It's interesting; I received this letter in the mail today March 25Th. 2025. Consumers beware! Irritated consumer. Chris

After receiving the attached letter below, I felt it was an insult as I was not believed with my initial interaction with Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep. They broke my car and refused to take responsibility for it.

If you enjoy going to dealerships and negotiating, then look no further than Jim Marsh Chrysler Jeep. I went in sometime last year looking for a Jeep wrangler, but when I went into the dealership, the price was substantially higher than advertised on their website. Tried negotiating a fair price but the salesman couldn't swing it. Even though I walked out without a wrangler, I still enjoyed negotiating, so it wasn't really a loss for me. Then last week I came in again, but this time for a gladiator. They had some of the best prices on gladiators in the nation. Issac and Eddie played hardball, but we were able to reach a deal! Honestly loved working with both of them! They made the transaction so smooth and even the finance guy was super nice and not pushy at all which is super rare. Overall I loved working with everyone at the dealership. If you're looking for that old school negotiating, Jim Marsh is the place to go. I would recommend buying from them.

    Extra Costs

Saw a vehicle advertised for $19,500 on Cargurus as well as their website. Visited the dealership and wanted to see what deal they could offer me with a trade in for my current vehicle. Test drive went great, when it came to talk about numbers, I had a feeling we would be too far apart and we were. Be aware of all of the markups on their used vehicles, they were unable to waive and or remove these options. CILAJET: $999.00 BT SECURITY: $795.00 KEY REPLACEMENT: $245.00 CAT COVERAGE: $695.00 BATTERY: $595.00 A total of $3,329 added that was not on Carguru's and while it may be on their website, it is very bait and switch. I came in not wanting to do an auto loan because that is my preference and when the manager came out, he started pushing real hard on me getting an auto loan. Very condescending attitude, he asked if I paid fees on my home purchase and cell phone. The total price that he said while I was there was $30k after taxes, title, fees and markups. This is on a vehicle that was listed for $19.5 with no Warranty. I did not have the same experience when I bought my Honda at their dealership. My vehicle price was what it was online, other than taxes and fees which is of course fair. I guess that's what I get for trying to buy a Honda at a Chrysler dealership.

The salesman was very helpful and accommodating. We found a vehicle we wanted an it cost about as much as we expected. The next step, waiting to see the finance guy, completely negated all the good work at the beginning. First, there is only one person doing finance on Saturday. Second, the couple that was in the finance office before us was in there for over an hour and a half. I don't know if it was because there was an issue with financing or they were just chitchatting. Either way, I understand the importance of customer service, but my time is precious, too. Fortunately, the finance guy was very polite and very apologetic and efficiently hustled us through the process to get us done. Overall, the results were mixed. I would not say to avoid this store, just be prepared.

Unfortunately, this was the worse experience in vehicle purchasing we've had. Hoping that since we had a vehicle in mind and funds ready to purchase, all we had to do is give our money and vwaĺa. At least that is what we've experienced flawlessly in the past. NOPE. Walked in on the 4th of September, and finally got our vehicle on the 18th. Vehicle arrived the 16th but was neither ready for delivery and was missing the charger. Not to mention a missing button for the cruise control. We decided to take delivery despite the missing items with a promise for the charger. Wife and I had to do our own footwork for the missing button and eventually had to detail the vehicle ourselves. The charger. With a missing charger, we did not chance driving the vehicle until transfer of ownership. Promise from Autonation was a brand new charger to be ordered from Lucid. That was 9/18. By the 20th we did not hear anything back so I decided to order a car cover from the same Lucid site. Gues what cam in 2 days later. Yup the cover. It was not until I inquired on the 25th that I heard the charger arrived. Guess what, I was given a used charger. After testing it, came to find out it does not work. Hmmm The green slip So the final item we were told would take a max 2 weeks, was the DMV paperwork. Mind you, while signing the paperwork on the 18th, I verified there was a discrepancy to my email. Was told by Autonation that they will not be sending me emails and to not worry about it. Today is the 14th and guess what, yup not paperwork. A text was sent out to Autonation to follow up, and we were told it will be EMILED. Hmmm. After receiving a sent response, we checked and low and behold, nothing. A second attempt with my actual email was sent, and we finally got it. Conclusion Lack of urgency - because we transfered from California, we were told this Centennial location would not get full cut out of the purchase. Having us checking in more than expected and requesting, bargaining, and negotiating on a pretty much sold vehicle. Working in the service industry myself, I understand why it is important to lead your customers to their goal. No accountability- whether it was the other dealer location, trailer company, or everyone else, Noone was accountable for any discrepancy, missing items or delayed services. Own up to it Autonation. I will unfortunately will not be recommending clientele, family or friends to Autonation for car buying services anytime soon. This just put a dent in our car buying experience. If you do decided to use Autonation Centennial, prepare for anything, because here anything not absolute is possible.

