He's not a typical salesman, we didn't feel that unpleasant pressure like we've experienced at all the other dealerships. I will try not to get too wordy, but I'll break it down into two sections... first off, the good stuff. It was a Saturday, out of nowhere, I got notifications on my dashboard about services being needed. The codes were telling me a transmission issue. Well, I wasn't gonna mess around with that, and I happen to be within blocks of Honda 104 at the time. So I pulled in to ask them to take a look. Keep in mind, this was a Saturday and I had no appointment and it was 1:00 in the afternoon. But they very gladly said yes, we can work you in. So I was happy about that. I also said while you're at it, if you have time, could you go ahead and do an oil change? I was gonna have that done in about a month anyway. Again, no problem, he said, give us about 2 hours. So now the bad stuff. Before they even start anything, they do one of their diagnostic things where they look at everything in your car, instead of what you asked them to do, and then come back with a list of stuff that they feel you need done, that was well over $1300. And by the way, they push that pretty hard. I said no, just do what I asked, which then stretched things into about 3-1/2 hours. I also thought that the charges for the items I did want done were a little bit excessive. Again I appreciated the immediate attention but I could have done without all the hard sell. And in addition to that, the oil change was supposed to be $69, and they TRIED to overcharge for that, and they told me they would give me a tire rotation for free and then charged me $35 for that. Went into this "fine" establishment approximately 45 days ago to purchase a car for my son who is just starting out on his own. We chose a 2017 Honda Fit and that is where the nightmare started. Our sales guy was incredibly nice but we were handed off to do the paperwork with Ralph. He sat across from us talking about the warranty and stating how we didn't want to have to replace this expensive part or that. We agreed to the warranty and then were told that the car had to go through inspections before it would be ready. There was a dry erase board across from his office that said POS cars with VINS listed. He denied that the car we were buying was on that board (we should have verified.) A few weeks in, and my son went to pay his first payment ahead of the due date, we found out that Ralph used an incorrect social security number in the paperwork. This led to all a huge debacle while my son had to fix it but not only that, basically until this was caught, someone's social security number showed as having a used car financed that wasn't even involved! . We tried multiple times to get a hold of Ralph before we figured the problem out to see if there was anything he could do and he just would not respond. On Monday, the car's check engine light came on, my son took it in to be told that the front catalytic converter and the battery needed replaced at a cost of almost $1700! He was told it wasn't covered. I called Auto Nation and asked to speak with the GM, I was frustrated. No call back. I finally reached a manager named Kristy who said she would look into it and either her or Ralph would call me back to discuss it. It started getting late in the day and I didn't hear anything so I called again to reach Kristy, she stated that Ralph would call me back this evening, no response from Ralph. This morning I called and Kristy was off, I finally got a call back from Ralph. He lied about our conversation, was incredibly rude and didn't even consider the fact that the car that we bought 45 days ago from them was now requiring a $1700 repair-we haven't even owned it long enough to have to register it! This is definitely a dealership to avoid. They did an inspection according to what they said and sold a lemon. They don't respond when there are issues (even before the repair came up), once they have sold you the lemon, they are done because they have their money. Customer service is not the priority here. Saga continues-on Wednesday, my son was told by the used car manager that he should have been told to get an emissions test within 5 days of purchase of the vehicle (which we weren't aware of) and that the vehicle would have failed that test because of the catalytic converter which at that point the dealership would have fixed it however, because we didn't know that this was required, we didn't find out about the catalytic converter until now. He told my son he was off Thursday but would call Friday with an update. It is 7:45p on Saturday, no call back and no answer to any of the calls. We called over the course of the next week multiple times to speak with Tim. Voicemails went unreturned, no answers. Finally, after another full week, I blocked my cell phone number and when I called in I gave the name Jennifer as my name to speak to an actual person so I wouldn't just get sent to a voicemail. Luis answered and argued with me saying that we had been called back. He told me that he would have Tim call us by noon when he got in. Of course, it didn't happen (expecting they would follow through would be the definition of crazy). I called them at 3 and reached Luis again who sounded surprised that Tim hadn't called. Tim got on the phone and stated he had, "Made it clear that there was nothing they could do for my son when he had spoke with my son almost a week before." I asked if things had been clear, why he would not have returned any of my son's voicemails to answer any additional questions because it would have saved so much stress. He continued to just argue and behave unprofessionally. Finally, I just disconnected and called service department to let them know to just replace the part. I found it particularly interesting that at no point did anyone mention the need to have emissions testing done as we purchased the car. I am sure they didn't tell us to get emissions done because they knew that the catalytic converter needed replaced and wills fail when we bought the car. This was an abysmal experience, I would definitely not, under any circumstances recommend this business to anyone, not for a used or new car purchase or anything else. read more

