping [a flat fee] of 15.99 for only a partial order, they do not back order that item and ship it to you when it is back in stock. AUTOHAUS AZ charges you a shipping charge again [15.99]. In my opinion AUTOHAUS AZ should be upfront and update their website with accurate information or let their customers know their policy this in advance. read more
