My car was dropped off June 15 for service on our Ford Expedition. Their employees never return calls, emails I show up every Thursday for status on the vehicle. I have spoken with Matt service agent only when I show up and Chance (manager) whenever I ask for a corporate number. Now they are "waiting " on an Allied warranty inspector to show up today or Monday. I was in the office Thursday and he said he just needed to call Allied. Here we are 8 days later. What's more plausible it takes an inspector 8 to show up or they didn't do it. Besides waiting on our vehicle for 5 weeks now, what sucks it they were great last time around. I have coolant hose issues, and oil leak and Matt said this may have caused damage to the carburetor and warranty's don't cover that. $3000-$4000 for that and a mechanic sitting in the room when I was there Thursday said that was standard for the expedition at 100k miles. Really? What kind of vehicle is Ford making? We have a Toyota 268k miles, never an issue. How can the improve? I believe we have been more than patient. I understand that they were cyber ransomed, that why we have been patient. However, when my employer had the same issue we as employees still continued kept in touch with our customers via email and phone calls. The level of professionalism now is unacceptable. Bought a brand new Bronco 8k over sticker price. Couldn't be more happy with the bronco, but the customer service in the service department is a joke. I wait days to weeks to hear back from management to iron out issues. I'm coerced to rate one star. The option to highlight no star should be considered. I had a service appointment that I made online for an oil change and tire rotation today at 3:30p. My service advisor according to the email was Chris. When I arrived to the service door, two men were standing outside that I wasn't sure if they were employees. I sat in my vehicle for a moment waiting on someone to come out and acknowledged me and show me where to go. No one ever came out so I decided to go into one of the many doors that were present. As I walked past the 2 guys standing out there, I over heard briefly what they were discussing, and based off of their discussion, I assumed they were not employees. When I walked in, a gentlemen greeted me and I told him I had an appointment. He asked me who my Advisor was and I told him Chris. He said Chris was standing right there and pointed to the guy that I passed. The super helpful guy that greeted me attempted to get Chris' attention through the glass then went outside to tell him I was there for him. Chis didn't look in the guys direction and kept talking to the guy next to him. The employee came back in and told me that Chris' office was at the end and to wait there for him. When I went Down to the office area, there were two individuals employees inside there. I just started getting a bad vibe about the place and how Chris totally ignored me so I went to the restroom and decided to leave afterwards. As I walked out, I walked pass Chris and he still didn't say anything to me. I'm not certain if this statement is relevant to the situation, but I am a Black Male. Best Experience Ever at an Auto Dealership! Found a hard-to-get used truck online. Called and immediately talked to Scott Lynch. He was professional, polite, and extremely helpful. He immediately put a hold on the vehicle we were looking at for my son. We immediately submitted our application and Scott was able to sell us this vehicle with 15 other inquiries on the same vehicle behind us. We drove from Frisco to Burleson, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly, you could sense a family-like atmosphere. Scott greeted us, answered any questions we had and turned us over to their Credit Dept where we met Dallas Durgen. Another extremely professional and helpful individual that made you feel like family. He had a personality and made our experience enjoyable. That is hard to do when buying a used vehicle. I can't say enough nice things about this dealership. One with the service manager, Chuck, and one with a service advisor named Kipp. Douglas was my most recent service advisor, and he did not even make eye contact with me or say a single word to me when I went to pick up my car. He was rude on the phone to my father, me, as well as when another advisor called him to ask if my car was ready and he gave attitude about us coming by to check the status and we overheard it. Do not go to Douglas. Go to Kipp or directly to Chuck in the service department if you need help. You will not be treated well by Douglas. If he were more kind, willing to listen, or more friendly when I came to pick up my vehicle, then maybe I would say he was better. read more

No point in making any appointment and they will tell you an oil change will take five hours (that is a direct quote). Above all, they need to be explicit about their practices so customers can make good decisions about the service and expected time waiting. Their tone in dealing with customer concerns was beyond rude, being abrupt and dismissive, as we were looking for clarification. A service member berated my husband and when I interfered to stop the uncomfortable, public scenes said, "Whelp, whatever, I 'm going home." To exacerbate the problem, Clyde told us the car was getting serviced, and after an hour stated that the car was not yet being looked at. Multiple cars bought here over several years, buying service policies with every car - not again. And here is the bottom, if there was an error in communication, okay. But public berating customer who after three hours without a car, is not good policy. I was able to get a decent deal on a 2023 F350, however, the dealer botched any goodwill when we went to pick up the truck. This is a very expensive vehicle and we had a prearranged time to pick it a week in advance. Upon arrival, we found the truck was dirty, inside and out. Dust, mud, bird droppings, paint markings and fingerprints all around. I purchase it remotely and was told it had 12 miles on the odometer, but it was