First time to visit Sewell, who knew a dealership service experience could be so wonderful. This team is doing it right and wins the dealer service award by a landslide. Super friendly and efficient check-in process, felt like the red carpet was rolled out for us. A check engine light had us worried we would miss out on our weekend plans but our service advisor Justin offered us a loaner vehicle without our even asking. We were told to not worry about tolls, they too would be taken care of. On return, I pulled into the service garage and by the time I walked inside, Justin was standing in the hall, welcomed me by name, shook my hand, handed me my paperwork (still warm from the printer), then wished me a nice week. Less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. Other dealerships should be worried, Sewell is not even in your league... I will be back when it's time for a new vehicle. read more

I don't get any pleasure by leaving a bad review, but as a result of recent circumstances, I believe it is now totally justified. First of all, Sewell Audi North's salesperson, Hugo is deserving of 5 stars. He is professional, respectful and always strives to give excellent customer service. The 1 star (actually should be 0 stars) is for the preowned sales manager, Raegan. She sits in her tiny bubble and consistently makes ridiculous, low-ball offers when appraising trade-in's. I've had her appraise a couple of my vehicles as part of the sales process while trying to purchase 2 cars from Sewell North Audi. She must think I fell off the turnip truck yesterday! Her appraisals are at least 20-30% below KBB value or other dealerships, and therefore, not even remotely close to the true trade-in value. If you are considering purchasing a car from this dealership, and trading in a vehicle, I STRONGLY SUGGEST you do your due diligence by researching the value KBB gives your trade-in. I would also suggest you obtain an offer from another dealership such as CarMax. You'll find what I just warned you about -- the offer from Raegan and Sewell Audi North will be considerably less, bordering on INSULTING. And don't fall for the line "you'll save the sales tax." It's just part of the low-ball trade-in scam offer. I honestly thought Sewell was better than this. I purchased a 2022 Audi Q5 about a year ago from Audi of NoRuth Houston. The car was certified by the dealership and had been in the dealership garage for warranty work. Approximately six month after being in the shop the car caught on fire in the engine compartment and burned to the ground. There is virtually nothing left of the car. The car was still within the warranty. Now is when the fun starts. I have talked to a number of people at Audi of the USA, the regional leadership and the general manager. Once I talk to them I never hear back or they tell me that can do nothing about it. Even the GM who sold me the certified used car was unwilling to help. If you have major problems with a car from Audi or Sewell you are on your own. No one, and I mean no one will fix the situation. read more

Disappointing Experience - Will Not Return I recently purchased an Audi and took it to this dealership earlier this month for repairs after a full diagnostic. Initially, things seemed smooth--they got me into a loaner quickly, and my car was ready the next day. But as soon as I drove off the lot, I realized the original issue hadn't been fixed. I scheduled another appointment the following week and test drove the car with the service manager, who was confused about why they had worked on something completely unrelated to the problem. They put me in another loaner, and two days later, my car was supposedly ready again. Before I could even leave the lot, a faulty tail light warning came on. They moved my car to the front of the line and offered me another loaner (which I declined) while they fixed it. After waiting about 45 minutes, the light was replaced. But as I finally drove off, I noticed a chip in my windshield. I immediately turned back into the service lane. The chip was fresh and hadn't been there when I sat in the passenger seat during the earlier test drive. The rep insisted it was old damage, even though the existing cracks had been filled with resin, and this new one clearly hadn't. After this series of mistakes and poor accountability, I won't be returning to this dealership. Disappointing experience overall. read more

In the market for a vehicle once again, I focused in on a 2023 Audi e-tron at this dealership. Having done business with them four years ago, I pretty much anticipated how I'd be treated ... and I wasn't disappointed. Barrett had the vehicle charged and ready to see. The test drive was excellent, and the car was in virtual showroom condition. The asking price was a bit over what similar e-trons are selling for, but this one stickered at over $83k ... totally loaded. Still, I couldn't see paying such a premium price. I asked to see Jack Mah, promoted to General Manager since my last visit, and was promptly accommodated. He did remember our 2020 deal (whether truly or having looked up the transaction ... no matter). He was able to knock off a few dollars, but nothing close to where I wanted to be. I had another SUV to look at, and we parted amicably... not a hint of pressure. I asked that Barrett give me a call if anything changes. I knew that ANH wanted the vehicle sold, and that I really wanted to buy it. But I wasn't in any hurry, given that I can't drive for another two months due to recent major surgery. My wife actually did the test drive. Barrett did call me, ostensibly to inquire how my visit to the other dealership went. I replied that I was still interested in the e-tron, but the impasse was becoming insurmountable. We were about $4000 apart at the time, and if I had to pass, so be it. My wife, a veteran of 35 years in real estate, joined the negotiations, and definitively stated, "$XX,000 out the door and we're done!" We had a deal five minutes later. I still haven't taken possession of the vehicle, as we're waiting for a wire transfer of funds, which rivals the USPS in terms of speed. At my age, this is likely my last car ... hopefully I'll get to enjoy it one of these days. read more

