But when people don't want to be accountable, you must make them accountable. I have had two vehicles that have been serviced through this collision center. PCC was referred & as they are on auto row in Fife & where some of the dealership, specifically Audi, send vehicles for work. My first encounter with PCC pre-Covid went without a hitch. Great service. However, my most recent interaction in the last two months has not been nothing but an absolute nightmare and this review must be submitted. I unfortunately was in a hit-and-run over the summer. Impact was to the passenger door and front panel. Two weeks into the repair I returned to the shop for updates only to appreciate and have to inform the shop manager that the front windshield had been shattered. Paramount took ZERO accountability despite they're being intake photos that showed no damage. They then turned it over to the insurance company, which then only disappointed me even further blaming it on a rock chip. Again, the intake photos show no damage to my windshield. Refusing to take accountability of this new damage, at least Paramount then gave me a $200 discount, essentially the cost of my windshield deductible as i had to open a 2nd vehicle claim for that repair. Subsequently, weeks later when I took my vehicle to my import shop for standard maintenance and oil change... Their technicians appreciated that undercarriage parts along the passenger side front axle were just sitting atop axle, broken and clearly not in place (Rolf's Import Auto btw & highly recommended). When I presented this information to PCC, immediately their response was well we weren't in that area of the car and that we won't take care of restoration unless we reopen another claim through your insurance company. This was rather astonishing for them to claim as they had removed the passenger door, front passenger panel, and front bumper for my repair (correction...not the front passenger side panel as you can see in the image I've provided). Prayerfully, I will not be in another collision however, if I do... more likely than not I will NOT return to Paramount as they've demonstrated their lack of accountability and full service. It is rather unfortunate and poor experience in service overall.

It was definitely a very difficult repair, due to the make and age of my truck a 2000 F 250, diesel. Truck was stolen and recovered, with major electrical damage and moderate body damage, along with stolen stereo. Unbelievable customer service, for any business, I would say he was the best I have ever encountered. Cesar kept me informed every step of the way, managed any issues that arose (due to difficulty ordering parts for a 26 year old truck) and despite me being 800 miles away during the repair, I was never uneasy about what the timeline was, or about the safety or storage of my truck. I had to fly up from California to retrieve my truck this week. Truck was immaculate, ran perfect (better than before), every detail was taken care of and on time. Truck was detailed and ready to go. On 4/8/24, I was informed that my car bumper was damaged while I was at work.The responsible party left only an email, but a kind bystander provided their license plate, which allowed me to proceed through insurance. I initially reached out to the responsible party, but after unclear communication, I proceeded through their insurance (Progressive) with the help of my insurer, GEICO (claim #24-2228395). Progressive guided me toward their preferred shop, Crash Champions. The repair was completed on 5/14/24, and at the time, everything appeared fine. On 1/22/25, someone hit my bumper with a shopping cart at the same parking lot while I was at work. A section of paint peeled off. The peeling progressively worsened over time. On 6/24/25, I visited Pro Finish Quality Collision Repair in Kent, WA, where I was informed that the prior repair would need to be redone entirely because it was not done properly, with an estimate of around $2,000. I then sought additional opinions from Kent Collision Center, Kent Collision Center, and Bratch Auto Body & Repair. Across multiple independent shops, I was told that the issue was related to improper paint adhesion (such as inadequate surface preparation or missing adhesion promoter). One technician even noted how easily the paint could be blown away. I contacted Progressive regarding this and spoke with a representative (Brad/Brett). While the initial interaction was professional, a follow-up call became confrontational and argumentative, and my concerns were dismissed, with the prior repair fully defended. There were also two other issues with customer interaction from Crash Champions. I am very patient with service staff due to my own work experience, but they have the most passive-aggressive tone during every phone call. Additionally, my sister, who helped pick up the vehicle, was asked at least twice to leave a positive review, which felt inappropriate. I cannot stress enough that you must get a second opinion before proceeding with repairs here.