actually 82.5 miles. To top it off, the weather tech floor mats that were to be installed were missing, which we found out shortly thereafter l that they had never been ordered. Ugh. So, we sat around in a run down dealership that was in dire need of modernization and a basic cleaning, waiting over an hour for them to sort things out and detail the truck. I am a little salty that I didn't get to keep my 0% financing... otherwise, I would consider 5. So, today signed sealed and delivered. After toms of headaches, calls, emails, and several service calls... both with Ford and AutoNation... I am now in a different truck without the transmission issues. When it came down to everything else, I know a guy. So while I might of been not thrilled; I had a backup plan. I got a little more than I bargained for in features... But I got to drive this one for over a week and none of the issues that I saw very quickly on. Within a day, to be accurate. One star is too good for this stealership. I bought a used pickup from them and boy did they promise me the moon to buy their top of the line warranty. It covers everything, they said. It's the best money can buy...well, that is until you try to use it. 6 months after buying the pickup it started making a bad clunking noise. The Ford house said the body bushings were bad. The truck has less that 50,000 miles on it. Body bushings do not go bad at less that 50,000 miles. A little research on the web shows that this is a very bad manufacturing defect and design. I've purchased Ford vehicles my entire adult life. When my company relocated me to DFW 5 years ago, I spent a year house-hunting while renting an apartment in East Dallas. The local Ford dealer in Garland, TX was as good as I've ever seen. In fact, since I lived in an apartment for a year, I even had my oil changed there and every time they were cost effective, professional and the facility was great. Four years ago, I purchased a home in Burleson, TX and began using the local "Autonation Ford Burleson" and noticed right away how horrible the service department was. From the first time to the recent recall on my Ford truck where every time I "call the service department before bringing in my vehicle for service" I would get voice-mail purgatory and eventually get auto-hung-up on; every single experience was terrible. I had to fight for a brake job, fight for warranty work and once when my Flex was in for a warranty repair, it took so long they said they would give me a free oil change. The next time I changed the oil and filter on the car I noticed the oil filter they used was not even Motorcraft brand. I now use another dealer in Fort Worth but the name "Autonation" is attached to it so I am skeptical but we'll see. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! The most unreliable Ford dealership. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. My vehicle has been in the shop for over 3 weeks and have been told it would be fixed during the 4th week. About week 2 I was told that it would have been resolved then but they keep postponing to work on it due to having "bigger projects". Who even knows if it will be resolved next week (during the 4th week) because they've promised me multiple times "it'll be ready in a couple of days" or "next week". I would've been more accepting if they said it would take 4 weeks or so to fix it but they keep pushing me off. I took my 2018 Explorer for maintenance. One of the items they replaced was a cabin filter, but I didn't try until the next week to even open my glove box. I was at a stop light and opened my glove box, the entire box fell on the passenger floor. I went home on that Saturday and fixed a broken right side hinge with JB Weld, and also realized that, not only had hinge been broken, but the spring loaded tension ear that connects to the right side of the glove box had not been reattached. I contacted the service manager via an employee and all I heard was crickets. I also refused to let Autonation Burleson change my oil since they were using a cheap after market black oil filter, not an OEM oil filter as recommend by Ford. If the engine had blown, I would have had an impossible battle to make Autonation and Ford pay for a replacement of a $13K 3.5 Ecoboost engine. Do you really think that Autonation Burleson would have admitted to Ford that they were replacing old OEM oil filters with non-OEM third party oil filters. Autonation would have blamed the failure on me. read more

I have done this 3 times and was supposed to go again today. Called them 5 times before I got someone to answer and he said they could fix the recall but not the warranty items as he didn't know that was an issue. Took our truck in for al oil change. My husband had prearranged for them to shuttle me home instead of waiting there. When I arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment I waited and waited in the truck and outside, no one came out. I finally went in to find the service advisor. Waited another 45 minutes or shuttle driver to take me home, he never showed up, one of the female advisors kindly drove me the short drive home. The driver did come to take me back once the service was complete. Upon arrival and getting the keys the truck was blocked in by other vehicles and had to wait again for them to locate keys to move the other vehicle. Other dealerships we have used for maintenance also clean the inside and wash the vehicle before it's returned to you. Not this one, they don't seem to go any extra steps for customers. I got duped into a warranty that added an extra $3500 to the cost of our loan. We'd been there for hours, did the back and forth, they promised to find a warranty that would only change my payment a few dollars a month but they just drew out the length of the loan. Oldest trick in the book, should have caught it in all the shuffling of paperwork but we were tired and were facing 90 minutes of traffic to go back home. I tried to cancel the warranty as soon as we got home and was told the paperwork had already gone through and I would have to wait