So I show up15 minutes early, advisor comes out takes info only to tell me it's a 3 hour wait to get the car in. I explained I have an appointment to be told we'll it's just like the doctors office. She tells me to come back around to and they "might" be able to get me in. I responded, I'll probably never come back and drove off. The name is AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Spring. 21027 Interstate 45, Spring, TX 77388. They have Today advertised a 2023 Jeep Renegade Upland 4x4 for lease at $459 a month. 36-month lease. Here is what they don't tell you what the lease is based upon. to get this rate on a 36 mo. lease you need to put $2350.00 down, plus tax tags & other fees totaling 1650. plus upfront charges for protecting the interior, outside preparation, an outrageous amount for interest & destination charges making the 36-mo. rate $689. month for a $31,095. jeep, a difference of $230. a mo. from their advertised rate of 459.00 a month after paying in advance a $1650. upfront charge before the $689. monthly charge. Can you spell deceptive, sleazy & misdirection? The last jeep I leased through another dealer was 30K no money down, a higher interest rate, for the same term at $415 a month. They handed me the keys and I drove away no money down as it should be. The ad was totally misrepresented with the monthly lease price being on a different planet from what they advertised. As a person who never writes reviews - good or bad - this is an important message for anyone considering doing business with AutoNation in Spring, TX. Do not waste your time. I was lied to, repeatedly over multiple days, as I checked status on a vehicle which I was told was mine and I signed paperwork. I offered to pay a deposit and was ready to pay full cash price if required with my checkbook in hand for the vehicle to reserve it the day I was at the dealership. It needed to be detailed and some body work completed before it was ready for me to take home. I took them at their word. Apparently this dealership found a better buyer over the week and a half of fake status updates - hoping I would go away, no doubt. I have to assume there was financing or more money involved for them as there is no another explanation. Regardless, this dealership is the epitome of the slimy used car business you always read about. I bought a 2021 truck almost two mouths ago and they have yet paid off my trade in vehicle. Plus, I have yet to see my new transfer replacement sticker for my plate. It's only a transfer of my Purple Heart plate from my cruze to my new truck. I have emailed Juan Lora Alvarado many times also texted him and he doesn't respond. He only responds when he wants something from you. Currently my loan with TD Auto Finance is in a past due situation and incurs late fees. *Dont buy from this place!* Couldn't have been a worse experience buying a used car from this place. Terrible customer service, seriously couldn't have been much worse. In the buyers agreement, it stated auto nation was responsible for re painting the front bumper to fix rock chips. Their idea of re painting looks like a 3 year old used a rattle can spray the bumper, now you can see sand marks and the rock chips are still there! If I could give this dealership no stars I would. I can't speak for the sales side but the service side is absolutely horrendous. Had to physically go to the dealership to check on warranty parts after 7 months of waiting. Magically they had appeared then went to schedule a warranty service appointment and the closest they had was 7 weeks later. How is that even possible? Bought my car here almost 3 years ago, never had any type of issues until I most recently brought it in for service. I was in for an oil change and tire rotation, after leaving the dealership my car starting driving poorly and the engine light came on... back to the dealership. Two days later i was contacted and told the coil for a cylinder was bad and will be repaired for $270. Fine, did it. I picked up my car the following Saturday after the repairs and they had washed it. After leaving, I noticed almost my entire black vehicle had tiny fine scratches on it. I was back in the dealership on Monday for them to look at it. Dropped it off Wednesday for "repairs". Here this morning for pick up and the scratches are just the same. I was told it was buffed and washed but it looks the exact same. I was told because my vehicle has other scratches and they "didn't Know what it looked like prior to me bringing it for service" there was nothing else that could be done and they could not take any responsibility. Moral of the story make sure you have images, details and a thourough walk through on your car before you leave it with them for service... It makes me sick knowing my car has so many scratches that were not there before and they couldn't make it right. My only positive experience was my interaction with Kara in service and Hunter in sales. Thank you for being understanding. I just wish it could have been truly fixed. read more

I brought my Chrysler here on 17 December 2018 to get a new coolant hose, fan, and fan motor installed. They finally finished it on 2 January 2019. It cost me $2,600, which is a bit more than some other shops charge. (EDIT: They did inform me of the cost before doing the work, and I authorized it.) When I picked up my car from their repair shop, the battery fault-light lit up immediately, but the light went off after I revved the engine, so I figured the battery just needed charging. I didn't even make it home. It turns out my alternator was bad. I think the mechanics should have caught this fault either during their multi-point checks or when they saw the battery light was on. I took it to a different shop to get the alternator replaced. read more