I do not trust the service department at this dealership. I brought my well-maintained Honda to AutoNation Honda 104 for a specific issue, and they unexpectedly claimed the car needed several additional repairs totaling over $5K. I declined, and three months later none of those alleged issues have caused any problems. More recently, I returned for a separate problem that is common for older Honda models and typically easy to fix. They recommended replacing a part for over $1,000, even though that same part had already been replaced five years earlier at another Honda dealer. When I arrived and approached the service desk a woman named Kristil asked how she could help me (without even looking up). It was like I was inconveniencing her. She asked for my keys and headed out the door, telling me to stay where I was. When she returned, she printed out the service ticket, and then announced that the printer had "printed too fast" and had neglected to include some items. She then added (by hand) a price increase for the oil change. It went from $84 to $121.88. When asked why the price suddenly had been raised, she (in an irritated voice) reminded me that we had gone over this already and that the printer had "printed too fast" and had neglected to include the price increase. So, it's the printer's fault? I was beginning to sense some sleaziness and realized that I was probably being taken for a fool. When I asked how we got from $84 to $121.88, she said it was for parts. "Parts?" I asked "What parts?" Her reply was just astounding. Are you ready for this? The extra $ was for "5 quarts of oil, an oil filter" and then she added, "...and a seal" as if that justified the price increase. So let me see if I've got this straight. An oil change at this dealership is $84 but that doesn't include the oil nor the oil filter. They're extra. Makes you wonder, what the $84 covers. Labor? DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE I bought a 2015 Chevy Equinox in August 2025 with 69,692 miles. The buying experience was nice and smooth, and I thought things were good. Within 3 months of having the car I developed issues with the vehicle and took it to Auto Nation Chevy North service department where they replaced the oxygen sensor and fuel pump. I had 71,279 miles on it. I was surprised a major issue would happen that soon when I barely drive the vehicle. Within 3 months of that, the entire engine started to malfunction and I brought it back to ANCN, where they said I would need an entire engine replacement, costing between $8,000 and $10,000. Of course this was a shock to me, but heres where this place let me down: I called Salvador Sued who sold me the car, emailed him, called the manager, emailed the hire ups, tried hard to get a hold of somebody in corporate, just to see if they could help me out. I only put around 3000 miles on the car total, and now its unusable! You would think someone would want to at least give me some help on where to go, other options, but no, I never heard back from ANYONE at the dealership. They sold me a complete junk car and left me out to dry. I understand anything can happen with a car, but their lack of accountability and negligence was extremely disappointing and angering. They just want to sell you something quick to make a dollar, then forget about you, they do not care about you AT ALL. DO NOT bring your car to be serviced here. My husband talked to the service people Thursday afternoon, and my Subaru was towed here on a Thursday night. Friday morning I called to verify they had my car and keys. This is the only time someone in the service department answered the phone. They took my name and contact information, said they would talk to their opening crew, and call me right back. I never got a call back and spend the next 24 hours calling every number available, leaving almost half a dozen messages. By Saturday afternoon I just called AAA and asked them to go get my car and take it to a different shop. The service people at Honda then had the audacity to say, "We don't know whose car this is. We can't get ahold of anyone." How can they say that when they knew the car was coming ahead of time and then spent 24 hours doggedly ignoring my attempts to get ahold of them? My warranty was Already paid for at the time of purchase . They've had my car for over 5 weeks and refuse to return any one of my 18 phone calls requesting a clear plan of action for my vehicle. ( I've also called each manager separately. Now I have to take legal action to get what I paid for. ) I'm also receiving medical treatments - and have shared this various times- but there's no care or concern for having integrity or care- even then. I would give this place zero stars if I could. The staff here is awful and completely unprofessional. If you do find yourself at this unfortunate dealership avoid the salesman named Shawn. When I was looking to trade in my leased car for a new leased car Shawn was the one to "help" me. From the get go Shawn lied to me several times. Since I had my boyfriend co-sign the lease with me Shawn said that they could mail us the documents he could sign them and then we would mail them back (since my boyfriend was traveling for 2 weeks