Originally my wife and I only used this location so that we can purchase a vehicle being transfered from California. Unfortunately, this was the worse experience in vehicle purchasing we've had. Hoping that since we had a vehicle in mind and funds ready to purchase, all we had to do is give our money and vwaĺa. At least that is what we've experienced flawlessly in the past. NOPE. Walked in on the 4th of September, and finally got our vehicle on the 18th. Vehicle arrived the 16th but was neither ready for delivery and was missing the charger. Not to mention a missing button for the cruise control. We decided to take delivery despite the missing items with a promise for the charger. Wife and I had to do our own footwork for the missing button and eventually had to detail the vehicle ourselves. The charger. With a missing charger, we did not chance driving the vehicle until transfer of ownership. Promise from Autonation was a brand new charger to be ordered from Lucid. That was 9/18. By the 20th we did not hear anything back so I decided to order a car cover from the same Lucid site. Gues what cam in 2 days later. Yup the cover. It was not until I inquired on the 25th that I heard the charger arrived. Guess what, I was given a used charger. After testing it, came to find out it does not work. Hmmm The green slip So the final item we were told would take a max 2 weeks, was the DMV paperwork. Mind you, while signing the paperwork on the 18th, I verified there was a discrepancy to my email. Was told by Autonation that they will not be sending me emails and to not worry about it. Today is the 14th and guess what, yup not paperwork. A text was sent out to Autonation to follow up, and we were told it will be EMILED. Hmmm. After receiving a sent response, we checked and low and behold, nothing. A second attempt with my actual email was sent, and we finally got it. Conclusion Lack of urgency - because we transfered from California, we were told this Centennial location would not get full cut out of the purchase. Having us checking in more than expected and requesting, bargaining, and negotiating on a pretty much sold vehicle. Working in the service industry myself, I understand why it is important to lead your customers to their goal. No accountability- whether it was the other dealer location, trailer company, or everyone else, Noone was accountable for any discrepancy, missing items or delayed services. Own up to it Autonation. I will unfortunately will not be recommending clientele, family or friends to Autonation for car buying services anytime soon. This just put a dent in our car buying experience. If you do decided to use Autonation Centennial, prepare for anything, because here anything not absolute is possible.

Here is a picture of the check I got from my credit union and these lowlifes sold the vehicle before I could get there

When we called the service department, we had informed them that we needed to take our Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle in for service. There was a Yellow light on the Van which was similar to the automatic shutoff and power on for the engine. The service team was able to setup a appointment time for a few days later. When we brought the van in on a Tuesday morning, the team provided diagnostics within the hour. Luckily, on site there is plenty of seating area, a coffee station, and even play activities for kids as well! This Jim March Chrysler Jeep location does offer new and used Chrysler and Jeep vehicles, along with a selection of other makes and models. Some of their other services include vehicle sales, financing, service, and parts support. Sales hours are typically from early morning into the evening hours throughout the week. The service team had informed us that there are two batteries inside the Chrysler Pacifica Pinnacle. The secondary battery needed replacement as it was failing and the power was being pulled from the primary battery. The service team at Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep replaced the battery within the hour and our vehicle was ready! The service was covered under extended warranty which was awesome! We really enjoyed our experience here. Everyone was helpful, and the service was fantastic. This will absolutely be our new go to location for bringing our van in for service.

My sales rep was Lee Bueno. The facility itself is huge with glass walls throughout the building, so it feels very open and modern. I actually went back today to the service department to get my tint done and everything went smoothly. I especially like the automatic garage system they use when you check in your car. My last Toyota had recently been totaled and I had been without a car for about a month. The accident was a scary experience, but I truly believe that driving a Toyota helped me walk away from it. Because of that, I was pretty set on getting another one. At that point I did not even have reliable transportation to go look at cars. This location is quite a bit farther from my home, but they offered to help with transportation which I really appreciated. They also kept good communication with me throughout the process which made things easier during what was already a stressful time. The only downside was that I did have to pay a bit of a premium for the car I wanted since the model was in high demand. That part was a little frustrating, but in the end I really do love the car. It has the safety features that were important to me and helped me feel comfortable getting back on the road again. Even though this location is farther from my home, the experience has been good enough that I would consider making the drive for service in the future.

Two salespeople were helping us, Victor J. and Kevin, yet we spent long stretches of time just waiting around for info or keys. After waiting an extra 30 min. while they "searched", we're understandably frustrated and want to leave. I would advise- be VERY careful who you hand your license over to. We had to leave without it and got a call half an hour later that they located it. Now we have to drive the 35+ min. to get it back. You can chuckle, you can inconvenience me,... that's fine. I'll just cross this one off the list, continue to share what happened, and remind people if they can't be trusted with a routine copying of a driver's license, maybe think twice before you hand over more sensitive information.

