Quinn was a great salesman. I normally dread having to buy a new car. I had been looking at getting one of the new Bronco's for a couple of years and kept putting it off. My truck finally needed to be replaced. I went to a few different mechanics and dealerships trying to find a good deal. Planet Ford was the only one that was willing to pay a fair price for my trade in truck. I think that Quinn and his manager were the ones who really made it happen. The back-and-forth with Planet Ford Spring has been exhausting. My 2018 F-150 (3.5 L EcoBoost) went in countless times for the same issues. Each time they said it was "perfect," and each time the noise was still there. It took them over six weeks to find the warped rotor I'd been complaining about the moment they delivered my truck to me (obviously done by them), and they still charged me for it. Getting a loaner was another nightmare--six weeks of waiting until Jill stepped in and managed to get me them in about three weeks each time. They did try to make amends with a detail and reimbursement of my $100 deductibles, which I appreciate, but it doesn't erase months of frustration, wasted time, and poor communication. Now, just a month after that "final fix," I'm back to dealing with a cam-phaser rattle. I'm tired of the endless cycle and the lack of accountability. read more

What I didn't like while getting advised on a service for my vehicle was the loud and distracting interaction with employees from what seemed to be a member of management. The morning briefings should be done in a conference room at the least or outside and not 6 feet from customers attempting to hear about the added services the staff is trying to sell while you yell. I am beyond frustrated with this Ford dealership. I purchased my truck last year and have been forced to bring it back almost every single month for a new issue. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for a vehicle that isn't even a year old. Today was the final straw. I brought my truck in for service and was given a loaner vehicle that is completely different from my truck--so different that I cannot even drive it comfortably. I specifically told them in advance that I needed a similar vehicle, and they completely ignored my request. To make matters worse, I was told I now have to wait two months just to get another appointment to fix the problem. Two months. After coming in every month already. There is no excuse for this level of incompetence and lack of concern for the customer. There is absolutely no reason I should be dealing with constant issues, long delays, and poor communication with a vehicle purchased last year. First, Planet Ford Spring, TX first refused to honor the recall on my 2020 Ford Eco Sport. Then, the 2020 Ford Eco Sport engine shut down on April 25, 2024, and has been at Planet Ford Service Center and took months to work on the vehicle. The vehicle received major damage due to the shutdown. When Planet Ford realized that the vehicle would need major repairs and started to demand I pay for repairs. I filed a complaint with BBB and NHSTA. On Dec 4, 2024, when I went to find out the status of the repairs I was met by Megan Wenzel and the Service Manager, Jason C Shultis. Deceptive Trade practices. While the service advisor provided excellent service, there is nothing like a surprised increase in the final bill. The initial quote screen did not show a dealer added fee for Enviromental Service. This is a fee where some dealer's charge for tire disposal, generally $4.00/tire and shop supplies like rags, brake clean type products. Most used tire stores come to dealers and buy the used tires. A dealer benefit. I had 4 tires and wipers replaced. Other than maybe 1 shop rag would be needed for this entire job. But this dealer seems self-justified in surprising me after the work was done, when paying my bill with a $73.87 miscellaneous upcharge called Enviromental Fee. Totally nothing more than free profit. $73.87 is a lot of wasted money no matter who you are. Also, no multipoint vehicle inspection report was provided, unlike the repair order states. read more

I wanted to write this review for Ford's vehicle service department, which has standards below that of a government building. The stars of this horror show are service advisors Chance Hess and Timothy McKnight. I went in 1/8 to have my failed 2020 car radio seen, and when I walked in the lobby, everyone looked up but no one bothered to help me. I eventually found Timothy, who said I need to leave my car there for a couple weeks. The option to get a call whem my car is ready to be looked at is not there. Why even bother with an appointment anyway? There were 14 cars infront of me. I decided to take the car home and book when I was going out of town the next week Following week I got Chance Hess who is truly the artist in being the worst service advisor out there. Same story, had to leave the car there (thankfully I was going out of town). Car was left Friday 1/12, looked at the following Friday, but Chance couldnt be bothered to contact me for pickup. I had to get in touch with him on Monday 1/22. When I showed up, I was told it was a 3 month wait for parts, with no estimated delivery, they would contact me when it arrived. When it came to having my car brought out, I waited 20 minutes, chance never gave me any paperwork, and my car had not come out. I went in and asked Chance to help me get my car as there was no rush there either. He couldnt be bothered to help me. Finally another employee noticed I was waiting a while and attempted to help me. About 45 minutes later my car showed up, with no apology I decided to find the part I needed myself, ordered it, and fixed it within 15 minutes. I deeply regret even spending time at this ford. My 2020 Ford explorer computer failed in 3 years of ownership, 58,000 miles. How pathetic. I wouldnt bother bringing my car into this nightmare of a dealership for service. Unfortunately it's huge but I would love to see these guys go out of business. Do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else, dont deal with this circus. read more

