I ordered front and rear sway bar bushings based on the part numbers they had listed. Parts arrived and I attempted the install of the front sway bar bushings. I needed 23mm sway bar bushings and the ones I received were not close to allowing me to install them. I chatted with them about it and told them regardless of the part number on the bag they were not 23mm bushings. The guy I spoke to never offered to replace them or look into the matter. I ended up returning them and ordered them somewhere else. When I received REAL 23mm bushings from another company they fit without a problem. I didn't mention the fact that I had been a factory trained Porsche/Audi mechanic and worked as an inspector for many years and knew how to measure my sway bar. I believe the bushings I returned were either 22.5mm or 22mm bushings. I think they should check that the actual parts in the bag or container match what's on the sticker before blindly stating that it is the correct part based on the part number. Rear bushings installed ok which is the reason for the 2 star rating. read more

I have used AUTOHAUS AZ for the last 10 years to buy parts for my 2012 MERCEDES BENZ. Although they were pricey I liked that they always were there with the parts I needed. Lately AUTOHAUS AZ has been listing items on their website that are not in stock. This becomes a problem when you are being charged shipping [a flat fee] of 15.99 for only a partial order, they do not back order that item and ship it to you when it is back in stock. AUTOHAUS AZ charges you a shipping charge again [15.99]. In my opinion AUTOHAUS AZ should be upfront and update their website with accurate information or let their customers know their policy this in advance. read more

I was in need of a headlight bulb socket for our 20 year old Mercedes, and found the part online at Autohaus. The picture looked like an exact match, and the part description confirmed that. I logged onto the Autohaus site and ordered the part...it arrived a few days later. The replacement part was identical to the original Mercedes part, and I successfully installed it using wire cutters, a wire stripper, wire caps and electrical tape. Worse...they first denied the part was even eligible for free shipping, and in their follow up email requested that I email a screenshot of their offer. As many people, I make multiple online purchases each month, and do not take screenshots since I assume a company's word stands. And simple acknowledgment of system error would have sufficed but they preferred to imply I made the issue up. I have a Mercedes shop for the last 50 years and been with Autohaus AZ for the last twenty to thirty years. Their products are great, I usually chose the better versions. In general they do a great job, but there is always room for improvement. I am sorry they charge sales tax to legitimate brick and mortar stores, and miss the free shipping on minimum orders. The ability to reach to them on the phone is difficult at best. Let's talk about their shipping. I know they have chosen FeDex as they are cheaper than their competition. BUT, since the shop pays the shipping cost why not let us chose the beat shipper for us? Lets look at our next to last shipment using FeDex The outer box was punctured. three times and the bottom flaps were open. The inner boxes were slightly crushed. These were $500 window regulators (My cost) and since the car hasn't been available I don't know if they are damaged. This is far from the first FeDex problem. I lost hundreds of dollars from their stupid mistakes in the past. One time they delivered to a house not even close toy shop. I didn't find where the product had gone for months. When I called FeDex they just said "Well, we we show it as delivered" Yeh, to someone else, far, far, away. FeDex guys are terrible. I live in fear when they have the shipment. read more

Bought a wheel bearing for my sons BMW. When I received it the threads on one of the mounting holes was messed up. I contacted them for a return, we were possibly going to buy another one and then send the old one back for a refund. I have been trying to get ahold of somebody since then for over 2 weeks.
