I was indecisive on what I wanted to get done at the time but Courtney was very patient with me and my million phone calls, haha.

James was friendly, professional, and upfront with me the whole way through. It came down to the Honda HRV LX and the Honda HRV Sport (just a slightly fancier trim). When it came time to compare the out the door costs, I was pleasantly surprised with the numbers. Pretty much everything from the selling price to the doc fee to the state fees was right where I expected it to be. Even the money factor they gave me was acceptable to me based on my credit. This was after I had already looked at OTD costs for a Toyota RAV4 down the street and the numbers they gave me were totally inflated and the entire conversation consisted of so much back and forth between the salesperson and the manager. It took hours and I ended up walking away. At Honda, I told James I fully expected to have to put up a fight but he assured me they did all they could to get everything as low as possible from the start so there was no need for time-wasting back and forth. And based on my EXTENSIVE market research about this car, the numbers checked out and it seemed like a fair price. I know most of the negative reviews on here are regarding the service center which I can't speak to (yet) but if you are in the market for a new car, I can't recommend Honda and James enough. Thanks to the entire team here who made this experience easy and stress-free!

I reported the missing item 2 ways - (1) to the service advisor (via email) with whom I scheduled my appointment; (2) to the dealership completing its form on-line. No one has contacted me, despite them having my phone number plus my email address. Am I impressed with their service? You can guess my answer.

Anyone who knows me knows I don't like to leave negative reviews (and if you enjoy leaving negative…read morereviews, what's wrong with you?). To be fair, my experience at Bill Kidd's could very well be a fluke too judging by the other positive reviews on here. So take what you will from this review and hopefully you have a better experience than me! I came in to have a routine oil change and the check engine light diagnosed. What was supposed to be a one hour visit, turned into almost two hours. In the end, I was quoted almost 3k to replace the front brakes/rotors, back brakes, replace the oxygen sensor in the engine, and fix the back brake light. Sheesh! I know my car is old, but almost 3k? I asked to just go through with the oil change and have the back brake light fixed before jumping to complete the rest of the recommendations. I walked out paying about $300 and half of that was just for them to diagnose the check engine light. Afterwards, I realized they didn't actually fix the back brake light either... The trouble is, the receipt they give you is like trying to interpret Egyptian hieroglyphics. They list out every single thing they recommended, the cost, and lump all the other services they *say* they did that day in the same list. From this list, it's hard to tell what service was simply recommended and what service was actually performed. Ultimately, I chose to go to a different auto shop down the street who didn't charge me a penny to diagnose the check engine light. I ended up paying half of what Bill Kidd's estimated for the same services (for reference, Bill Kidd's estimated fixing the oxygen sensor for around $600 and the other place did it for $370). Plus, it didn't take nearly as long.

Not only, were they friendly, helpful, smart, professional, and kind. I didn't know why my vehicle was making a rattling noise coming from the left side, but they located the problem, changed my oil as requested and the car is running the way it should, no thanks to JBA in Ellicott city who btw supposedly fixed my brakes in January of this year. Here's the amazing part, they fixed the problem at no charge! While JBA wanted to charge me $210 to just look at my car!! Ridiculous!! Nationwide restored my faith in a company that stands behind Infinities regardless if you purchase it from them or another Infiniti dealership. As a recent retiree from government service , I had to give Denise (service person) a big hug! She was just simply amazing, not just her, but everyone i encountered today! Kudos to the service management team, from John Roe (the service director) on down. One day, I will get another Infiniti, I will be purchasing a new car from them!! The owners of the dealership should be extremely proud of their team!! Donna

I was told everything would be fine and it would be done before 7:00PM. The young man notified the service tech AMANDA her response was " I don't have time for this s*** .. and then she comes back into the service bay and is cussing and making a scene, after that we didn't even want to have our car worked on by her. The older women with blonde hair acted clueless as to why we were there. I would not recommend my worst enemy to this place. Poor communication through their office and horrible customer service. Amanda is 100% the reason they will not be getting business.
