This is a slow shipping company. In this age of 2 day shipping, don't expect your shipment in less than 8 days. They advertise 5 days but charge you for the 2 day shipping. I ordered on June 28 and was guaranteed 5 days which would be July 2 but it is not scheduled to arrive until July 5 by end of day. If I am working on a car project, I don't want to have to wait OVER one week for parts. I am better off to drive to the Mercedes dealer and pay the extra money. I will be doing that in the future. DO NOT purchase from this company. I placed an order for a belt and alternator. Both showed "IN STOCK" and shipment would be made within one business day. My order shows "Processing" although I was shipped the $14 belt. The main thing I need is the alternator since my BMW is out of commission. I've called and no one ever picks up the phone. After 15 minutes you get sent to voice mail to leave a message. I have also emailed them over 20 times and no reply. I even tried to use their "Contact Us" section of their website. All with ZERO replies. I am giving them 1 more day to answer me on the status of my alternator and if I don't hear back I am going to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back and then order my alternator from someone else. I have used this company before and everything was great. I'm not sure what happened, but it's not good whatever it was. EDIT: I found an email after reviewing this company on google. I emailed dmitri@autohausaz.com and received a reply back in about 15 minutes. He explained that the manufacturer was supposed to ship it out but was out of stock, so he said he was shipping today from an alternate warehouse. He said he would update me this afternoon once he had the tracking number. I have a renewed hope I will actually get my alternator. FOLLOW UP: Today 01/11/2022 I did receive my alternator. Gave 2 stars since my did receive my part that was ordered. Only, I am very annoyed that it is an act of congress to get in touch with customer service. The online request was filled out 4-5 times. I received no response. I took the chance and ordered my parts and only then did I get an angry email about the order I placed and paid $~48.00 for expedited shipping but still waited 5 days. What is that? I have sent more emails about this issue and have not gotten a response. Do FCP Euro instead. At least they answer abba actually care about the customer. I'll make this quick and easy. First experience amazing. Fast shipping, email updates, seamless website. Second. Turn for the worse! Needed an Exchange on part from said first experience. It was a warranty part and became defective after year and a half (Power steering pump-2006 mini cooper). Call to exchange the part sounded super easy, received the return label and the item was in their warehouse two days later according to the tracking info. Three weeks later today, no refund no exchange no notifications, and I still have no car, because I have no part! Needless to say I fronted money for another new part (power steering pump) so I can get my car back. Low and behold I'm now waiting for a $500 refund! I wish this didn't happen since I would have kept shopping for parts here. Give me my monayyy!!! read more

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered anything from AZ. They promise expedited shipping, but that doesn't happen, then the parts that come, are incomplete. Meanwhile my vehicle is open and I am in a rental. So I contact them, they ask me for photos of the items, I send them, then they ask for more photos, just one delay after another, meanwhile I am paying more for my rental and the garage is pissed off for me trying to save some money on the parts needed. So after I notified them about returning the incomplete parts that they sent, they don't care, they process it. So I wasted over a weeks time dealing with this company losing money on my rental and pushing off the garage owner for leaving the car in his garage too long. They do not accept responsibilities and they make you jump through circles, just to get the product you paid for, and not care about your time. I do not advise anyone to deal with this company, there are plenty more that are more customer attics related and more knowledgeable about the product that they are selling. read more

They have good price on genuine OEM parts but bad with shipping time. I order a part for my customer's vehicle and paid expedited shipping which said, "1-2 days." Ordered 4 different parts. Two of the parts I received were not even remotely close to what I ordered plus I received two of each item doubling my order. Emailed them immediately after the order and they said it was to late. To late? I just ordered them? Had to jump through hoops to send them back. The info I had said returns could be mailed to the Phoenix location or dropped off so I decided to drop off because I knew there would be confusion on what they sent me and what I ordered. So I drove to the store 80 miles round trip ($5 gallon gas) to find a sign on the door that said "No longer open to the public" but just leave your return in a cardboard box on the sidewalk for returns. Are you kidding me? Call the number and a recording directs you to go online and hangs up. Go to chat online and (sorry unavailable). Finally just mailed them all back hoping to get a refund. Finally got a refund minus shipping. You send me the wrong parts and don't refund my shipping! Lame! I had to pay to ship them back. This place is a a joke! I ordered from the website after double checking, and having explicitly confirmed that I ordered the correct part. The wrong part showed up. I checked the website again - it was still showing that I had ordered the correct part. After calling and waiting 20 minutes for Phil, he confirmed the "issue" with the website. He sent me an RA and posted a credit. Despite the error being 100% theirs, and the wasted time taking an incorrect part to my technician, he refused to credit the shipping cost on the original order. Doing business with Autohaus cost me a wasted trip to my shop, thirty minutes of my technician time, and the $7.00 shipping. Nobody can afford to do business with a place like this. Why one star? Autohaus AZ was able to provide a part that has been discontinued and not available through any Audi dealers or Audi Online parts networks. The part arrived promptly. Without this part my local Audi service center would not be able to complete the repair of my vehicle. The price for this part was amazing and substantially less than the Audi retail price.