until everything was set up to cancel. For the last 2 months I've tried calling, texting, gone the to the auto nation corporate page, the burleson page, texting my sales person... and can NOT get someone to message me back about canceling this warranty. Also, our sales person promised to check on things that needed fixing with the car and never followed up. At this point I guess we're stuck with it. Update: March 9, 2022 They broke my windshield. After 2 months of fighting with them, they broke my windshield trying to replace a rear view mirror. These morons BROKE MY WINDSHIELD! How inept are these people?! I've tried to be professional and courteous in my approach to this and how I write this review, but I have no patience left. I took the day off after making arrangements with the general manager, Paul Solomon, to babysit the process and make sure it got done. An hour and a half in, I'm looking at my mirror with a piece of my windshield still attached! And oh, by the way, the solution to the backup mirror? Just replace it... again! I love my Ford truck, but I'm wishing I'd bought a Titan now! Updated: My experience has been terrible. My 1st visit was on January 11th to get some simple work done. Today is February 26th and I'm still going back and forth trying to get my truck fixed correctly. Make no mistake, this isn't difficult repairs like a transmission or engine. I'm trying to get everything addressed while still under warranty . Issues are: 1. Rattle coming from the dash 2. Back-up camera intermittently not working 3. Broken power seat mechanism. They replaced the camera and ordered a new track for the seat & I set up what I believed to have been an appointment to get it fixed. Not an appointment. My truck was on the lot for 2 to 3 days. After I got it back, the camera continued to fail and the seat heater didn't work. I took the truck back, because they had done nothing to address the rattling, the camera wasn't fixed, and the seat heater failing. The truck sat on the lot for a week and a half, and all they accomplished was to plug in the seat heater! In a week and a half!! James, the service manager, was courteous enough to get me into a rental during this time, but dropped the ball in confirming that a rental car actually existed, so they dropped me at Enterprise leaving me essentially stranded there, because they didn't have a car for me to take! I had to wait an hour plus to see if they had a cancel or no show. Fortunately, they did, so as they closed they got me into a car. They finally put me into my truck with the actual tech doing work. I pointed out the noise and he said it was the mirror. This took all of 5 minutes to identify! I learned the frame around a Ford F-150 mirror rattles. So, they said they would check to see if it's covered by the warranty and they had their guy look at the backup camera again, which still did not get fixed. Days later, I went by and asked what they found out about the mirror. They FORGOT TO CALL THE WARRANTY COMPANY!! This after weeks of me being frustrated, and they just blew it off. They called to see if it was covered, it's not. So I asked if they called the extended Triton warranty. They did not. I'd made multiple people aware of it, but nobody had the proactive foresight to call them. They said they didn't know about it. I told the service manager specifically that I had several warranty situations at the time. So I waited for 30-45 minutes while they called - the mirror replacement was, indeed, covered! So, this happened Monday or Tuesday of this week; they said they'd order the mirror. And, I was finally able to take the truck on Wednesday and show them the rear view mirror was not working. James, the service manager, literally looked surprised. Did he think I was lying to him?! So, he said he'd get a time when everything could be addressed and give me a call, that was Wednesday- today is Saturday and I've heard nothing at all. I will have to drive to the dealership and continue to drive the process to get this done. James was kind enough to cover the deductible, but I must say I believe it would be pretty bold to try and collect money from a customer at this point. I have spent more time and effort fighting with them to fix these issues than anybody on that lot has. I have bought over 50 cars and trucks in my life thus far, and my experience at AutoNation Ford in Burleson has been one of the best so far, and made so due to working with Michael Barrow. Michael is one of the best salespeople I have ever encountered. He is patient, no-pressure, accommodating, and understanding. He worked at my pace, not his. After the sale, when an issue came up, he was right on it, and the dealership took care of it quickly. I know we all have positive and negative experiences wherever we go, but please give Michael Barrow and AutoNation Ford an opportunity to treat you as well as they treated me. I got an email to give a google review and I did and a good one at that. Giving a good review went against how I really felt. Sales man was lazy. We looked at a F 150 supercab styleside, a regular cab, and wanted to see the super crew for comparison. He didn't want to pull up the super crew. He said we basically just drove the same thing. Not the same thing. After asking a number of times, he got it, but in a huff. They ran numbers with an interest rate and term which is not what I ended.up with. My gut said I should go somewhere else, I was lied to. Told they got me an approval, but fine tuning it, which was code for, we are going to blow up your credit by trying to get approvals from multiple banks and be told to relax by the sales guy when I had the F 150 on a borrow before going to sign paperwork. I told him I would be by to get my trade in and not take the f 150, that's when I was told to relax. The deal, which was not the original amount I was quoted, was a longer term and higher payments. I went against my gut and ignored all the red flags and got the truck anyway. They didn't even do a remotely good detail. I regret not going somewhere else. I am adding to my review. Don't do business with these people! They send you your paperwork via email, but you keep having to call them and ask them to send it. It took a month. When I did get it, I saw that the times I was asked to sign a blank iPad was for things I didn't ask for or was told the manager "threw in". This is called price packing. That is how I went from a shorter term and lower payment to a longer term and higher payment. This is highly illegal and I will be pursuing this. read more