Was casually searching across the nation for the right Audi RS3...and stumbled upon a 2020 they had up for sale, in a very unique color, Kyalami Green. I contacted them with some questions about it, Chase Daniels and sales manager Jack Mah both assisted me. A couple days later I decided I had to have it and Jack helped me with a deal. I'm located in CA so everything was being done on their word, sight unseen. Paperwork was overnighted to me and a few days later all good to go, set up my own shipping and car arrived in CA even better than described. Absolutely in love with the car! I'll start by saying my sales experience in January was 4-5 stars. Helpful and professional salesmen, and no games. However, one of the items they sell you on is their service center as appointments are not needed and loaners are always available. Turns out, loaners are not readily available or guaranteed even with an appointment. To add to that, no responsibility is taken after an issue arises with something that really should have been addressed prior to selling a CPO vehicle with less than 20k miles (only 2500 miles after purchase). I so wanted to keep liking this place. However this past experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand that cars need to be maintenance and there is a cost for good service. Which I do and will continue to do. But I think this will be my last Audi I will ever buy. I was impressed with the process of the diagnostics. The service provider text a video of their findings and a call was made to my husband and I about what we wanted to do. We bought the car in for issues of doors not locking properly and a/c not cooling and then the routine maintenance like oil change. However, their "findings" was quite a long list and a hefty price tag. Almost 8 grand. We asked to get the most important items taken care first which was the door actuator, and a/c sensor. It gets hot in Houston, so that was really important and of course everyone should be able to lock their doors for safety. That was well over $2000. The labor was more than the parts. I get it. Labor is expensive. We give the go ahead. Thinking everything was going dandy, we get another call saying that the sensor was put in and while testing everything was good and then,boom, the air compressor gets blown out. So we now have to shell out instead of the 2k but almost 7k because the air compression blew out under their care? We were utterly confused and furious. So at this point if all the repairs that was recommended plus the air compressor the grand total would be over 10 grand. Shoot at this point, getting a new car is better. We tell the service provider this and he said " oh yes, that would solve a lot of problems." If I get a new car, what problems? No problems at all. I don't have to worry what to repair and being told something broke while they were trying to fix it. At this point, we are like just stop any further repairs. We will pay for what has already been done. We just can't fathom paying another 4k for the air compressor on top of the 2k of repairs already being done. Ah, but then adding insult to injury, we get a call back saying oh we can discount $800 for you if you decide to do it. After discount for the sensor, actuator, oil change, and air compressor is $6900. I'm mind boggled. So we took the car home, short $2200, and no cold air. I mean the air compressor was fine until it was in your hands. Now we have to pay for something that we did not do. You said it yourself it happened when you were testing it. So who to say an error on your end could have caused it and now we have to pay for it. Yes, I'm disappointed with how everything was handled. I mean how is it our fault that the compressor died while you were testing it. It was working fine before that. No responsibility on your end and was pushed off to us like yeah it's a you problem. We felt they just wanted to keep digging into our pockets and not trying to help us. No more Audis ever. read more

