Worst place ever. They promise one thing and give you another Brought my jeep there last year in Aug. for a new motor rebuilt. They said 3 weeks. well after 3 months, jeep being given back saying it's fixed, it overheating being towed in three times i finally thought they fixed it. Well last week the third water pump they put in went out, Now mind you they had put in 2 other water pumps the wrong ones. Well towed in on monday, tuesday they hadn't even looked at the jeep, Wed. the assistant called me asking me did i know where they got the part because they lost the paperwork really 2400.00 worth of work and they lost it. Well i called them thursday the part was ordered but i'd have to wait till monday. I called today and they again ordered the wrong part and they expect me to pay the 24.00 oin tow. I told her i didn't think i should have to pay since i don't have my jeep and it's only a 2 hour job,. Under the assistants breath she said, im not going to cover it and im going ot have to wait I don't think so. Hello BBB complaint which id id file. Don't go here. They will promise you one thing and give you something else and that something else is issues and problems and worries you don't want. read more

Matt and Kelsey have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Having been referred to the business and to have been yelled and scream at by Matt is extremely unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. To make matters worst he quoted a price for repairs that several other legitimate auto repair business stated was impossible. He lies to his customers and make uses faulty parts to repair your vehicle. He is dishonest and disingenuous in representing his business practices. Let me first start off by saying that I went to meet someone in that parking lot to exchange some documents and I was sitting in a parking spot right in front of Automotive Solutions repair facility when a nice man Matt" came out and asked if I have been helped? I stated no I'm waiting for someone to meet me here and he said nice truck and stated that he used to own one just like it. I said I love my truck but the check engine light is on so the gentleman went in the back and grabbed his scanner came out and said I can do a free diagnostic for you he continued to perform to his diagnosis and told me that the car would need to be torn apart find out what exactly is going on with it. He made my appointment got me in there, after thinking I was going to have to spend another $750 plus to repair what was going on he ended up replacing a few sensors that were cheaper and said you can come pick the truck up and drive it let me know if ii have any problems. I've been driving the truck and had it smog, passed and my truck has been driving better than ever. I will recommend this place because Matt is awesome and so is the Girl working behind the desk. She is knowledgeable about cars and knows how to treat their customers. Thank you guys read more

I can't say how good my experience has been every time I've been there. I have worked with Matt and also met his father one time. Both are truly awesome honest people. Matt has worked on all my family's cars. He is our family mechanic for life. I recently moved to Virginia due to my husbands military orders, but my family still uses him. A friend referred me to have my brakes done here. Matt is the owner and Casey heads up the front. Nice clean waiting room and very busy. I came in when they opened at 8AM and still waited 45 minutes before they could look at my car. It took about a day and a half to get the car done, which I suppose is typical. They seem to have done a good job and the price was what I would consider standard fare to do the front brakes. One thing I should mention is that when I asked if the rear brakes needed to be done as well, after inspecting them, Matt said no, that they were still in good shape. He could easily have ripped me off and didn't, so hat's off to Matt for being an honest guy. read more

We took our car there for the advertised 'low cost' air conditioning recharge with no problems. However, as one reviewer noted "Matt and the woman at the front desk seem nice... BUT..." We too, took our car to them for more extensive repairs and continued to experience the same old check engine light warnings Matt supposedly repaired. After several thousand dollars and them having our car for months at a time for additional repairs that did not fix the problem, we sought a 'second opinion' from another reputable mechanic, only to learn the repairs we paid Matt for had not been done! Are vehicle needed a transmission an after shopping around this shop was the least expensive an the office staff was friendly an knowledgeable. It was also nice to talk to a women who knows what she is talking about.. there is not enough of us out there that have this skill. I have taken my car to Automotive Solutions twice and both times the result was the same. They had my car considerably longer than they suggested it would take and the problem wasn't fixed the first time. Matt and the woman at the front desk seem very nice and they genuinely try to be helpful but they kept adding on procedures and prices to their original quote. Neither of them called me back when they said they were going to and the company doesn't have an answering machine to leave a message. Their shop rates and prices were fair, just dont expect to get your car back the first couple times they say it will be done that day. read more

I just bought a old used car (1994) and quickly found that the heater is not working, someone actualy bypassed and removed the heater core. This is a huge job it requires the whole dash to be removed. So I was fearfull of the price qoute until I talked to Automotive Solutions their qoute was at least $200 dollars less than everyone else and they will help with NO CEDIT CHECK FINANCING!!! I can not wait to have the repair done and give them another star!!! read more

I made the mistake of taking my vw truck with a simple wiring problem to these rip offs !!! I was lied to by " MATT" all day. The truck was to be returned by 5:00. repaired or not !! I had to call at 5:11 to find out any information. I was told by " matt" "the electrician has been working on the passenger side wiring all day. " The FREE diagnostics was supposed to be free. then I was told by "matt" he would wave the FREE diagnostics fee ,that turned out to be $ 65.00, due to not returning the truck untill the next day. When I picked the truck up the next day I was charged $ 65.00. I took the truck home, and repaired the two broken wires within 15 minutes !! NOW THE CLINCHER..... THERE ARE NO WIRES ON THE PASSENGER SIDE OF THE TRUCK !!!!! nice way to run a business matt !! I strongly urge anyone thinking about using this place to STAY AWAY !!! read more

Ed and his Wife Sarah seem very nice at first but once it became apparent that their mechanic never replaced the Cam Positioning Sensors on my 2001 BMW. Ed got loud and started foaming at the mouth and demanding that I leave his shop. They take 2-3 times to fix anything and many clients are always coming back for the same problem that they brought the car in for initially. Obviously they must be in need of money as my repair cost less than $300.00 and I had to take my car to a real mechanic to get it fixed. Stay far away from this mentally unstable owner. He threatens you when you catch him and his receptionist wife lying. I did report them to the BBB and the automotive review board so I can see them being out of business soon for being shady and then lying about the sorry mechanics that work there. If you have a BMW, pay the extra money and go to Tom's Autohaus... They fixed my problem the 1st time. It cost me an extra $250.00 to get it done right and I no longer had to listen to the slurring, lisp talking crack head owner, who has more excuses for why the parts that he supposedly changed were old , dirty and looked like the original cam position sensors. I even have pictures of the old parts and all the receipts. This mechanic and his wife are again very nice at first, but as soon as you catch them lying.. which you will.. they become beligerant and angry like most liers do.