for work.) The next day I go to pick up the car and apparently my boyfriend CANT sign them later. He has to be present with me to sign the papers or else I won't get the car. So in order to hold the car I had to put down a deposit... so I do that and tell them my boyfriend will be back in 5 days. Shawn assures me that the car will be in the back lot and will not be sold, looked at or driven in the meantime. Once my boyfriend gets back I text Shawn to let him know we will be there that day to pick it up... and Shawn tells me "we thought your boyfriend wasn't coming for another week and we sold the car, it had a scratch on it anyways so the new batch of cars coming in a few weeks will be better for you." I lost it at this point. So I took my business to Planet Honda and have nothing but fantastic things to say about that dealership. But stay far far away from this one. read more

Beware the bad reviews. In Oct. 2024, this AutoNation dealership sold me a truck with a failing fuel pump, after they cleared the CEL (which came back on the night I drove it home.) Service department was horrendous to deal with. It took going to an independent mechanic to get a real answer. Even though I left the vehicle with them for WEEKS to be looked at, the only answer I could get was from a Service Advisor, who stated it needed a new engine. The same truck that had been "expertly serviced" by their service department the day I bought it. AutoNation Honda 104 sells vehicles with serious known issues. I spent months trying to work with the Sales department to get them to rectify this issue. Instead, I was met with repeated attempts to upsell me on another truck for months. Management made promises they never intended on keeping, and many times had shitty attitudes (ex. saying, "What do you want me to do about it?" in a nasty tone after I explained to one manager what had happened up until that point.) Ultimately, I had to sell the vehicle shortly after for a loss of over $10,000. I lost employment due to unreliable transportation, money spent on paying for Ubers/Lyfts/ect, loads of gas driving back and forth to this horrible dealership. Days went by with no contact from the salesperson, Nicholas Ravecca. I returned to the dealership, and after telling them to forget about the two items, they refused to refund my money. Instead, they would credit my account with Honda Finance. That was a lie as well. The sales manager, Daniel Blatnick,assured me that the credit would appear on my account. He used his phone to take a video of the truck inside and out. Very helpful. The financial was a little complicated but their staff Kimber and Brett did great to help us do everything remote. I purchased a 2005 Crossfire SRT-6 that by all accounts was clean based on feedback I got from the agent I was dealing with and the carfax report. I wasn't told about a single issue this vehicle had during the mechanical inspection which listed a slew of issues on the report. The dealer decided to only fix the easy and cheap fixes instead of addressing all the issues this car had. It was either through dealer dishonesty or the incompetence of the mechanics that left out or didn't find many of the major issues this car had. So when they say they did an extensive X amount point check do yourself a favor and bring your own mechanic. Another issue I had was a lack of communication during the remote purchase process which took over 2 weeks to finalize a deal. The finance manager was almost impossible to get ahold of except for when she needed something from me like more money for a down payment. The crossfire looked like it spent its whole life outside in the sun and even though the carfax report showed no signs of an accident I could clearly see the bumper was hit and dented. The spoiler needs to be repainted as well as the front and rear bumper none of these things were mentioned by anyone. All I got was the good old dishonest dealer side talk. When I eventually got the car into a local trusted mechanic who happens to be a crossfire mechanic and I have used in the past he said it needed over 4k in repairs everything from a trans case leak head gasket leak, brake line purge, cabin air filter was dirty as hell and a coolant line clamp was cracked along with the rear tailgate pistons were shot just to name a few issues. All I wanted was a fun summer ride and trusted this dealership to be honest and disclose everything about the car I was buying and of course I paid the price for it in the end. One of the managers said if I could send them a copy of the repair bill and they will see what they can do. Anyone want to guess if they called me back with any feedback regarding the repair bill and whether they will try and help? At the end of the day, I got as close as one could get at buying a lemon and now, I am stuck with a car I can't safely drive and will cost me thousands just to enjoy. He was so friendly, knowledgable, communicative, and all around a great asset to the Auto Nation team. UPDATE: Recently had a call with Tim Leon, the new branch General Manager. On the call I did not raise my voice or use profanity and was in the middle of explaining my issue and was simply told "Im done with this conversation" and was hung up on over the phone. Do I need to file a complaint with the district attorneys office to enforce the Colorado Motor Vehicle Repair Act? Is it too much to get an apology or have a conversation like adults? ******************** See my review of Planet Honda in Golden Colorado before reading. About 3 months ago, I had a crank no start issue with my 2017 Honda Accord. It kept turning off after driving it for two hours, and would eventually turn back on after multiple attempts to start the car 30 minutes