I needed parts for my Mercedes and I went to their site. They had a lot of different parts that were in stock and went to my vehicle. The items shipped out at a reasonable time. I've used Autohaus for a few years now, all mail order. My previous experiences went pretty well. Parts arrived, not fast, but my order was filled. This time however, an item that I ordered was substituted with one that cost less, and wasn't even a comparable substitute. No price reflection on what I was billed. No explanation. I've sent countless messages, through email, through their website. Called several times. You can consider myself a customer that you have lost business with, over something that was completely avoidable. I'm a one man shop, I don't have time to waste like this. I'll just do my business elsewhere. My advice, this company is on it's way down the tubes. DO NOT DO business with them. Customer service is what MAKES a company. Terrible. Ordered parts for my Porsche weeks ago. Email said order would ship 3 weeks ago and I would receive tracking info. No tracking info, no shipment. Want to get ahold of them? Good luck. Their phone system puts you on hold for an hour and then disconnects you. They say to email them. Their emails go unreturned (I've sent 10.). It seems AutohausAZ has fallen on hard times, or maybe they've changed ownership or management; for the worse. I've ordered from them for at least 10 years. 'Back then' they offered free shipping on orders over $50. Then it became orders over $75. Now, free shipping is gone. No announcement. Nothing. Just gone. 'Back then' they posted their phone number prominently on the web site. And when I called, someone reasonably friendly would answer reasonably promptly, and actually help. Nowadays I have to do an internet search to find the phone number. And when I did call to inquire about a part I couldn't find on the web site, I sat on hold for about half an hour, then the system told me to leave a message and hung up. Poor communication tends usually to indicate a management problem. I don't know what's going on at Autohaus, but they're headed in the wrong direction. read more

No way to reach anyone. No confirmation of whether your order went through. No tracking number. Parts will just suddenly show up a couple weeks later. If you want to cancel (say, because of the above scenario you ended up ordering from somewhere else) good luck trying to get a hold of anyone to get a refund. Avoid at all costs. It's like you're dealing with a malfunctioning robot. No human interaction whatsoever. read more

Like an idiot, I backed up and broke my outside side mirror. Very frustrating until I talked with auto house online and ordered the factory original mirror for my 2014 Mercedes-Benz E350 cabriolet what great customer service not only did I get the part in its original packaging in about two days I was able to put my mirror back on and restore my car to normal. I ordered some subframe bushings from Autohaus Az, and received an email a few days later that a few of the bushings wouldn't be delivered since they were low on stock, but that the rest would get sent. A week and a half later, I received another email that none of the bushings were in stock, and that none would be sent. I just spent two weeks trying to figure out a brake caliper no one has except Autohaus. I keep wasting time and money going to local shops, buying aftermarket garbage on eBay, and overpaying for "refurbished" parts. Autohaus has all the correct new OEM parts I need without overpaying. Im always excited to get my package, and it usually comes sooner that I'm expecting. I know its gonna be right part, and a dream to install in my car if I can just get that old rusted thing out first! The prices are fair but make sure you won't have to return anything because return shipping is on you.

Do not order from this company they don't have anyone to answer their phones. They send you to a website where you have to email them for any of your concerns. They lied to me about getting my product out within two days. It won't be here for days later, and that puts me in a horrible predicament with my client, whose car is stuck on a lift by the way do not order from this company. They are a joke. read more

BEWARE! Their website has incorrect results for your car. You might end up wasting your time and throwing some cash in the air.. I purchased a radiator by adding my car information (1995 Jaguar XJS 2+2 4.0L 6CYL) on their website and it came out wrong type of radiator for my car. I always buy parts online and do very careful search before purchasing. Even though, their system shows that "it's perfect fit for my car", I ended up spending $290 for labor at mechanic for nothing. They took my old radiator out and found out that both radiators look totally different, they installed my old one back to my car. So, I had to return the radiator back to Autohaus. read more

After being assured that a Fuel Door Actuator on Purchase Order #DSA 2266084 was the one needed, same was ordered. When vehicle was taken to my mechanic, after fixing ALL other issues with vehicle, I was advised that said actuator was NOT correct, therefore correction could NOT be made.