We had a recall from FORD for our daughters car 2015 Ford Fiesta...the recall was for the drivers DOOR LATCH could break ...leaving the door able to swing open and not close at any time...we took the car in 6 months ago without an appointment to get the recall fixed before it broke with her driving down the highway...unfortunately they did not have the part to fix her car at that time and would "call us" when they part was in...that never happened!!! A week ago Saturday (8/12/23) she was leaving to go to work and the door latch BROKE...we had her use our vehicle...called first thing Monday morning to the parts department to make sure that had the part ...YES !! then called to schedule an appointment...our daughter was leaving to go back to college on Thursday (8/17/23) but the first available was Friday 7am (8/18)...sent her off to school with our vehicle and took the Ford Fiesta recall in that Friday at 7am... we still DO NOT have her car and have been given the run around on when it would be ready ...it's 8/23/23 and was promised it would be ready yesterday...heard nothing after multiple phone calls EVERY day to check the status ...I can't even get someone to answer to tell me they can't fix because of technician issues (I'm sorry but not my problem) I can go get it and take it to another Ford Dealership because there is no response to our multiple calls to the service advisor and now the service director...in a world of dying service and customer care,...this is beyond unacceptable!!! read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have been searching for a used lexus for the last 2 years. I was always turned off from the way salesmen would approach me (i.e, too pushy, disrespectful, etc); or I couldnt justify the price for such a high mileage car; or some dealers refused to allow for a pre-purchase inspection. Anyway, I saw a lexus online at this dealership that I was interested. The price seemed right; but the dealership was almost 80 miles away. I decided to reach out, regardless. I have to say that from the first interaction with Craig Parr to the last, was a great one. He was knowledgeable, not pushy, patient, and kind. I decided to purchase the car (after being told that I had 5 days to change my mind); but I would need someone to drop it off at my home. He agreed to do so. HE drove the 80 miles to my home. When he got there, I didnt hear the doorbell. He stayed for maybe 30 minutes trying to get my attention (calling, texting, ringing doorbell). he was halfway back to burleson before I'd noticed his calls. This guy decides to drive 45 miles back to my home, in the rain, just so I could get my car. He literally went over and beyond the call of duty. THe whole buying experiencing was a good one. This place only continues to get worse as time goes on. How, you ask? Simple. They just don't care about potential customers any more than past customers. But, this time we decided to take a chance and see if they changed with a new general manager. Nope. Not even close. We arrived on their lot looking at a 2017 F350 Platinum. The first thing noticed is the interior smelled like a wet dog. Not the most pleasant but it could be cleaned even though they should have already done that on a $70,000 vehicle. The one sitting next to it was new and slightly cheaper but the previous owner was a smoker and the smell damn near knocked you down when opening the door. So back to the original Platinum. Excellent condition and one owner trade in according to the salesman. Again, nope. The truck was already titled to two different people in two different states starting in New York State. It also had been involved in a rear-end accident in New York. The sunroof was replaced in Abilene, TX and the backup camera replaced shortly afterward. Not a good record so far. So we took it for a test drive and it drove great. BUT...we noticed two tears in the leather seats that they failed to notice. Then I found a deep chip in the windshield. Those windshields are very expensive. Then the sunroof started making a loud bang everytime it was opened or closed. By now the salesman was back out with his trainer. We took the time to go over the imperfections and our concerns and was told, 1. The sunroof is no big deal. 2. The sunroof wouldn't leak causing the wet dog smell. 3. The new salesman said he could buy that windshield all day long for $300 (bull). 4. They did say they could "patch" the seats. Now for the big kicker. The new salesman is from India with a very thick accent. He basically ignored my wife who was actually the one wanting to purchase the truck for her business. I have mine so this was all about her but he literally acted offended when she started asking questions. He was very rude and somewhat a smartass with her. Very condescending. It was late and we told them to see what they could do on the repairs needed. But, after we left we discussed the whole experience and decided he cost them a $70,000 sale by his attitude and the fact that two days passed and not one call from the dealership. Financing was already in place and ready to go. That is the last straw with this place and possibly any Auto Nation dealership. They are apparently just too big and making too much money to care about the customers. Their loss is another dealers gain for sure. If you don't care about customer service or being ripped off, this is the place for you and you won't be disappointed. If you are old school and expect customer service and to be treated fairly then please do yourself a favor and stay away. Customer service is a lost art! read more