later. I brought the car in on 3 separate occasions to this dealership and each time they were able to get the issue to occur, however each attempt to fix the issue did not work. I was also appreciative that they paid for uber/lyft rides to and from the dealership, and that for the most part Cameron one of my service advisors had a positive attitude while helping me with this frustrating issue. I really did not want to post names, but American Honda Co, Autio Nation Honda 104, and Planet Honda have not given me much of a choice. FYI this dealership is not even on the BBB. The first time I brought it in for Moses on 12/10/2024 to look at it I was advised that they chip in the key was failing. A new key was created, however this did not fix the issue after driving the car for a week. I was charged $207.40 initially and then refunded when bringing the car in a second time thankfully. I brought the car into service again on 12/27/2024, and this time after another 3-4 days of diagnosis was told it was the fuel pump relay switch, and was charged $177.19. Thinking this would solve the issue, I took the car home and drove it around some more, to which the issue would occur YET AGAIN. After having family in town for the holidays, on 1/13/2025 I brought the car into service a THIRD TIME to which I was met by Cameron and Moses and Moses stated "What are you expecting?" 1. Thats no way to talk to a customer who spent money with your brand. 2. Im expecting the issue to be taken care of by the people whom manufacture the car and for the auto mechanics to be able to know how to solve a crank non starting failure. I stated to Moses at this point I just want the issue to be fixed and was not looking for a refund, though I thought that was the right thing to when someone makes you spend massive amounts of money in parts with no success on resolving my issue. For the third time, the service department took possession of my 2017 Honda Accord for a week, and determined that the fuel pump was the issue. a few days later the part arrived, was installed, I was charged $943.42, and a I took possession of the vehicle yet again, only to have the ISSUE RE OCCUR. American Honda has yet to resolve this as well as Im being told to bad so sad essentially. Ive spent close to $1,470.66 in parts and labor alone on this issue NOT including the uber rides to and from dealerships. When the people who read the reviews respond to this, I want you to ask yourself how you can make this situation right and turn this negative review into a positive one? Im more than happy to talk over the phone. The AutoNation Honda saga continues.... Visit three today to begin what I told them needed doing 5 weeks ago. Yes, folks, 5 weeks for them to begin replacing the ABS system I told them needed replacing 5 weeks ago. Only a dealer can do it. Visit 1 - for a diagnostic- that they couldn't do bc they "didn't have enough time from 3:30 - 6:00." Really? Visit 2, a week later, the diagnostic took from 8 am till late afternoon. Took 4 days for the part to come in that I requested 5 weeks ago. Really? Visit 3 - today - to do the repairs. I had an 8:00 appointment, was there at 7:50 and didn't leave - just dropping off the car - till 9:23. Really? Meanwhile, my temp tags have expired bc I can't get it to be tested for emissions bc the brake light is on. This is getting ridiculous. If you can go anywhere else than Auto Nation Honda - go there! Also, another Honda dealership had already run the diagnostic, but they wouldn't honor it. They are the same company. That makes no sense. read more

I purchased my last Honda here, in 2004. I have been taking it, and previous Hondas, here for regular maintenance for almost 30 years. In the beginning, up until around 2012 or so, service here was pretty good. However, for the last 12 years, the quality of service has declined considerably, and after my last experience, I'll never go back, and will never buy another Honda. Read on, and find out how bad it gets! About ten years ago, they mixed up my valet key with someone else's (intentionally, I believe, because I had a disagreement with one of the techs). I had to plead with them to take responsibility for what was clearly their mistake, and when they finally did, they were unable to reconfigure the ignition to take a new key, so now I no longer have a valet key that works. Then, some time ago, the 'check engine' light on my car came on, and I used my scanner to identify the problem; it needed a sensor for the catalytic converter. I priced the official, OEM Honda part online for a little over $100. I explained this when I made the appointment. However, when I arrived, they told me it would take hours to diagnose the problem. So, after waiting two hours, they informed me that my diagnosis was correct, and that it would cost approximately $1000 to fix. I asked why. They said that the replacement part, which I had correctly identified, would cost $800! When I informed them that I had found the exact OEM part, brand new, online, for around $100, they informed me that the additional $700 was their markup! And, they wanted $200 for labor to replace the part. At that point, I told them we were done. Here's the kicker: when I went to leave, and pay them for diagnosing the problem, they were so incompetent that they could not even take my money! I literally waited for half an hour for them to run my credit card, but they could not do it! They finally told me to pay 'next time'. Well, there's never going to be a 'next time'. These guys are incompetent, and will rip you off. Stay away. As I have found, there are far better independent maintenance providers in the area. read more