Car would not start. Not even with a jump. Had it towed to Audi North. Key was stuck in ignition. Diagnosis: replace the whole steering column at almost $6000! And that was "just a start, not really sure if that will fix the stuck key". I ordered ALL STOP. Towed it to Bertinis in Spring. New diagnosis: needs a battery. Replaced battery. Started normal. GO TO BERTINIS EUROPEAN AUTO. THEY ARE HONEST AND AFFORDABLE! Dealers are in the business to rip you off with crazy unneeded service!!! Do not take your car to Audi North. Today I pulled up grabbed 3 & received my buzzer. The associate said "Hey, that's fine." He stood with me as I put them in my trunk. I Waited for my oil to be topped off. Moments later while going to retrieve my car I see "Art Medina with my trunk open with all my personal belongings visible. He took the paper mats out & asked me did I need them? Dude..... this is weird micro managing behavior. If I didn't need them I would have them. They are paper. You invaded my personal private space. Your associate had great customer service, he was polite. You on the other hand, need a nap. This was not a battle. Nor was it a time for a power play. You need to learn to read the room. It's a paper mat. May cost the company $1000 a year. It doesn't you anything. You targeted me because I didn't come & ask you for them. Your problem is you want to control situations that aren't that deep. I hope you read this & realize that invading my space was weird & impolite. This place comes with so many firsts for me so I'll just list them all; obviously my very first Audi, a Certified Pre Owned ( CPO ), first car purchased strictly through about 45 emails, first far out of state vehicle, and finally the most expensive car for me up to date lol. The shopping experience was just incredible with no hassles no gimmicks nor extra fees. I found the vehicle online and absolutely fell in love with it. Asked for a quote then a few questions and some negotiations all through email and I had a booked flight to Houston. The dealer also arranged for a pick up at the airport which made me feel like a VIP lol. Upon arriving I was greeted right away by Albert Tellez who I have been communicating with for quite a few days. The car was prepped, and looked like a brand new vehicle. I was shocked! I took it for a spin and couldn't wait to drive it back home to NY. The process was quick, as the binder was sent ahead from the insurance company prior, all was missing was a few signatures and I was out the door. Drive back home was very relaxing and exciting, you'd figure driving alone all this way would be boring but the adrenaline and the accelerator kept me up. Car came with prior warranty transferred over and an extra 2 years with services included. As a matter of fact it is still under warranty till this day. Highly recommend the Sewell Audi dealership as I even got a tour of the service department and place was just spotless. I give two stars because every blue moon, I get a service provider that is actually kind and helpful. But every time I come here, I leave with my day feeling ruined. At first.. I kept getting the run around from younger ppl working, not knowing what they are doing, denying me support, & confidently saying they can't assist me with something and I have to ask for a manager. I came back for a diagnostic and it was $260!!! I've never paid that for a diagnostic. But whatever. Wait 3 hours for loaner vehicle after I already made reservation. I get the List of needed repairs totaling 10k. We chose what repairs we wanted and when I pick up my car .. for the first time in 10 years, it wasn't detailed! I also wasn't able to leave because the invoice wasn't taken care of. I was treated like i wasn't going to pay for services and told to wait in the lobby, when they could have sent over the invoice before I arrived.!! I'm not used to the way things are ran at this Audi. It doesn't feel like a luxury experience whatsoever. I also have a light on, on my dashboard, it's almost $300 for them to make it go off lol. I def feel like this place overcharges & gives nothing back. I'd at least like a great experience & to be treated with more compassion. So far not too impressed. Purchased a Q7 and the car is good, where the 2 stars are at. However what has made this a less than ideal situation is the purchasing process. Salespeople who don't understand how transfer of plates work to a finance manager giving false information. (This according to a manager is being addressed at their daily meetings he has informed me) The situation for me is that the finance manager said it would be quite easy to pay off the audi finance quickly. Incorrect, this took multiple days of transferring money to the Audi FS. I honestly would have been fine if this was all that I was inconvenienced by, however I have just received a thank you from Audi FS that says thank you for paying off your line, please take this letter to the DMV and apply for a title. Seriously!!! I just bought this car less than 2 weeks ago and I haven't even gotten the registration for this yet, and I am now expected to go wait in line at the DMV for something that we pay Sewell to accomplish. This is completely unacceptable. Right now I would say we do not recommend purchasing from them as they are either complacent in knowledge or just not knowing how to conduct business. read more

Been coming to this dealer for a few years to get my A4 serviced and it has progressively gone downhill. This time will be my last. Made a 30K mile service appointment online. Specified a time, service advisor and that I needed a loner vehicle. Upon arrival, the service advisor was not there, had nobody to help me and they had no loner vehicles available. Kind of defeats the purpose of online appointments if none of the things specified are available. Ended up have to wait over 2 hours to get my car back in the middle of a business day. Never ended up talking to an advisor or know what if anything was wrong with my car. If the front office management is any indication of the back office, I am horrified that they put a tool to my vehicle. If you value your time or your car, this is not the place. read more

