    Back in September of 2024 my parents and I didn't have an appointment and did a walk-in right when doors opened. Nico immediately greeted us and got us taken care-- very tentative! We told him that we were interested in CR-Hybrids and showed us the options that they had available. First time buying a new vehicle went smoothly and was overall amazing!

    Ashley was with me every step of the way. This was my first time financing a car and I am so thankful I chose AutoNation. I was referred here by a friend who likewise has had good experiences here. Even still, I was blown away by the level of hospitality of the employees and atmosphere here. Furthermore, their helpfulness and kindness do not end when you drive off the lot. It goes almost without saying, I would recommend AutoNation to anyone looking to buy a car through a dealership.

    Unprofessional

    This dealership gives me such a headache. The last few times I've visited the dealership they left my fken car like this. All stranded and by itself. Not even parked correctly or even parked with other cars. If something happens or if someone breaks into my car or damages my car, I'm holding y'all responsible for it. Y'all better fucken move it. Y'all are not professional

We ran into a TPS issue the day after we took the car home. We took it back a couple occasions. It would be reset for a day or 2 and we would wait to get scheduled again for the problem. Eventually, we were told that they couldn't get it fixed and we needed to take the Car to Volkswagen for the repair. We were told we needed to pay for this out of pocket. Needless to say we never took it due to the time it takes and being without a vehicle. A year has gone by and come to find out there isn't even sensors in the tires. When purchasing your vehicle make sure that service area does what is promised. How they could not have known there wasn't sensors is beyond me and frustrating to say the least.

    I recently bought a car here, about a month ago. 1. I had an…read moreappointment with my salesman to go in and look at and test drive the car I wanted to buy . my appointment was verified through there system. so I go and he had the day off. weird right? but all in all not a big deal. 2. I bought a 2020 Altima and after a week or two the whole front bumper cover was coming off . now in fairness some bolts could've vibrated off leaving only plastic clips holding it on and a speed bump or maybe a pothole or even dip while I was driving might have broken some clips. Now enterprise brags about their inspections on their vehicles. I feel that this should have been discovered during an inspection. this was serious and could've been worse , I went and bought the bolts and clips and re-attached the plastic bumper cover. I figured that some of this could've been partly to circumstances that they couldn't control. 3. I started having problems with the battery don't forget that I've only had this car for a couple weeks. after several days of emailing my salesperson he got back to me and offered to get me a new battery from Firestone, also important to know I've now started missing work because the 2020 Nissan I just bought won't start. So I take the battery out and go to Firestone . I was told all I needed was the vin and the battery of course that wasn't the case. come to find out I need someone else who has a credit card and I'm told that he is always super busy and that it could take 4 to 6 hours before a return call. yes I know my emergency isn't necessarily yours I get it but I tell you I never once have felt like this was any kind of a partnership, the whole experience with enterprise made me feel like I should be honored by their willingness to sell lowly me their car. none of these things alone would have prompted me to warn you about this kinda crappy experience. maybe not even all of them together. What I do take exception to is the slow and unconcerned responses to my emails for help with these issues and the missing of work . a few asides. I email because I'm a bit hard of hearing. Also they give a 1 year 12 thousand mile warranty and I bought a 48 thousand mile warranty, and I know batteries are a wear item.

    These people basically can take your car. Someone (stranger) can call them up, and say "Hey, you…read morewant to buy my car?" The recycle towing people, including peddle, do not require a title, or keys. Just someone's word . I have had not one, but two cars stolen from auto recycling places. No one called me to verify. Someone I don't even know, called auto recycling, told them the car belonged to (insert name here) . Auto recyclers paid this random stranger and straight up stole my fucking car. This can't possibly be legal. I still have both titles and the names of the people who lied , saying the vehicle belonged to them. So I will be taking it to court. However , Colorado recycling towing, should not be taking vehicles without some sort of verification. I could run up and down the street selling random cars , getting paid to sell someone else's vehicles . Apparently it's not illegal . It keeps happening to me. These places need to be put out of business. Either that or have tougher verification standards . Wtf!! Stop stealing cars assholes !!

When half wit shows up doesn't know anything about what he is buying, then offers $200, I start to walk away and counter at $250 he takes it. Issue is they said $300 on phone after I shared pic. Dont trust these people. They are bogus buyers. They got a deal at $300 and still thought it necessary to rip off the seller. Bogus Buyers! Why I sold (RMS storage) is another rip off story.

Then Greg got involved and he told me for 3 weeks he was going to take care of it and get me the veg I actually needed and wanted. When Greg finally decides to seemingly be ready to get the car for me he informed me that I no longer have a new car and that they could look at treating it in towards the vehicle I wanted while offering me about $19,000 less than I paid for the car 3 1/2 weeks ago!! He wasn't done yet though after waiting until the day before I was supposed to have my wheelchair lift installed on the Forester and after telling me over and over again that he was getting it for me that he just couldn't get it that day.... He has now refused to get the vehicle at all. I went to call to have a conversation with him about this and he is picking up the phone and immediately hanging up on me because I told him that I was done playing his games and having my time wasted and that I absolutely had to have the car today. I was lied to every step of the process and I am now left with a vehicle that is not the car I need or want it does not have the specs that I was told it had and I will not be able to get my wheelchair onto my vehicle leaving me unable to do anything out in the for any links of time because I need my wheelchair! What's worse is that he knows I have a trip planned that is now only 10 days away and because he kept pushing it back and pushing it back if I can't get my Forrester and get it fitted with the wheelchair lift tomorrow as it's scheduled to be, I will have no way to be able to go on this trip that I have spent thousands of dollars on and 11 months planning!!