I would give them a minus zero if I could. My car was a 2017 ford flex, I purchased it new. In June 2020 I paid my car off with my inheritance. The week of June 17, 2024, I put my ford flex in the shop to get the seatbelt fix. The car only had 81,697 miles on it. The service department parked my car in the back area where they keep the cars they're going to work on, only they parked my car halfway in a drain ditch. On Friday, June21,2024 there was a bad rainstorm and my car was FLOODED. The service manager waited until almost closing time, so he could give the service department time to get the water out of my car when he called my husband to tell him my car was flooded. When we showed up the next morning Chance Hess, the service advisor took us to my car and told us they parked the car halfway in the drain ditch, and they had just got the ditch repaired. Chance Hess also told us they will repair the car replace everything that needed to be fix. When we asked about the wiring and the chargers getting wet, he claimed they didn't get wet/damaged. We even told him the wiring is under the seats, so he told us they are sealed. When we asked him about water getting into the chargers, he told us no water got into the chargers, if it did it would cause a lot of damage and a lot of money to repair, because they would have to replace all the wiring. They kelp my car for 2 months, we got the ford flex back around August 21,2024. On September 2, the charging system light came on, telling us to check your charging system. We even went to Auto zone to make sure it wasn't the battery. I went to Planet Ford did tell the sells person (Luis Castaneda) my car was flooded by Planet Ford, but they act like they didn't care. Yes, I did purchase a ford escaped from them only because I thought they would give me more for my ford flex considering they damaged it. I also didn't thing anyone else would give me anything for my ford flex. I paid almost $50,000 dollars for the ford flex. I've already had my ford escape in the shop twice because of something not working right. A week after I got the ford escape the A/C went out and last month the gas tank door wouldn't open. I mention to Chance Hess not to park my car in the drain ditch and the first thing came out of his mouth is we fixed that. I feel like Planet Ford should pay my ford escape off and let me keep the 5-year extended warranty. The only thing Jill Mead who is Customer Relation Manager for Planet Ford did for me is give me was a free oil change, tire rotation and wipers blades certificate. Where do I start? I was looking at a used truck listed online and had a trade-in in mind--a 2024 Ram 3500 with just over 8,000 miles, practically new. I called the used sales department to ask if the truck was still available, and it was. They directed me to a link to enter my truck's details and get a trade-in estimate, which I did. When I called back to discuss the trade-in value, I spoke with a woman--not the original salesman--who told me to come in and that they could offer a better deal in person. I explained that I live over an hour away and didn't want to make the trip just to be jerked around. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened. I spent three hours going back and forth with the sales team, who tried to lowball me into selling my truck at a $5,000 loss. That wasn't going to happen--I didn't need the truck that badly. After I told them to just return my keys and ID so I could leave, they asked what it would take to make the deal work. Mind you, I had already told them twice what I wanted. I had to get firm with the two guys handling the trade before they finally agreed to my terms. I ended up getting the truck and completing the trade. Now, it's been over two weeks and I still haven't received the WeatherTech floor mats I ordered during the finance process. I've called the salesman twice and was told he'd get back to me. I called the aftermarket line--it just rang and rang. I even contacted the finance department, and they told me to speak with the salesman, which has gone nowhere. At this point, I would've been better off ordering the mats directly from WeatherTech. Needless to say, I won't be returning after this experience. read more

He is on the used car side and we ended up purchasing on the new car side- so when we had questions- he found the man the answer all of our questions and he learned as well. If you are looking to finance or buy the MachE with Planet Ford on 45 DON'T! I ordered a 2025 MachE in January and it arrived last week 4/28/25. When I went to get the out the door price they had the listed for $48K. I was working with Mike Ibarra. When I asked why he told me there was nothing they could do. I went to Mac Haik and Planet Ford and received information letting me know that Planet Ford was supposed to honor that price. Planet Ford NEVER did. Then I reworked the numbers on FORD.COM for the car I ordered and provided the numbers to Planet Ford. With the $6.5K lease incentive the payment came to $560 for 18K miles for the car I ordered. Spring Planet Ford (Mike) did not honor the number and offered $590. Auto Nation Katy told me they had to figure out how to get to the number and so they did but it was actually on a higher MSRP. I also kept pointing out all the errors on fees as Mike wasn't accurate with his numbers and I never got clear answers and never got them all taken off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PLANET FORD SPRING! The Good: They had better options for us to choose from at the price range that we were looking at. The Bad: I went in with a pre-approval letter from Ford Credit, The value of my car (which I understand is subjective). We came to an agreement. The problem, I just lost an extra 13 points on my credit score for them running a hard inquiry through TD Auto Finance without my permission. This is a violation to the customer. I know nothing can be done about this, however, pay attention. For this reason, I will not be returning. I do not blame the salesman, he was very sweet and polite. I understand where his job ends. The Finance department needs boundaries, and respecting the customers decisions. They did not ask me if I was willing to seek other options. From the start, the inspector (Israel) was rude, unprofessional, and spent more time complaining about Allstate and berating his own receptionist than actually helping us.