Bought a new 2024 A4 Quattro Premium Plus. Good buying experience. No sales pressure. Sewell people were extremely patient with me explaining all the automobiles features and going through the extensive electronics. They did not have a car with the particular configuration that I wanted and traded for one out of state. The car was delivered in 4 days. They came out to my home to program the Home-Link for my garage door opener and synched all the electronics for the car. I was very pleased with the buying.experience. Professionally, I understand a company can have rules & guidelines. I have no problem with that. The reason for my 1-Star Review is due to the Service I received. I went to the website & scheduled a maintenance (Oil Change) for my 2009 Audi A4 Avant. I did not select any Service Advisors & once the appointment was scheduled, an advisor was selected for me by the system (I'm assuming), Siera Spurlock. Now, upon receiving my confirmation, I received no prior calls, texts or emails from Ms.Spurlock. I would imagine a company will Sewell or a Brand such as Audi would atleast give a curtesy welcome call to their customers introducing them or to answer any general questions a client may have prior to arriving. Once there, I was not even greeted by ANY advisors. The Service Lane associates asked me questions such as if had an appointment, who's my advisor & would I like a bottle of water. After waiting at the bay, beside my car for 9 mins, I was asked by another lane associate to have a sit inside because Ms.Spurlock was in a meeting. Having a seat inside for roughly about 15 mins or so, a random lady approached and asked me (without introducing or referring me by name) if I was the "guy" with the 09 Audi. And once I acknowledged, she asked me to follow her and as we walked back to the Service Lane, she told me as per company policy, Audi does not service any of their own vehicles 10-years or older unless it had been in service at that location before. When I asked her that I would like to speak with my Service Advisor, she said, she was Siera Spurlock. And as I was about to say, "I would have appreciated a call with this information so I wouldn't have wasted my time coming for the appointment & taken time off from work" but before I could say anything, she told me, that my keys are in the car & pointed me to my vehicle. Absolute Disgrace Sewell & Audi of Houston North! I personally fell in love with Audi's after I owned my 2019 Audi S5, so I will purchase more Audi's in the future (God Willing) but it will not be purchased or serviced from this location for sure. We had a check engine light come on, and after them spending two hours in the car with the diagnostic which they charged us $175 for, they supposedly found brake issues and engine leaks etc. etc. and wanted to charge us $4000 for suggested repairs. I had it brought to another repair shop in Spring, which, said that there was absolutely no problems with the car. The re-diagnostic test showed nothing wrong with the engine. They fixed the engine light issues. . I will never be back to this place again. And I suggest anyone who owns an Audi stay far away from this place ...they are thieves! read more

We had to sell my wife's A-7 back to Audi North Houston at a deep discount to wholesale. Audi North Houston refused to acknowledged that the 3.0 L engine had an excessive oil consumption problem. They also chose not to inform their customers that these German-made vehicles were equipped with faulty alternator/starter units. The service manager told us that we would be lucky if we got our vehicle back in three months as Audi only has one supplier of the units which created the worldwide shortage (there is no after-market for the units). This is clearly a safety issue as my wife's A-7 stopped suddenly in the middle of a busy street late at night. Audi was nice enough to pick her disabled vehicle up the following morning to haul it off to Audi North Houston's vast parking lot. In recognition of this fine customer service they refused to reimburse her for Uber cost. read more

If you're buying a certified pre-owned (CPO) from this place, then please take caution. I purchased a CPO 2018 A3 from this dealership. Here is a summary of my experiences: Looking / buying: The salespeople were very cordial when showing me around, and of course very willing to pull up any vehicle related to my interests. Test-drives, negotiations, and all that went as expected. They keep a clean and well-oiled facility. Driving the car off, here is where it gets a little hairy. Issue #1: Bent Wheel. After about a week or two of having my newly purchased vehicle, I noticed some heavy vibrations at higher speeds that I hadn't picked up on during the test drive. I also noticed that the pre-sense feature was not working (more on that later). Naturally, I took the car back for the vibrations. To make a long story short, they eventually found a bent wheel and accused me of causing the damage, which of course was infuriating. To their credit, they eventually made repairs at no charge to me, which allowed me to walk away satisfied. Issue #2: The broken Pre-sense feature. (I will preface this by saying that I most certainly should have brought this to their attention earlier, so maybe I deserve this.) Some time l decide to take the car in to look at the pre-sense that wasn't working. I of course have to mention that this was the condition upon driving off the lot. And just as before, they say that it was likely my fault that this feature wasn't working, which was infuriating. This time though, since too much time has passed since my purchase, they refused to fix it on their dime. (Again, poor judgement by me for not getting this looked into sooner). So if you're looking into buying a certified pre-owned, please beware. I found two significant issues with my vehicle, which leads me to believe that the 300+ (or whatever they advertise) point inspection means absolutely nothing. I especially don't appreciate being blamed for these issues. I like my Audi, but I don't like taking it in for repeated repairs. And I don't like being blamed for something that the CPO inspection process missed. Good luck. read more