He was my salesperson and even though I ended up not purchasing a truck from here it was not because of service or price. Before going into this whole endeavor I didn't know ANYTHING about trucks. I came here and he didn't try to trick me or oversell me. That in itself will have me coming back to AutoNation in general. Their internet price is lowest around PERIOD. It doesn't matter what other competitors are advertising their no haggle price is really fair. Alex, helped explain the differences between the different lines, the differences between crew cab, regular cab, and yellow cab! I was able to test drive a top of the line dodge ram 1500 and was in love. Before I started the search for a new truck the Toyota Tundra was in 1st place and the Ford F150 was in 2nd. I never even thought about checking out a dodge but because of Alex it was on my radar. After meeting with the Ford rep and the Toyota Rep it was close between the Dodge and the Ford so that alone is a lot of props to Alex. But in the end it was the HID that the new F150s have that pushed it over the top for me. So if you want a Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler this is your place! Looking to buy a new car a few months ago I got an online bid from here. After talking to the Internet sales manager on the phone I went by to talk business. The day I arrived and parked out front the first thing I noticed was about 10 salesmen standing outside in front of the door wearing their red polo shirts waiting.... One of them approached me as I walked to the door and asked if he could help. I told him that I was here to see the internet manager and he said he would escort me to him. When we found the manager, the manager informed me that I would be dealing with salesman who escorted me in. Oh well! We sat down and talked, test drove and then I decided I wanted to buy the car that I had the internet price on. He tried to raise the price a couple of times and offered me extra things I didn't want but I held firm and bought the car at the internet price. I admit that I hate buying a new car. I hate dealing with car salesmen. However mine wasn't too bad and backed down after he understand I wouldn't. I went in this weekend for my complimentary oil change. Driving into the dealership I noticed about 6 or 7 red shirted salesman waiting outside again. I think that looks bad and is a turnoff. They look like sharks circling for new meat. The service department told me I would have a 2 1/2 hour wait since it was a Saturday. I went next door to eat lunch at Cheddars. 90 minutes after I arrived the car was ready which made me happy. I am giving a 3 for the overall experience. For me that's almost like giving a 5 considering this is a car dealership. All in all this place was ok in the sales and service experience. Dealt with a salesperson, Valente, for TWO DAYS. He wasn't working on my deal like he said he would so I contacted the Sales Manager, Willie. Willie took over and sent my information to my credit union for funding. The credit union had only had the information for FIFTEEN minutes before I got a call from Valente saying they just sold the vehicle to someone else. I tried to call and talk to management to see how this could even happen. No manager would accept my call. They never apologized nor did they call my credit union to rescind their paperwork. I called my credit union two hours later and they had no idea about what happened. TERRIBLE ETHIC and establishment. I'm shocked that anyone purchases from this dealership. read more

*** Buyer Beware *** If you work hard for your money and DO NOT want to worry about a vehicle failing you just a few months after purchase, I highly encourage each NEW and OLD customer that go to AutoNation to seriously reconsider purchasing a vehicle from here. My vehicle purchase here has caused nothing, but unnecessary stress, missed time from work, and a lot of money in just under the five months of my purchase. I purchased a 2020 Jeep Compass with 10,000 miles for my wife at the end of May 2020. We took a lot of photos of the vehicle's exterior upon our purchase and later learned that those photos meant nothing to the now preexisting issue within the vehicle. There were tire scuff marks on the driver side tires and later on I learned that they (AutoNation) would use the same scuff marks to drop me from a warranty claim. A few DAYS later after our purchase the check engine light emerged on the vehicle's dash. This vehicle was serviced not once, not twice, but three times until the issue was fixed. In May and June (literally a few weeks after purchase), the Jeep had to be serviced multiple times. In July, I got the vehicle's oil changed from a Jeep dealership and asked for the technicians to check my vehicle for anything that needed to be changed soon, in which I was notified that my Jeep was in good condition. At the beginning of October, my wife was parked at a curbside pick-up and when she placed her vehicle in reverse the ball joint broke causing major damage to the vehicle. If my wife