Crooked dealership. Offered me 14500 for my immaculate truck, kbb valued between 16 an 19.5k..see pic attached...and that doesn't account for new transmission and catalytic converters at 6k total I had installed last year. Stay away!

2019 Dodge 1500. Thank you Autoline!

Autoline is hands down the best place to get a quality preowned vehicle in Duval County. Even if you live outside Duval I would highly recommend you take a trip to Atlantic Beach to see Joey and Cejae and the rest of the crew at Autoline. This was my second time working with them and they were awesome! Super friendly, laid back and no pressure, like you find at other places. Also the inventory is quality so you will have piece of mind knowing your not getting suckered into a vehicle with a sketchy past. If you value amazing customer service and some cool dudes to kick it with than head over to Autoline and ask for Joey or Cejae!!

Paul is amazing! He sold me a 2018 Dodge Ram Laramie today and I was never pressured once. I've been to several dealerships looking for a work truck and was recommended this one and am not surprised as to why they have such great reviews! They're up front, honest and can put you in a newer vehicle way cheaper than any other dealership! Thank you, Paul!!!

Food trucks everywhere. Today is the 10th year Block party for this lot. I have known some folks that have bought cars here. I came for the trucks and some other stuff too. A lot of local vendors to. Everything from a skating demo from portable ramps to Mike Whisnant local surfboard shaper. They have 10 different truck from BBq to lobster corndogs. You can even get food from the top truck out there On The Fly. Chef Andrew is delivering some fine foods. You can even get the local fav from the Happy Grilled Cheese. We personally ate from 5 of the trucks. The bbq (big Bad bbq) sucked and lobster (Chew Chew Truck) corndogs were out this world. Then the wife's fav of beet fries from the Funkadelic Truck. (big Bad bbq)

I was referred to this dealer by my friend that just bought a car and had a great experience. Jeremy was who helped us during our buying process. He only showed us cars we wanted to look at and never tried to push anything on us. This was the first car I bought at a dealership. I thought all dealerships were high pressure sales but that was not the case at all here. All the cars I test drove were priced fair. I was pleased with the entire experience. I would refer people here. Ask for Jeremy- he treated us really good.

    Thanks Jeremy!

I spoke to t a dealer who was very helpful at the time. fast forward, I was able to get a car that they wanted to put me in, but I had to put down 4k. so I ended up putting 3500 down and promise to pay the 500 plus tag. After getting the car I noticed a rattle , some service lights coming on, everything was explained away and I trusted this person. then within a couple of weeks life got me, I ended up breaking up with my fiancé and losing my job, so I needed to sell my truck to make ends meet. The dealer who I went to stated that he could sell my truck on the side for me. I sold the truck, I get the money all except for 100$ which he stated that he would pay me on Friday. Guys since then 4 Fridays came and went. the dealer is ignoring me. I know that it's only 100$, but I'm out of a job and need 98$ to get my fingerprinting done to get back to work. So now, I'm going to lose my new car and I have no other transportation and the dealer who was friendly is now ignoring me. Please be careful. They only want to make a quick buck and do not care about you. honestly the push button stopped working in less than 30 days, check oil light came on within a few days and the key fob battery is dead. please go to a more reputable dealership if you're going to make a purchase because they do not give a damn about their customers only money. The dealer deliberately blasted the music for my test drive so that I wouldn't hear the rattling now that I reflect back on things. please that a mechanic with you if you do go here and maybe someone who has experience dealing with shifty car salesmen. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy here.

I felt the whole process was probably the most transparent auto purchase I've ever had. I was able to check out several different cars and never felt pressured at all. It took me several visits and some browsing on the Carmax website. I found the car that checked all my boxes and it was close enough to Jax that shipping was free!! Once it arrived I test drove it, and again there was no pressure to buy. Robert was very knowledgeable and so patient with all my questions! I decided to purchase the 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe and ended up trading in my 2016 Kia Sorrento (wasn't planning on that but they gave me a fair value) There are no hidden fees, or any "bait & switch" like most dealers do! There is a dealer fee, but it's not a huge mark-up, considered the car meets their stringent standards and they are a business, so profit is not unreasonable. Overall the process was streamlined and straightforward. I didn't have any issues with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for a pre-owned vehicle. I think their customer service is very good! Everyone I interacted with were knowledgeable and helpful! I've had my car since February and I absolutely Love it! Thank you CarMax!