Today I was ready to move forward with my decision & I knew this dealership had one at its location. Upon walking in there, there was only one customer on their way out & the building was empty. The staff was gathered & didn't bat at eye at our entrance. We walked around looking at other cars after viewing the RS7 I wanted, still no help yet the staff was just staring at us. We pulled up in my partners truck, wearing our gym clothes. Felt that the staff judged a book by its cover, but sucks to suck they lost out on a sale & a shift in my perspective has changed towards this location. Oh boy where do I start. I bought a car here and purchased the extended warranty. 2 weeks later it rains hard and "Audi pre sense currently limited" pops up on my dashboard so I call the salesperson that assisted me and he said that happens and to bring it in to get it fixed but it's still ok to drive it's just the sensors. No rush. I then hit a pot hole and popped a tire and got a small scratch on the bottom. Me or the dealership rep couldn't get the lug nut off the tire so it had to get towed to the dealership and the tire got replaced and they were supposed to fix the Audi pre sense and forgot. Whatever. Then a month later I'm in Austin and my transmission blows out. I bought this car 2 months ago and it has 23k miles on it and the transmission blows out! I had to get it fixed there and it took 1 month to get a loaner from them and 2 months to get my car back. I brought my car in at Sewell because it's "recommended for service" and they are charging me $550 for the Audi Pre Sense because the scratch even though I have text messages stating exactly when and where that happened. Do I have to spend $550 every time it rains hard? Why isn't that covered in my warranty. The scratch had NOTHING to do with it. And they know exactly when the scratch happened. I wouldn't just not recommend using Audi North, I would suggest just not getting an Audi at all unless you love maintenance and ridiculous charges. I have an Audi 2021 A6 available for sale if anyone wants it! I can't get rid of this car fast enough. Don't say something is covered under warranty and then back off your word. read more

Not a good overall experience. Bought a pre owned car for my business and received a check list of things that the mechanic said was checked.... Negative. Have a outside mechanic check the car because the ones at this location are completely incompetent. When I gave them a list of things that they didn't catch on the trade-in they chose to do the cheapest of those repairs. Example Oil change... I took the vehicle to have K&N air filters installed and the ones on my new preowned car were filthy. But the check list said "CHECKED". The break job that should have been caught by the mechanic doing the initial inspection left me with a bill of $674.00 less then two weeks of my purchase. They gave me a loaner car that looked like someone it went mud riding. (I'm not exaggerating) imagine a car with mud dried all over it....YOU GOT IT. Please tell me what dealership in America does that maybe in a third world country but not Audi... Second what made someone say "Hey F.... it, give him that dirty car it's ok!" I've been in sales most of my life and I don't care if a customer is spending $2.99 or $2000 I made sure everyone got treated with the best possible service. Because I've had $2.99 customers turn into $200 customers and they don't forget When I got my car back from the repairs (the Broken Mirror) I had to Youtube "How to re-calibrate a Infiniti mirror." Because it wasn't working but they repaired it. On top of that I got the car back dirty from where the blind mechanic was leaning all over it to do the repairs. If I recall correctly I gave it to you clean.... The other shop I had the breaks looked at cleaned the car for me and they just looked at it. (That Sewell Commercial you see in Fox about customer service during the foot ball games... WASN'T MY EXPERIENCES" but the lobby has good cookies. So if you need to trade in a car that needs repair take it here because Steve Wonder is the mechanic here. And if you're purchasing to take the word of the sales team as a grain of salt and have someone outside of the dealership look at your vehicle. But if you have to do all that, then you should probably pick another dealership. read more

Was told on Saturday that they would hold a vehicle for us till Monday if we provided a email from our credit union with approval and finance rate, we gave them this. Monday morning was told they sold the vehicle on Saturday. Disappointed in this since I had purchased from Sewell before and had a great experience. I guess things have changed. read more

I've been taking my Audi vehicles to Audi North Houston since 2006 (after purchasing there) and have always received exceptional service. The environment only got better after Sewell took over ownership of the dealer. Communication has always been good and I've never had any significant issues upon receiving my car after service. If waiting, the customer area is clean and complimentary beverages & wifi is provided. Clean loaner cars are readily available and gas need not be returned at the same level. If a complicated repair or repairs are required, I've found the Service management willing to work with me on an acceptable resolution. There is also a Collision Center nearby if body work is needed (which I have used and was pleased). I highly recommend Audi North Houston under Sewell's management and will continue to have my Audi vehicles serviced there. read more

I bought my Q3 in November. I had a lot of good things to say then...which is the easy part, right? Most dealerships are wonderful during the sales process. Although Sewell is above and beyond. BUT the real test is after the sale and when you need service. And five stars again! I was very intentional about purchasing all the coverages and maintenance packages and it was well worth it! I was able to get a tire and wheel replaced quickly. They sent an Uber to come to pick me up and the car was ready and waiting for me, cleaned and vacuumed. They kept me updated via text and it was so easy and not AT ALL like other service departments. You do get what you pay for and Audi North Houston is worth every single penny. read more