was driving on the freeway and the ball joint broke, she could've been seriously injured or died. We took a picture of the broken ball joint right after it broke for documentation. We had to get the immobile vehicle towed to AutoNation and I believed the vehicle should be held by the vehicle's warranty (Wouldn't you think so too?). When the vehicle was taken to the service department, it was like pulling teeth to get a loaner or rental. AutoNation did not care that my wife worked and could lose her job due to not having transportation. After a long time of waiting and explaining the issue to one of the head managers (Unsure of her name) at the service side, a rental from Enterprise was given to us. Erik, an Assistant Manager, from service side could care less about our situation and even made uncomical and unprofessional comments about one time a ball joint breaking on his vehicle and it was nothing, indicating our vehicle problem was a big joke. For someone holding the title "manager", you would figure someone would be more willing to be helpful, not be a jackass about the situation. Especially, when you purchased a vehicle from their dealership that has been serviced multiple times in less than six months. One shady part of the rental agreement from AutoNation was the rental was only for TWO DAYS! Our vehicle was not even looked at or diagnosed by a technician until five days later. We were unknowingly being charged close to $40.00 dollars a day and we had to pay out of pocket! We were told by a sales representative that a rental would be issued under AutoNation the entire time our vehicle was there being fixed. I later found out after being charged close to $250.00 dollars that AutoNation would only provide the rental if it was covered under warranty. I was falsely accused by Erik multiple times of hitting debris on the freeway or a curb that caused this damage; yet again him insinuating that this was all driver error. The pictures that Erik and the technician provided as "proof" that we hit something that caused the ball joint to fail was the SAME SCUFF MARKS ON THE TIRE WHEN WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE (yes, read that again). The ball joint had scratches on it as a result of the tow and they credited the scratches as what was another thing that caused the ball joint to break. We had proof that there were not scratches on the ball joint as soon as it broke, but that did not matter. I was basically told if I did not have pictures of the vehicle's under carriage when I bought the Jeep or any other day then it could not be covered under warranty. So remember this, make sure to take pictures of your ball joint every day and all parts because AutoNation will not cover you nor does their service department care. I contacted the on-duty AutoNation's Sales Director, Glenn and relayed all facts to him, in which he assured he was going to look into this and call me back. For the record, I'm still waiting on his call back. In the end, I had to make a claim with my insurance and pay my deductible in order to get my vehicle fixed along with an expensive bill from Enterprise. AutoNation does not care and were quick to make any claim void warranty. I write this to warn each buyer to remember my story so they won't be in the same situation as me. Investing time, money, and having stress in a *certified* car dealership is not worth it and I believe everyone should know AutoNation is NOT a place to buy vehicles. read more

I brought my Jeep Wrangler to this Dealer because the engine light turned on and being a 2017 with warranty I didn't think anything of it. Boy was I wrong, it took them 5 days to tell me that they didn't know what it was wrong with it.... First, it was over heating, then the radiator being clogged from the rear of it, to oil in the radiator, after all this they were never 100% sure what the issue was, but even then... It was not covered under the warranty (Even that they didn't know what the issue was). The final "Issue" that they went with it was that the engine was broken because it overheated, BUT they refused to diagnose when the engine overheated or the reason why. Their solution was for me to pay them over $1000 for diagnostic and take it somewhere else or call my insurance so they can pay the repair, almost $12,000.00!!!! Yes twelve thousand dollars! The lady at the desk (MICAELA BARBER) was extremely rude and disrespectful, every single time I tried to ask what the issue was she always made me feel like I was some kind of idiot. Jeep should really train their people better, she was downright nasty. Even then, I called my insurance because I'm thinking that the dealer has my best interest in their mind, well It took them way more than what they expected to repair plus i only got a rental after the 3rd day of being carless, and AFTER I got the Jeep back, the AC works on and off, drives rough and sometimes shuts off out of nowhere. I tried speaking to the manager and he was no help. This has been a nightmare. Called corporate and they are siding with the Dealer because they were not help. Now my insurance is going up because of this repair, Jeep continues to have issues, the dealer says that there is nothing they can do... I'm so upset because I feel taken advantage off, from the dealer, people that are supposed to be looking out for me. Service We took our Ram in to get a simple recall fixed. The rep sent us a text saying our vehicle was ready, so we headed to pick it up. Got there and was told it would be brought right up. An hour later we were told it was being dried bc they clean all vehicles before returning them to the customer. The rep said "I just went back there and they are drying it". 