My wife and I came in to Jacksonville with our kids for the Christmas 2014 and after doing days of research prior to getting to Jacksonville and going to over 10 used car lots that include CarMax, auction direct, and other highly recommended places I stumbledupon Autoline on Craigslist. I called about a new model Toyota Highlander prior to driving out to Atlantic Beach as we were on the westside of Jacksonville visiting my mother. I spoke to Jeremy on the phone and he was very courteous and respectful even though I was probably pretty harsh or at least candid on the phone because I was looking for some sort of amazing deal. We weren't able to get to the dealership until later and by the time we got there Jeremy was helping other customers; however, he jumped up explained to me that he had the Highlander ready and he would be out there in a couple of minutes. Five minutes later he was out there with the keys to the Highlander and a license plate for us to test drive the vehicle. I still don't know how he was able to finish the sale that he was working on and give me all the attention I needed at the same time but he did it. After the test drive we still weren't sold, we really had our hearts set on a Sequoia so "Pinto" should me what he could get around the country. Prices were not right on the Sequoia so Jeremy showed me a 2008 Highlander that was the owner's daughter's vehicle. Jeremy said he really wanted to show me the vehicle because all the different extras that my wife and I were looking for this vehicle had. But I was looking for a deal, an amazing deal actually, and I really wanted a Sequoia. Jeremy was understanding and said they can work with us if I would like to purchase the 2008 Highlander. At first they came off the price a little but it still did not sway me from thinking about a Sequoia that my wife and I had test drove back home in Panama City. I told Jeremy that I wanted to call the dealership in Panama City and see if I could get the Sequoia at the price that I thought was fair but if I couldn't I would continue to negotiate for this 2008 Highlander. Jeremy still had a positive caring attitude and gave me the time and space to make the phone calls that I wanted to make, his attitude never changed, he was never rude, never short, never negative in any way; Jeremy stayed professional at all times. After calling about the sequoia back home and realizing the dealership in Panama City wasn't going to work with us I told my wife that if Jeremy can get us the highlander for a great deal then we should do it. I told Jeremy the price we wanted and that we had our financing in place. They gave us exactly what we requested while remaining professional and courteous. Due to us coming so late and my wife and I indecisive nature we did not leave until way past closing. However, Jeremy, even though he was done with his part of the sale, stayed until the end in order to see us drive away in our new vehicle. Unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you look at it this wasn't the end of the story. Because we left so late the car did not get detailed as the detail guys did not stick around (not really a big deal). So Jeremy insisted that I come back and get the car fully detailed before we left Jacksonville. I agreed and said that I would be back on Monday but when I go to start the vehicle Monday morning it would not turn over and sounded as though it was a dead battery. I immediately called the dealership and Jeremy and they told me to bring it up there and they would replace the battery no problem but to let them know if I needed to get it towed and they can do that as well. Needless to say by the time I made it all the way to Atlantic Beach from the Westside it was in the afternoon. They replaced the battery and also investigated the belt noise that I heard. Unfortunately they had to order a part and I would have to stay in Jacksonville for another night. Long story short after replacing a belt they realized that it was a much bigger problem and they replaced everything at no cost or charge to me. Some people may say that yes that is what they have to do, however, I know that they did not have to and a matter of fact the last vehicle I bought from a dealership in Panama City did not fix the problems that I had shortly after purchase. The staff and the owner's daughter, Kelly who owned the car before I did, promised that if I had any other issues they would handle it. Overall, I found Autoline to be the best car dealership that I have ever worked with and I have purchased 14 cars since my first car at age 16. If you're looking for used car at a fair and honest price with fair honest professional people Autoline is your choice! If Jeremy is available go see him he is not pushy he gives you space and time to make the right decision for you and your family and will do everything in his power to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. Without the team at Autoline our Keys trip would have been a bust. We looked all over Jacksonville for a used truck to tow our boat to Marathon. The other dealerships would not stop bugging us, even though they didn't have what we needed. That was not the case at Autoline. They were very laid back - no pressure, easy going. Went to autoline because my husband found a car online he liked was helped by jeremy who was awesome and very kind. Long story short i was trying to trade my car in and already had a check to purchase but was told 3 different things by 3 different people at 3 different times was very upset because the last time i had to go there i was under the impression that everything was good and i was ready to purchase and trade my car in.We got there and here is a different person with a different story about putting money down on the car so i left.The next day i spoke with jeremy and he said i found another car for you a 2014 Malibu but you need 1200 down again i didnt feel i needed money down so we went to duval acura and got the very same car( 2014 Malibu)with no money down my car traded and paid off the whole balance and only went in twice first day on a Wednesday told them what i was looking for they found it called me the next and told me to come friday to sign and drive. read more

I have been looking for a 2009 2010 TSX for a few months now. After scouring the internet for local deals the wife and I drove past Saturday night going to dinner and saw the TSX I had been looking for! Came in Sunday to get a closer look and test drive and a few minutes later Joey and Willis were doing everything and more to get me in the car I have been wanting for awhile!