I chose a 5:30 p.m. appointment and drove about 30 minutes to arrive on time. When I got there, I was told I might need to leave the car overnight, even though I had been encouraged to bring it in because the oil change could be completed quickly at the end of the day. The representative made it seem as though they were doing me a favor by staying late, even though I had scheduled an available appointment and arrived on time. After I got the car back, the gauges suggested the oil had not been changed. The service director reviewed the camera footage with me, and thankfully it appeared the oil change had been completed. I appreciated that he checked, but I should not have had to verify the work that way. My bigger concern was the tire. I brought the vehicle in partly because I suspected a slow leak, and I specifically raised that concern. At first, I was told there was no puncture. After a second review, however, they found a puncture and determined that the tire needed to be replaced. That was exactly what I had been worried about. I am grateful to the parts and service director for taking the concern seriously, reviewing the situation, and having the vehicle checked again. At the same time, I am extremely frustrated that the service staff initially would have let me drive away with a faulty tire. I am driving to California next week, and the tire concern was one of the main reasons I brought the vehicle in. To their credit, management eventually addressed the issue. Still, the overall experience left me feeling dismissed, inconvenienced, and concerned about the initial quality of the service review. I expected clearer communication, better follow-through, and more care with a safety issue.

Today I called after receiving my car yesterday with no car wash, after my husband commented about it while picking it up. They ignored his comment yesterday and when I called Shane today, he told me my problem was "above his pay grade" and laughed about it. I found that incredibly rude and hung up. I called to speak to a manager and spoke with Wayne who proceeded to tell me that no dealerships in town will wash my car in the service department due to the drought. That it's been like that for a year. He said all the dealerships agreed upon it. I told him I would no longer be taking my car here and he told me I wouldn't find anywhere else that would wash my car when getting it serviced. I then told him "it's not about the car wash, it's about Shane specifically. I don't like the way he talks to people." He apologized and told me someone else could work on my car and I told him to have a nice day. I then called the CardinaleWay Mazda service center and they told me that a complimentary wash was always included. ‼BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.‼…read more My experience with Prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was beyond unacceptable, and I believe every potential customer deserves to know what happened. We purchased a vehicle for $100,000 and paid for it outright. We wrote a personal check, which the dealership accepted without issue, and the vehicle was purchased in the name of our trust. As part of the trust paperwork, I had to provide my Social Security number for tax purposes. The following day, the dealership called asking to run my credit to "verify my identity." I told them absolutely not. I made it crystal clear that I did not authorize a credit inquiry. I even offered to immediately replace the personal check with a cashier's check if accepting it had suddenly become an issue. The very next morning, as soon as they opened, I was there with a cashier's check and exchanged it for my personal check. Despite my explicit refusal and despite receiving the cashier's check, I later received an official Notice of Adverse Action showing that my credit had been accessed. What happened next was even worse. When I called the dealership, I was repeatedly told that no one had run my credit. After I sent them the official letter proving otherwise, they didn't apologize. They didn't explain what happened. They didn't investigate. They simply ended the conversation, refused to take responsibility, and I never heard from anyone again. That told me everything I needed to know about how this dealership treats its customers. In my opinion, if they are willing to use personal information that was provided for one purpose after I expressly refused permission for a credit inquiry, I have serious concerns about how they safeguard customer information. If they'll ignore a clear "no" from one customer, ask yourself how they might handle yours. To make matters worse, we never signed a single document authorizing them to run our credit or use our personal information for that purpose. Because of this experience, I have filed complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Nevada Attorney General's Bureau of Consumer Protection, the Nevada DMV Compliance Enforcement Division, the Better Business Bureau, Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram Corporate Customer Care, 700Credit, and Experian so this matter can be independently investigated and this dealership can be held accountable. I hope no one else has to go through what I did. Protect yourself. Monitor your credit. Get everything in writing--that documentation is what is supporting my case right now. Think twice before trusting this dealership with your personal information. The worst part is that we were already in the process of purchasing another vehicle from this dealership when this happened. Not only did they lose another sale, but now I'm left dealing with the consequences of their actions. Ironically, all of this could have been avoided. If someone in management had simply been honest, accepted responsibility, apologized, and had a conversation with me, I never would have felt the need to file complaints with multiple agencies or leave this review. Instead, they chose denial, silence, and avoidance. That, more than anything else, is the true reflection of this dealership's management and how they value their customers. Potential buyers deserve to know exactly how this situation was handled before deciding to do business here.