    I would highly recommend Jerry Steiner Buick GMC. We worked with Kai, who is awesome. He is friendly, answered all of our questions, and most importantly was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. Now after a month, we are still reflecting on the positive experience we had. Thank you, From the Vasquez family.

    One star for the nice coffee machine in the lobby, anything else here you will deeply regret. My husband brought his truck in to have a complete camera system installed that he bought on the GMC website. He paid $655 for installation at this service center just to be sitting here a month later waiting to find out where his cameras are. He scheduled an appointment for 2/9 to have them installed. They kept the truck all day and when he picked it up, they told him that no cameras were installed and that camera set he bought didn't come with any cameras. So why would they have kept his truck all day, then tell him that it was finished and ready for pick up ? We called GMC parts customer service and questioned what we were told, we were assured that it was a full camera set. It was near impossible to get a hold of a supervision at the GMC service center and all they do is "pass the buck" and transfer you to voicemails. Then they had the audacity to try to bamboozle him into buying a new truck. My husband was finally able to get in touch with the service manager Larry, that assured us that he would get to the bottom of it and take care of us when the cameras came in. Larry also confirmed that it was a complete camera set and that it was missing cameras when the package arrived to the dealership. My husband texted Larry on 3/4 for an update, Larry texted back saying he would call him back shortly with an update and never did. It has been a month since the original date of installation. Horrible business practice and horrible customer service. I honestly don't believe anything they have told us from this dealership. It may be time to move forward with a credit card dispute and a BBB complaint.

    Great experience, most car dealerships don't treat you with respect and lie way too much. Camilo will not do that to you! We had a tall order and a small price point and Camilo made sure we got exactly what we wanted! He knows what he is doing and anyone looking for a car that I know of will be sent straight to him Thank you!!!

    DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I purchased a 2021 gmc sierra over a year ago and the tranny took a dump. It now has less than 35k miles never hauled anything never went off roading and the transmission gave out. Coming to this dealership I trusted the Manager Adam Z and that was clearly my first mistake. I knew GMC had transmission issues so I asked what type of warranty would come with the truck and they assured me since I purchased a CERTIFIED pre owned it would be covered. Fast forward to a year later once it took a dump the dealership denied repairs and when I spoke to the gentleman in service with the last name Perez he told me to drive it on the freeway until it breaks although I expressed when I would drive longer then 30 mins the truck shifted into limp mode with my kids in the back HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Which brings us to now where I have to appear in court because I refuse to pay because they refuse to fix although it still has factory warranty and certified warranty. DO NOT COME HERE!! I reached out to the G.M. And a gentleman reached out and after a couple responses he was nowhere to be found! I would give zero stars or negative if I could!

Efficient- Clean - Friendly Service Department The representatives work quickly to get you checked in - reviewing your service in detail including the total cost. Oil change & interior air filter replacement (I brought in my own air filter) less than $100 before tax. Job was done within an hour

I hired him for four things. The first problem - my car smells badly of gas. He changed the gasket on the fuel pump that is under the backseat. My car still smells like gas. The check engine light was on. And my car sort of starts up slowly. He put the diagnostic tool on the car and it told him to change the thermostat. So I bought the thermostat. He replaced it. Unfortunately, The check engine light is still on, and my car still does not start up normally. It takes turning over many times to start. The third thing I hired him to do was to fix the car vibrating when you hit the brakes at higher speed. I test drove it after he finished the work, but I guess I did not bring it up to high enough speed to feel it vibrate. He basically lubricated the brakes and he said that should take care of the problem. But it did not take care of the problem and the car still vibrates. He claims that he did good work because he lubricated the brakes. But he did not fix the problem. The fourth thing I heard was change the rear camera. That works. one of the three things that I hired him to do, does work better. Now he's over here arguing with me that he did all this work. But he can't seem to understand that he didn't actually fix three of the four problems have. Basically, I paid him almost $500 to do a bunch of work that solved almost none of the problems that I was having with my car. Somehow he feels justified that he actually did some work so he feels like he earned his money. But I didnt hire him to do random work, I hired him to fix problems. He does not seem to understand that.

