I was told they don't accept tow-ins due to the assumed extensive damage that would come with a vehicle that can't be driven in. So I asked if I were to zip-tie the flap and drive it in, if they would then take the vehicle. I was still told no, with some annoyance that I would dare try and find a work around to their rule. I tried to show pictures of the minor damage so they could see it wasn't extensive at all but they weren't interested, they just don't want vehicles towed in. I have to assume based on the reviews, it's because they just aren't competent at fixing anything much more than minor scratches. After the interaction with the front desk lady, I have never been happier to take my business elsewhere. According to the other reviews, they do poor work anyway so maybe she saved me a headache in the long run. If you read reviews like I do, trust your gut and go elsewhere. Attached is a photo of damage that is too complicated for this shop to manage. I mean if this is too much for them, do you really want them doing ANY work on your $50k+ vehicle??

If you have cosmetic damage on your car and don't want to deal with the absolute headache of a traditional body shop, this mobile service is a total game-changer. Gustavo came right to my house to work on my 2000 Honda Accord. I needed a few things done: 1. Paint a replacement passenger-side mirror. 2. Repair and paint a dented front passenger-side fender. 3. Paint scratched corners on both the front right and front left sides of my front bumper. The quality of his work is honestly incredible. The dented fender looks brand new, and the bumper scratches completely vanished. The color matching is spot-on, which isn't easy to do! He did forget to paint the replacement passenger-side mirror before wrapping up, but honestly, his customer service is so phenomenal that it barely registers as an issue. I called Tesla but they only do body shop in Bellevue & Lacey location. So, we decided to go to Kent Collision since they were the closest (at 30mins away) & they were certified to work on Tesla cars. Went in for an estimate in early October. Waited for them to order my new bumper. Scheduled. Dropped off my car on 10/24(3pm). My car was ready for pick up on 11/4. Little disappointed they needed a whole 6 days just to paint & replaced a new bumper. My Ex used to work as an auto painter & he never took that long for that simple job. When I picked up my car, I saw an alert saying my "audio system unavailable". My horn & alarm wasn't working. We went back next day & they checked. They forgot to reconnect the wires to my bumper. When I picked up my car, they still had it on service mode so I had to ask someone to change it. 3 stars for friendly staff, completed work & +$3500 I didn't pay out of my own pocket. But it was a stressful 10 days w/o my car!!!!!!