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted right away by T-Rex. He was professional, welcoming, and most importantly...he listened. We were very upfront about what we had just gone through at the other dealership, and without hesitation he said, "Tell me exactly what you want, and I'll do my best to make it happen." And that's exactly what he did. No pressure. No games. No back and forth confusion. Just honesty, transparency, and real effort. The entire dealership had a great energy. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care. One thing that really stood out was seeing the owner there at 93 years old still taking calls, that alone says everything about the kind of business this is. It truly feels like a family-run place that treats its customers like family. Once everything was worked out, we went into Gino Massaro's office to finalize paperwork, and even that part (which is usually the most stressful) was quick, smooth, and easy. He was professional, efficient, and made the process feel effortless. From start to finish, we felt comfortable, respected, and taken care of. No stress, no pressure, just a genuinely great experience. If you're looking for a dealership that actually listens, respects your time, and works with you to get what you want, this is the place. The salesman was knocking himself out to get us to buy from there. But they weren't willing to remove certain and unnecessary tacked-on items that we didn't want that raised the price. The manager practically got angry and said he doesn't want our trade. So we went with Findlay for the second time. We did go to Jim Marsh to have service done on the Sorrento --- but they couldn't identify nor replicate the problem we were having, even after having weeks of having our car there! So we took the car to Findlay who fixed it. Now, we need transmission service done to our 2025 KIA Carnival Hybrid, and that's covered by warranty. Since Jim Marsh is the nearest KIA dealer, I went on line to schedule the service, but their website said to talk with Todd, the service manager. On three separate days, I called the Service Dept directly and tried to get hold of Todd, but got his voice mail. Each time, I left a message for Todd to call me back. I have not heard back at all. I can sort of understand why the sales people don't want to deal when we wanted to buy a car because they want the highest sales price possible. But by doing so, they lost the sale, TWICE! But their service department? Totally unresponsive! There are no excuses for such poor behavior. Terrible customer relations, terrible customer service. I heard that Jim Marsh himself has an office there. He should know about how his staff treats people. How do they stay in business?

I purchase my 2026 GMC SIERRA 1500 STL, with the 5.3L V8, 4x4 with all the bells and whistles. May…read more3rd. Decided to take it on the road trip to see how will do. This truck pretty much drove itself. When you set the cruise control to your set speed, set the gap adjust for the following distance the truck pretty much seem like it's was driving itself. Even going up and down hills, it was very easy to drive it would stay at the speed that you selected. It would slow down when it get too close to a vehicle even if a vehicle switch lanes in front of you. And speed up when the Gap opened back up on it own. Very comfortable ride was the smoothest drive I've ever had and I've driven a lot over the years. My 2014 F-150 didn't have any of these settings. I did get it new also but some of the features was probably not in vehicles at that time, not downing the F-150 or Ford. And that's just a couple of gadgets on this truck. If you're looking for a new vehicle to buy check out GMC you might be surprised.

Every other 3 appointments they bring up that he needs to get his front struts replaced for "leaking" for 3 THOUSAND dollars. He declines. Goes back 3 months later and magically they don't see anything wrong with them. Recently he received a quote to replace his rear brake pads and rotors for $1K...... took it to a great reputable shop close by and they said he didn't need them replaced for another year at least as they were 6mm and that it would just be brake pads (with pictures and a demonstration with his pad). As well as a rear differential fluid leak (caused by a seal NOT the gear) and charged him $1100 to fix. We called the other shop about this and they BELLY laughed at the absurdity of the cost. Not to mention every oil change that he has had an "APPOINTMENT" for he has waited at least 4-5 hours for completion and his truck isn't pulled back for at least an hour.
