They have a little waiting room, which was clean and comfortable, with a TV and a little heater/fireplace for the winter. I came in to have an alarm installed with sensors. I've been here years before with my old car and they did great work then too, so I felt confident coming back. The alarms they use are high quality and work very well. The installation itself was very professionally done, and the alarm works exactly as I wanted, it's very sensitive and reliable, which gives me great Peace of Mind, especially with all the break ins that have been happening in the neighborhood recently. The guy who worked on our car was friendly and the receptionist was friendly as well. They did have to special order a part because the tilt sensor module didn't fit our car, so we had to wait an extra 1-2 weeks. Once the part came in, he installed it very quickly. Their prices are very fair, we called a couple of other shops and they were definitely more expensive compared to Bakersfield car and audio. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

I made it into the parking lot at 6:55pm and was ignored by the three initial people I saw. I tried to understand because who comes in 5 minutes before closing but there were multiple trucks being worked on and the owners were different ethnicities than I was. I then spoke up to one of the workers and he said speak to someone in the office, the manager. I had already went into the office and no one was there but as I walked back up to the office, he came out and I asked if I could get a used tire as I just drove 20 minutes to make it. He denied me service while speaking to another customer(who wasn't my ethnicity/race) who came in after me. At this point it's 7:02pm. I begged him for a tire, didn't care the cost and he blatantly told me no and said he didn't care, because they were closed while getting tire info from the person who just pulled in. Insane!

I went through the insurance since the repair was higher than my deductible and I wasn't at fault for the accident so no impact on my rate. Superior got me a quote right away and the insurance was happy with the number so they approved it. They had me drop off my car on a Monday morning and told me it would be 3-5 days. It was ready Thursday afternoon so right in the provided timeline. The works looks great, can't even tell where the damage was. They were very friendly, quick and did great work at a reasonable cost.