Went to this place to get a diagnostic on my civic 2013 it has a humming noise coming from the engine. they Told me it needs a new engine because the main bearings are gone. Took it to another mechanic for a second opinion they found ac compressor bracket was broke!!!! no engine failure or whatsoever. It fixed the problem. Stay away from this place!! While I appreciate the resolution provided at the store level & while I understand that issues can arise in any business, I believe in transparent communication to foster trust among consumers. Therefore, I feel it is important to share my experience with others who may encounter similar challenges. My intention is to contribute to a more open & accountable business environment. The extent of the issue is detailed - this dealership took almost 7 weeks to fix my vehicle: On Nov 17th, my vehicle was towed to Honda. It took me to follow up again with them the following week. The service agent, Abraham claimed they thought I ran out of gas - which I told them was not possible, & apparently the "inspection" that gave them this information wasn't great. Nonetheless, Abraham wanted me to pay more than $50 to get gas to test their theory for which I immediately said wasn't acceptable, he agreed, & talked to his mgr & they waived this fee. It wasn't until a day or two later that they finally found the issue; a fuel pump harness cable that was a snack for a rodent of some sort. A cost estimate was provided & I was told at that point the part would take a week to get in. I was under the impression the part was ordered. I filed a claim with my insurance & the following week an auto appraiser went out & a claim estimate was put together with Abraham. I was under the impression the part was still ordered & on it's way. A payment was made from my insurance to Autonation that same week. No word for almost two weeks (we're around Dec 13th at this time). I finally called & there was a mixup with the parts dept. & the part wasn't ordered timely enough & the part should arrive & work should be done by that weekend. I follow up, again, & find out that part that arrived didn't fit the car. So, & I was told with certainty, the (correct) replacement part is ordered & expedited & will arrive Wed (the 20th) & the work would be completed for the car to be picked up. Since this was a different part, & required an amendment to the original claim, I was also told by Abraham that he would contact my insurance & I wouldn't need to. Comes to the evening of the 21st & I (still) haven't heard from Abraham. I called him & also called the GM (Jeff) & left both a message. Come Friday, I hear from Abraham, & he was out sick, but how is no one checking his messages as a backup? He informs me the part was not in fact ordered as he was struggling with my insurance. I was not told or under the impression that the ordering of the replacement part was dependent on getting a hold of my insurance. I also was never notified, until I followed up. Frustrated, I got ahold of my insurance successfully within the hour & cleared everything up. I also got a copy of the supplement, which not only increased the part price, but also the labor (almost double). I also hear from Bob within the morning, who is the Service Supervisor, I thoroughly explain my frustrations & heavily emphasize one of my main issues is the lack of communication on AutoNation's part. He calls back & assures me the correct part was ordered, I was told that the part would arrive Tues (due to holiday), & asked if I wanted a loaner car - I told him if we decided to get one I'd call him back. I called him back & got his voicemail that we decided on a loaner car - this was within 15-30 min of our last conversation. No response. I called multiple times that afternoon & didn't get him. He said he worked Saturday as well, so I called then, again, left a VM, & called a few others times even calling the main service dept who said he was onsite. Wed afternoon, & I didn't hear back again, so I follow up. After leaving a message for Bob & repeatedly calling service I finally get Moses, the Asst GM. He explains Bob is out with the flu (again, why aren't people monitoring his messages?) After explaining in brief my issue, he calls me back & told me the part is in, but the work hasn't started with no explanation, but he assures me he will get the tech to work on it first thing in the morning for a pickup Thurs afternoon. He follows up with his number to text him. Followed up, again, after not hearing anything Thurs (via text) & was told the part wasn't in fact there, & that the verification was only done that the correct part was ordered, work should be done Fri. Come Fri (we are at Dec 29th now - a full 6 WEEKS after initial dropoff), no response from Moses. I reach back out & leave a message for Abraham, & he does call me back after an hour or so & let me know the work has not been started & mine is next up & should be finished Sat. I do get a call that loaner became available to which I accept. I was further told when I picked up the loaner that the car should be done Sat, & latest Tues & I would get text updates throughout the process. Got tricked!! They promised to fix a car to sell it. LIARS. They included this on the sales paperwork. Not only did they renege on their promise but they ghosted me for 7 months until I took them to court. They hired a lawyer and moved my case from small claims to a trial. **Update - After about 7 weeks we were able to work with the GM and AutoNation to meet a mutual resolution. It is not great but it is something so we can move on. **Pre-Owned vehicle dead in less than 2 months** We purchased a pre-owned vehicle in August 2024 trusting that their 50-point inspection meant the vehicle was in reliable condition. Within two months and less than 2,000 