20 min later still no truck, so I went in and told the guy "I don't care how dry it is, we need to leave, please bring my truck up". The truck was finally brought up another 10 min later! It was still just as dirty as when we brought it in. That's fine and all I don't expect it to get cleaned, BUT I also do t expect for the contents of my glove box and side door being thrown all over. They also pulled down the handle that helps get you up into the truck. I was furious about this and also being lied to for the last hour, so I requested a supervisor. The supervisor bypassed us and went to the truck and started poking around. So I approached and asked where my truck had been and why it was returned in this condition. The supervisor refused to apologize for his staff. He never introduced himself so I have no clue what his name was, but he needs to be replaced. Overall the experience was terrible, and now I get to find someone else to fix the handle they broke! After my last experience with car dealerships, I swore I would never step foot in a traditional dealership again. I was looking to replace my Silverado with a Dodge Ram, and I learned that there was a great price on base model Rams. I did some research and inquired online. I made it clear that I was interested in ONLY the "Autonation" price, I didn't want dealer add ons or any extras, and made sure the discounts weren't "conditional" on being a WWII veteran from Yugoslavia or something. The assured me that the price listed was the price given, so I set an appointment to see that truck. It is literally down the road from Carmax, so I was prepared to head there if the price was not honored, they tried to upsell me really hard, or the truck I wanted was magically not there. They did note that there was an optional $400 tint/wheel something or other, add on, but they would remove it. I admit I had a skeptical attitude, and was likely not the most pleasant person to meet. I met with the rep, Jason, who didn't once try to upsell me to a better model of the truck. Gave me the listed price, and I got a fair value on my trade in. The finance guy didn't press the warranties (which I never get), I said "no thank you" and that was the end of it. Got my truck and was in and out of there in about 3 hours, Jason even helped move a heavy dog kennel thing from my old truck into my new one. I know he wasn't going to work expecting to do manual labor! I would recommend AutoNation, at least this one to anyone shopping new or used cars. read more

When I called them I was informed the vehicle actually had over 200K miles, they said it was a simple error. I told them they should take it off their website. That was 5 hours ago - 1/30/18. I have been coming to this location with my Wrangler and my Grand Cherokee. The turn around on repairs has always been long but they are busy 24/7. Bought a Ford through AutoNation Ford and purchased the service contract that includes my oil changes through any AutoNation Dealership. I learned the hard way the first time to call ahead to make sure they had the correct filter. A few months ago after that first experience, I called ahead, verified they had the filter in, and made the drive over here for the oil change. They said about 45 min. After an hour I went out to see what was taking so long. They didn't have any filters and had just sent someone to pick one up. Needless to say, the 45 min oil change took 2.5 hours. So today I call service around 215 today and spoke to a female. I explained what happened last time and she said she would go verify they had the filter. She came back to the phone and said to let service know when I come in that Robert verified my filter was in stock and they had plenty in case I couldn't make it in today. I arrive to service around 3:15 and they took it back. At 3:40, my service guy Evan (no complaints with him at all) comes up to tell me they don't have the filter and they were sending someone to get it. It should be here in 30 minutes!?!?!?! How does this happen 2 times in a row. Even went to talk to parts and Robert was now gone for the day and I was told he must have looked at the wrong filter. I'm beyond disappointed and frustrated with this. My Saturday is once again spent at AutoNation Spring waiting on a part they incorrectly verified was available yet again. I wish AutoNation Ford was not all the way in Katy. Never have had an issue at their location. read more

