    This is when I took the car home same day after buying it

    Tom and his sales people gave me the car of my dreams 2014 Nissan Murano Cross cabriolet they were able to get me in same day and drive out same day with the car two days after receiving the car my back up camera failed I called Mike my sales person from autoland and he told me he hast to get permission from Tom to fix it Tom called me right back same day and told me not to worry about a thing he'll take care of it and that he did he spend $800 out of his pocket to ensure I have a fully functional vehicle... I love these guys.. they understand customer service

I had done my homework and had many questions, Justin answered all of them....he was very patient. If Justin didn't know the answer he would go to his manage or finance person and come back and explain the answer to me...I went to Centereach Hyundai just to see what was available for me in my price range, since in around 4 months my current lease would end. I had been online researching the best leases and different dealerships. I was going to visit at least 3 different dealerships and see what dealership was offering the best deal for me. I usually hate going car hunting because I have had to deal with slick sales gimmicks and pressure from salespeople previous to this...Justin was great, he was knowledgeable and professional and no pressure. I ended up leasing a car that day and went back the next day to pick the car up.. Justin had everything ready for me. Also dealing with the Finance person, Miguel, was a great experience. Miguel answered all my questions (and I had many) he was very helpful...Also a Thank you to the Manager, Rick, he came over a few time to answer some questions and just to talk...and make sure I was having a good experience. I highly recommend going to Centereach Hyundai and Justin Coiscou is the salesperson I will always go to and send my friends to....great guy...professional and knowledgeable and no pressure...

    Do not come here to get your vehicle serviced. The last few times I was waiting 2+ hours for simple…read moreservices. I tried to give them another chance - I came today for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told an hour and half. Okay, not great but sure I'll wait. It has now been almost 3 hours and the service is still not done. Again this is only for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked when will my vehicle be done? The response is "it takes time, it's not just an oil change it's an inspection too, etc". Okay, so why has it only taken an hour in the past then? And at other dealerships/ service centers? Disgusting. Wasting people's time. Never coming back.

    This whole dealership is VERY DISORGANIZED! Brought my car into service 2 weeks ago to get an oil…read morechange and to get some service recalls done. The service advisor Greg told me I had a few recalls and that parts would have to be ordered for 2 of them so they would call me back to schedule an appointment. I waited there for an oil change for 3 and a half hours!!! I sat in the waiting room and noticed the sign on the front door of their service door entrance stating oil changes are fast because they know customers have places to be. Greg happened to be walking through the waiting area and saw me after the 3rd hour and nonchalantly said "you're waiting on the oil change, right?" Which I told him yes and he said "I'll get someone right on it" which I then saw my car being pulled into the garage. There was another gentleman sitting in the waiting room who was there before I arrived and his car service was already done but no one in the service area told him. He sat there for over a half hour waiting after it was done and the only reason I know is because I saw the service tech park his car in the pickup area of the parking lot. Lastly I called the other day asking on the status of the parts for my car recall came in and was told by the service dept to check with the parts dept. they transfer me and the parts advisor tells me there was nothing on record that was ordered and that I could try talking to Greg who originally coordinated this. While I heard Greg call and put the request in the day I was there this whole experience is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! Based on all the negative reviews of this dealership it seems mgmt or the owner doesn't care and that's sad considering Hyundai makes good cars but their dealership like this is terrible!!!

    I had been looking for a Honda Odyssey for my growing family, and had difficulties narrowing down…read morethe Elite package that I wanted. EAW had an Elite odyssey, and was asking above KBB value. We drove three hours to pick it up, did our due diligence by looking at CarFax etc. only to find out later the vehicle had been wrecked. I purchased a mini van to have the sliding doors, and they fail to work. In addition, the entire vehicle accessories were removed (no owners manual, no remote or headphones for the kids). Fortunately I noticed this and they ordered us some, but I found out later the vacuum attachments were also among what was stolen out of the car. I asked them to help me with finding replacements, and they said they wouldn't assist us any further. I'm driving in an overpriced, wrecked vehicle with an elite package where it's unusable due to the needed pieces were stolen. Do not buy from these people!!!

    I purchased my chevy avalanech a year age the engine was on they told me they replaced the catlic…read more converter they delivered my truck and a week later the engine light was on i went down to the Long Island ldand and then they told me they replace the senicors the went on till approx almost one year and then the light went back on same problem it is now two year and i still have the same problem they lie now there is nothing i can do I replace the cata converter the truck cost 20,000 dollars and i still sinking money into it. i should have taken them court but I'm a women and they took me line and sinker they are not truthful at all the are scams all they want is your money and screw you