We took it to the GMC dealership where we had made the purchase, and they kept the truck in their possession for over a month, claiming they had fixed the issue. However, two days after we got the truck back, the check engine light returned. When we contacted the GMC dealership again, they informed us it was due to a faulty sensor and advised us to continue driving it. Uncomfortable with this response, we decided to take the truck to a Ram service center in Yulee. After conducting a diagnostic, the Ram service team identified a specific code and explained what was wrong with the truck, estimating the repair costs to be between $6,000 and $12,000. We returned to GMC with this information, but they essentially reneged on the original deal we had made. They offered us two options: accept $6,300 to fix the truck, or exchange it for a cheaper vehicle, claiming the Ram was now worth nothing. At this point, we had only driven the truck for a total of four days. Initially, GMC had promised that if the check engine light continued to be an issue, we could have our Toyota Tundra back along with a refund of our $14,000 down payment. However, they failed to honor that promise. We decided to take the Ram to another Ram dealership for a second diagnostic. There, we spoke with Lisa, and Luis handled the service. This dealership quoted nearly $5,000 for the necessary repairs. Reluctantly, we accepted the $6,300 check from GMC to cover the repair costs. GMC also required us to sign a waiver upon receiving the check. After the repairs were completed, the same problem occurred--two days later, the check engine light came back on. We returned the truck to the Ram service center that had just repaired it. They conducted another diagnostic and found the same issue. At this point, we spoke with Jennifer, the manager at the Ram dealership. She investigated further and discovered that GMC had previously cleared the diagnostic codes, which is why the full extent of the issues had not appeared during the initial diagnostics at the Ram dealership. Jennifer requested permission to speak with GMC on our behalf, and I agreed, as I was financially exhausted from the ongoing repairs. Though I'm unsure of the details of the conversation between Jennifer and GMC, what I do know is that Jennifer succeeded in having the Ram's warranty department cover all the costs for the repairs, specifically for the DTS. Jennifer went above and beyond for us, demonstrating what true customer service should be. In a world where people often focus on negative experiences, I want to take this opportunity to highlight the exceptional service Jennifer provided. She is a stellar manager and a credit to the Ram dealership, truly embodying the spirit of doing right by the customer.

I have never been more disappointed in a local business than I have with Ponte Vedra Golf Carts…read more I was forced to go with PV Golf Carts because their competitor, North Florida Golf Carts couldn't get straight when they were supposed to come pick up the vehicle - review of N Fl Golf Carts to follow. The Bad: 1. they charge for pickup and delivery - $40 including tax round trip - seriously, this should have been a clue to me 2. service (+2 minor upgrades) took a total of 3 days to complete! 2 days just to tell me what needed to be updated. The UGLY: ****in a mailer coupon (which is the reason i considered them to begin with), they offered $500 rebate for 2020 Club Car, 20% OFF "your choice of 1 Accessory", or $30 off Regular Service which is normally $105. If you read the fine print, you cannot combine any of the coupons. ADDITIONALLY, as an 'accessory' i had them add on turning signals and break signals $299 (+tax value) - when I told the bill collections girl on the phone i wanted to use the 20% for the turning signals 'accessory' that i just had put on, she said that it was a "SAFETY FEATURE" and not an "ACCESSORY". that would have been helpful to know in the beginning what is defined as an "accessory". In addition, bad business/bad customer service is arguing your advertising minutia with a customer over an additional $29 discount - it's the principal... The WHY I'LL NEVER GO BACK, and why I'll tell all of our friends who own a Golf Cart NEVER to trust PV Golf Carts: ****as I mentioned prior, the Regular service is $105, but when they call you regarding what they found wrong with the cart, the total for me ended up OVER $2,000 in repairs. Everything from replacing all of the batteries for ~$1000, to suspension bushings (which i knew were still good since i just lubricated them), and they even tried to sell me a battery water re-filler for over $200 which i also just purchased prior from Amazon for $30. Talk about your nightmare mechanic tactics!! What do Integrity, Customer Service, and Honesty all have in common? Answer: none of these characteristics exist at Ponte Vedra Golf Carts. Please be on the lookout for my follow up review of PV Golf Carts on Facebook - in the Nocatee Community Board, on Google Reviews, and on my report to the Better Business Bureau.