miles the vehicle suddenly stopped working leaving us stranded. GM and management ignored us repeatedly when we asked for assistance and diagnosis. After 3 weeks we couldn't wait any longer for them to do their job and had it towed to a mechanic. The mechanic looked at the vehicle and informed us that the engine had seized due to excessive oil consumption and that the "dummy" lights, which are designed to indicate low oil levels, were not functioning on the vehicle. They also informed us it is not normal for vehicles to consume oil and seize the engine within such a short timeframe. We also checked using a code scanner. Vehicle computer showed no faults other than low tire pressure--indicating a serious oversight in the vehicles inspection and vehicles safety system. These significant safety concerns were overlooked during their vehicle inspection. Since replacing motor too we discovered other issues with the vehicle that were missed. This vehicle honestly should have never hit the lot had it had a proper inspection. Their inspection also missed obvious issues such as an airbag light, alignment issues, and sludge in the windshield wiper fluid, all of which were fixed under our sales agreement. But discovering these problems after they supposedly "inspected" the car makes us question what else may have been missed and on how many other vehicles this has happened to. Especially when the engine failure happened so soon after purchase. We understand we bought an "as-is" vehicle, but we expected their advertised inspection to catch safety and operational issues. The vehicle we purchased should have been deemed unsafe and not put for sale. Any skilled mechanic or vehicle inspector would have seen signs of this oil issue and informed dealership of this before putting it for sale on the lot. Numerous other reviews listed here too point out their service departments skill level. This experience has left us incredibly disappointed. This level of customer service and oversight from management is unacceptable. Based on our experience, we would not recommend buying from this dealership, as it appears they don't stand by the quality or safety of their inspected vehicles. Do your own diligence before purchasing a vehicle here. Check ratings on Google, Yelp and even on Better Business Bureau. You will find numerous complaints and issues. I was scheduled for a 230 service appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at the dealership and was told they were unable to do the service because they overbooked (they have no control over how many people can book services--or that's what I was told). I still have 2 prepared regular maintenance check ups and I am no longer guaranteed that I can use those, even if I schedule an appointment. I bought the car there and they can't honor their deal! Wow, Sold car from underneath me!!! My company purchases me a new vehicle every 120,000 miles. I've always purchased the Honda Pilot. I just recently negotiated a deal on my trade in and purchase of a new pilot. I had the deal paperwork in hand. I handed it all over to corporate to begin the paperwork. Corporate emailed the sales associate the W9 and confirmed our deal ( as indicated in the email below). I just received a text this morning from the sales associate indicating they sold my car last night. WTF, are you kidding me. My company had the deal approved and was creating all the necessary paperwork! Honda must have gotten a little more money on the sale from what they negotiated with me!!!! Well you lost a loyal customer and company in the process. Back to car shopping. Here's the email from my company to Honda. Thanks Gisela. I sent you an email earlier today and want to make sure you received it. We do want to move forward on purchasing the Honda Pilot and Eric will trade his current vehicle as outlined in the attached agreement. The SUV should be titled in the name of (our company name) with Eric's home address. If you could have your dealership complete the attached W9 and return it, I will have my Accounting department add your dealership as a vendor so we can get a check cut for the purchase - let me know if that works from your end. These people are horrible, especially service manager Sean Hill. They messed up my service call, which resulted in my car breaking down catastrophically, and then refused to take responsibility for their shoddy service. After getting stranded in Nevada for almost a week and barely making it home 3 days after spending $1200 on repairs at their dealership, they had the audacity to insist I tow my car back from Nevada before they would help me. We actually looked at a car at another Honda dealership but then saw a practically identical car on Autonation's website for $2,800 less. I told the first dealer that was too big of a difference to ignore, and all they needed to do was match the price to get our business. They said they couldn't, so we went to Westminster. Please understand; we DESPISE car dealers. I have to admit, these folks shifted our attitude a little to the positive. The car was pretty much as advertised, the Internet price was honored, the sales rep was forthright, and the floor manager was a gem. The finance office people made a couple of significant errors, but these got resolved. No arguing, nothing deceitful, just whoops! They corrected the problems. One thing we recommend to everyone: don't just sign everything they put in front of you. Read it!! Understand it! If you don't understand it, read it again or get outside advice so that you do understand it. We hadn't bought a car for 23 years before buying this one. If I were to buy another new one and it required visiting a dealer, I would consider this dealership again. read more