I made an appointment online for an oil change. I chose the earliest possible appointment (7am) on a Saturday in hopes that having the first time slot would shorten the overall duration of waiting. I arrived at 6:50am and there were already about 8 cars waiting in line for service. How many appointments do they book at the same time?? That seemed odd. After about 25 minutes of waiting in line to even get to the check in, I was greeted by a service consultant, Anthony. I told him I had an appointment for an oil change, but would also like to see the recommendations for 60k milage maintenance. I keep pretty detailed records of my prior car services, so after he wrote down the recommended maintenance around 60k miles, I went through and crossed off a lot of things I had already had done within the last year or two (ahead of schedule it seemed). This left me only with fuel injection service that needed to be done. In addition, I requested having my cabin filters changed as it had been over 2 years/approximately 20k miles since it was last done. He quoted ~$120 for cabin filter replacement. They have a printed sheet on the check in desk showing prices for specific services, and on this sheet it had $69 listed for cabin filter replacement. I questioned why it was almost twice the price that was listed right in front of me, and he said "Oh, well I also added a transmission filter replacement because most people get that and the cabin filters replaced at the same time." Okay Anthony, but I didn't request the transmission filter be replaced, and you didn't clarify or ask me before just giving me a quote for what I assumed was only cabin filters. That was a red flag. In the end, I agreed to have the transmission filter replaced because I did need it, but the lack of transparency was disappointing. The total quote for the 3 services (oil change, fuel injector service, cabin and transmission filter replacement) came to $409 and I signed the quote sheet before handing over my keys and being told it would take 2-2.5 hours. However, when I went to pick up the car after 2 hours, the price had somehow changed to a total of $528. They never called me during the service to explain that other services were recommended or that the price would increase (which has happened at previous places, if they find something on inspection that needs to be done). I questioned why it was more expensive than the $409 that I agreed to on the initial quote, to which Anthony responded, "Oh I said $409 + taxes, so those are just the taxes." In my head, I was thinking there is no possible way taxes could be $119 or approximately 30%. But I was so thrown off, and wanted to get out of there and move on with my day that I ignorantly didn't question it further. When I got home and went through the receipt line by line, they indeed provided the 3 services I needed (oil change, fuel injector service, cabin and transmission filter replacement) but the subtotal for those services came out to ~$500 with around $30 of taxes. Which was way different than the initial quote, and directly contradictory from what Anthony explained as just "$409 plus taxes". I should have probably driven back to the dealership and asked for clarification and a refund, but instead here I am writing a 1 star Yelp review. Do better Findlay, and do better Anthony. For those getting your car serviced here, be on the lookout for these predatory tactics and if something seems off, definitely speak up -- I wish I had.

I recently brought in my 2006 manual Jeep Wrangler for service, and I honestly can't believe the difference--my Jeep feels and drives like a brand-new car again. I could feel it immediately on the drive home. What really inspired me to write this review is Angel Anguiano, who I believe is the service technician. He went above and beyond for both me and my husband. We just moved here from Alaska, and it has been challenging trying to find a reliable and honest place to service our vehicles. I drive the Jeep, and my husband has a RAM truck, so finding a dealership we could trust for both was important. Initially, I searched online and chose another dealership farther away based on reviews for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When my husband came with me, he didn't like the distance or the location and suggested we try Prestige instead. I was hesitant at first because of the lower online reviews, but everything changed when I went with him to pick up his truck after his oil change. The dealership was clean, new, modern, and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly. Angel Anguiano was my husband's service technician, and watching how thoroughly and genuinely he took care of him immediately earned my trust. Because of that experience, I scheduled a multi-point inspection for my Jeep since it's a 2006 and due for one. I am so glad I did. The quality of service was excellent, and my Jeep now rides and drives amazingly. Prestige truly won us over, and Angel completely changed my perspective. As someone who was initially skeptical because of online reviews, I can confidently say our experience was the complete opposite. Thank you again, Angel Anguiano, for your honesty, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. You will definitely be seeing us again!

Our day actually started at a different dealership, and nothing there was adding up...it just didn't feel right. So we trusted our instincts, walked away, and headed over to Kia without really knowing much about their vehicles. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted right away by T-Rex. He was professional, welcoming, and most importantly...he listened. We were very upfront about what we had just gone through at the other dealership, and without hesitation he said, "Tell me exactly what you want, and I'll do my best to make it happen." And that's exactly what he did. No pressure. No games. No back and forth confusion. Just honesty, transparency, and real effort. The entire dealership had a great energy. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care. One thing that really stood out was seeing the owner there at 93 years old still taking calls, that alone says everything about the kind of business this is. It truly feels like a family-run place that treats its customers like family. Once everything was worked out, we went into Gino Massaro's office to finalize paperwork, and even that part (which is usually the most stressful) was quick, smooth, and easy. He was professional, efficient, and made the process feel effortless. From start to finish, we felt comfortable, respected, and taken care of. The entire interaction felt less like customer service and more like being talked down to. What stood out most was the arrogance. Instead of earning our business through professionalism and respect, they seemed to assume intimidation and scare tactics would get the job done. Three years later, it's still the first thing that comes to mind when I think of this dealership. I hear things haven't changed, and there are too many dealerships that treat customers with dignity to waste time on one that doesn't.