I have never had this many problems with a car dealership and this was my 3rd car (past tense) Me and my fiance went to Autonation to get a car for transportation to and from work and school. I already priced it out that the 2012 Chevy Crude online was $8,000 and fianced with a 3.2% interest, which I was guaranteed online, and my $2,600 down payment I should have been left with a car financed for around $12,000 Max. Wrongggggggggg. My salesperson was Mr. Oscar and he told me and my fiance they would fiance my car with a 7.2% interest rate and then proceeded to ask for more down payment of $3000. I was highly upset but decided to go along because I really needed a car. The cruze wasn't ready after signing the paperwork so they let us drive off in another car for the day and we would return for our car the next day. The Chevy Cruze wasn't ready for pickup until 3 days later. They never once called us and let us know what was going on with the car. The one time we did call about the car Mr. Oscar brushed us off the phone and said they would call when it's ready. We pick the car up and drive it home. The 2nd day I was telling my fiance I think the car is leaking oil. We went outside and noticed a huge oil puddle running out from the car. We touched the puddle and knew it was oil. On top of the car pulling to the right and constant jerking when accelerating. (I was previously driving a 2001 Nissan frontier truck and as old as my truck was it never once leaked oil like this.) So we called Mr. Oscar and told him we wanted to return the car due to the unsafe conditions. He told us to bring the car in. They then proceeded to explain that because it was past 5 days and that supposedly went above the 250 miles limit for our full money back guaranteed. The only options they were giving us were to fix the car or get refinanced into another car. We had to call the Bank the car was fianced through to see what other options we had. It was then we decided to cut our loses and get a cash car off the lot so that we could get out the auto contract. Now two months later the car is still showing up on our credit even though we signed a null void contract and were told our contract was terminated. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. I had been car shopping at name-brand dealerships for about 2 weeks and didn't get the service I was looking for or the patience from anyone. I went to Autonation to look at their inventory for the first time and the first person I met really pushed me away in which made me leave. I decided to come back hours later since I was really interested in what they had on the lot and was helped by Andrew Figueroa. He really listened to what I was looking for, gave me options, and gave me space to think about everything. I didn't felt pushed or bothered and was so happy with my experience. Anytime I had questions or wanted to look at features about vehicles, he took the time to show me the answers. I bought my Ram truck a year ago through TrueCar. After getting low-balled for my trade-in, they were willing to make up for it if I financed with Diamond Chrysler. I was the last customer at the dealership and before the paperwork was done, the truck I was purchasing was having "electronic issues." So they picked out another equal. Here's where I say buyer beware! Although both trucks were identical, the prices were different and yes the second picked truck was higher in price. I'm usually keen on picking up tricks, but they got me. I realized it after the numbers I crunched at home didn't match up to the contract. I did ponder returning the truck and voiding the contract before the return stipulations on the back of the contract, but I didn't. I felt it was my fault for not catching it but it did leave a bitter taste about their sneaky tactics. The second issue I had occurred when I came to get my truck washed and prepped since I drove out of the dealership after hours. I waited patiently in their "lounge area" and realized several customers that arrived after I did were leaving. No service representative ever sought me out to inform me that my truck wash had been done. It was parked in their parking lot while I waited in the lounge. Wow. I didn't realize I had to keep tabs on my truck. My third issue (yes, I should've known better) was when I set an appointment online for an oil change. Sure I could've gone to the express lane, but I figured if I made an appointment, I would not only make it easier for them to accommodate my service but it would limit my waiting time. I arrive only to be waiting for the service advisor (Vickie Pscion) to even see me. I decided to drive off without ever being seen. I'm done with this place. I can't remember ever being this neglected this many times by one business. I'll have nothing but negative things to say about my experience there. Never again. read more

So frustrated. We paid $3500 for the extended warranty. When I called the dealer they couldn't find it. An hour later I found my copy of the paper work. Called back. Took our Jeep in on Monday. NEVER - DO NOT GO to SERVICE CENTER. The worst ever! Makes you regret ever purchasing a Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep. Started with recall work at 40k miles and due to their crappy work I have had nothing but continued failures under the hood. Failed thermostat, shorted ac unit, etc. all after rewiring work from a recall. Check engine light came back on less than 10 miles away and they said it was unrelated! Charged another $$ for a separate issue. This is a low mileage vehicle, with all required preventative maintenance. Kept the Jeep more than a week, said Chrysler refund for rental was approved but it went to their dealership not me! $1500 worth of repairs, $300 rental car and a Jeep with low miles that sounds like a old beater. Nice service staff, crappy mechanical repairs and Worst service management! They don't back their work, they don't honor their own policies, and for sure the don't follow thru on their word. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I didn't want to give 1 star but the app requires one minimum. read more