    I brought my Hyundai Elantra in for an A/C diagnostic because the system was blowing warm air…read more I dropped the vehicle off around 9:30 AM and was told they would "get right on it." I understand shops get busy, this location is "first come first served", and I don't expect anyone to magically make time appear or drop everything to check out the new car. I don't work there and I walked in, so I have no idea what things look like behind the scenes. The issue wasn't that they were busy, it was that the expectations set didn't reflect reality. After walking around the area for about an hour after drop-off, I returned and noticed my vehicle was still sitting in the same guest parking spot at the side of the building where I had left it. By 11:00 (after waiting over 90 minutes/nearly two hours from drop-off) with no phone call update and no apparent movement of the vehicle, I went to the front desk to ask about the status. Shortly after I asked, the vehicle was brought into the shop and I was assured the diagnostic would take "about" 30 minutes. It ended up taking closer to 50 before I got up again to ask about an update. My main frustration was not the diagnosis itself, but the communication and expectations throughout the process. Everyone I interacted with was polite and reasonable, but I was given the same optimistic timeline despite the shop evidently being backed up. If I had been told up front that it would be hours before the vehicle would be moved, let alone looked at, I would have planned my morning differently. I do want to clarify that the issue wasn't attitude or service, it was a lack of clear and realistic communication. Better coordination internally and more honest timelines for customers would make a big difference.

My vehicle has 249,000 miles on it and was spitting coolant, so they sealed the leaks, installed a new water pump, and seemingly got me back on the road until I decided to buy another engine or a new car. The manager, Debra, is highly knowledgeable, honest, and on top of her game! She found an engine with 23,000 miles on it, including the catalytic converter, at an excellent price! The mechanic, Derek, gave me a ride to Walgreens, and Debra gave me a taco and offered me water during lunch. The entire staff was professional, pleasant, and went above and beyond across the board! Derek also showed me that my recently installed oil pan was leaking because my main mechanic used silicone instead of a gasket. My main mechanic is knowledgeable, but it opened my eyes to how his prices are so low because he goes with the most economical option instead of the best one. My main mechanic gave me a solid price on a new engine, but USA Auto beat him by $ 600.00 and offered more value with additional parts! The next day, I returned to USA Auto Service to have a new radiator installed and found that the gasket had blown. As Derek, who is highly knowledgeable, explained, they sealed up the leaks like they were supposed to, and once they did that, the weakest part went ( the engine). I already had oil in the coolant reservoir and a mess under the hood, so I pushed it to the limit. I was able to drive my car home by pulling over in spurts before it overheated, and it took me forever! I've been to this USA Auto location 3 times before and had a pleasant experience, but the new staff and manager have raised the pleasantness bar even higher. I plan to get a new engine because I love my car and hate having a car note. I will make the permanent switch to USA Auto because my former mechanic, although cheaper, has clearly been cutting corners to keep prices low, and I have already found myself replacing parts that I supposedly had installed by my old mechanic. When I mentioned it to Derek, he said the thermostat he pulled out wasn't new, and I saw with my own eyes that my old mechanic used silicone instead of a gasket on my oil pan, which didn't properly seal it. Derek said he would use silicone for his personal car but never use silicone to seal an oil pan at a business. Located on the corner of Smoke Ranch and Decatur, they offer auto financing, a cool air conditioner, and a clean restroom, unlike your typical mechanic shop. This USA Auto location is easily the best I have been to, and I will make it my home location. I highly recommend this location!

I can't say that I agree with the tactics of trying to create fear to get my spend more than the car is worth in listing off repairs with calculating cost in your mind without pulling up prices on parts. My dad was a mechanic and there are better ways to approach trying to get someone service. If you're getting smog the place is cool, not sure about the rest but based on the comments I'm not sure about using this place.
