Horrible! Admitted that my husbands car malfunctioned after their work but the owner refuses to call, contact any dealership for us or pay for a rental car. They say that they turned over the claim insurance but the insurance has no record of it. The dealership is telling us that my husband's truck needs an engine. Huge mess. Stay tuned. read more

I went here to get a warranty fix for my car, despite having appointments and constantly bringing my car in again and again absolutely nothing and no progress was made over the span of 2 1/2 to three weeks. I had a terrible experience here. After receiving my oil change on my 2023 Toyota tundra , I came home and parked my car for a few hours before going to work. Later that night , after two minutes of turning on the engine I got a light on my dash that told me low oil pressure... after I pulled over I noticed that there was oil dumped all up under and all over my car. Immediately, I called this kwik car who had performed an oil change for me. A mechanic was sent out and checked under my car only to notice that the Oil filter was gone, causing all the oil to spit out all over my truck. After waiting again for the store manager to bring out the correct parts in order to patch the situation They filled my oil on the side of the road and had me come back to check what was wrong with my car. Getting back to the shop, my oil was still not topped off, and I left oil all over the sides of my car. [[HIGHLIGHT]]TJ, The store manager that was probably given this job did not accommodate me in anyway.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only thing that kept me from not blowing my top was the mechanic that was super apologetic and tried to accommodate for things that happened.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Afterwards , My check engine light code was cleared, but came on about two minutes. I left with oil all over my hands all over my car and the situation just being patched. [[HIGHLIGHT]]No accommodations were made, Not even an apology from the store manager himself.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I highly suggest that you do not come here as it is cheaper to go to a car dealership anyways. I have a 2023 tundra with 160,000 miles. I Receive an oil change every 5000 miles ( 8 synthetic oil changes a year) and never once has this happened to me. I'm not sure how the store has so many good reviews when the service here is absolutely terrible. I have no interest in even taking my car back here to get things Fix correctly because I am scared that they will jeopardize my truck. Went to this location two seperate times for a state inspection. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Both days I waited a full hour when another customer (not an employee) told me the inspection machine had broken.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Had both of those customers not told me the machine was down, I would have probably waited for another 30 minutes to an hour until I would've figured out for myself something is wrong.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I understand things happen, but having the same problem happen two days in a row after waiting for an hour is a bit crazy. After fixing the required thing, same day 3 more new issues popped. When I asked them why they have not found them during their expensive diagnostic check or why they pop up now first time, Manager said they did not check all those things. For 4 years I never faced such strange issues and why they appeared the day when they serviced the car? I asked them to re-diagnose the next day, they said Engine and gasket needs to be replaced now or scrap my car. Best thing is to stay away Stay away Stay away these guys in any location. After the recent change in management, both the service and transparency has gone way down at this location. Written estimates are no longer provided as a standard practice, which, which led to my latest verbal disagreement in what service was being provided. Up until today, this was my standard go to for all three of my family's cars. My recommendation for all those going forward is to insist on a complete written estimate with all propose services, detailed and quoted prior to authorizing any service. My years of coming here made me complacent on that today, and it finally bit me. I gave two stars instead of one, because after bringing up this point, they threw in the additional oil change (that their sticker said was due, but my vehicle computer said was nowhere close to being due) for no additional charge. read more

Had an issue with my 2007 Nissan Frontier. Now this truck is not perfect, it runs very well and is only now starting to show its age with more frequent yet simple repairs. Kwik Kar on Main St....oh, my!!! I try to focus on & post positive things in social media but I do want to share my experience at Kwik Kar. I was in and out relatively quickly, but I had a cause for concern when the my car was driven so fast out of the bay. The "teck" pulled my car up over the concrete barrier. If my bumper has been any lower it would have been an issue. When I got inside my car I saw that they had not reset the mileage on the oil life / left the old oil change sticker on / made a huge error on the new sticker (saying I need my next service in 790 miles. At $92.00 for a oil change I'll be taking my business somewhere else. read more

I was over charge $166 for an inspection. I went to the shop the day after to get refund but nothing. They said a refund check was going to be sent. Their finance lady still hasn't issued a refund. I've been to the shop 4 times and they keep telling me she will send check, I'm still waiting. I issued a chargeback and their finance lady told my bank for me to go to shop so they can issue a refund on my card, bit once I got there, same story. They will issue a check. This seems like a scam their internal employees are running so they can pocket the cash. I'm submitted a formal complaint to BBB and Visa. read more
