People in Phoenix I'm going to tell you a little heads-up. I wanted to sell my car before insurance was due on Monday since we already bought the new car for the trip to Michigan. *Do not for any reason do business with Mark Mitsubishi.* Absolutely, positively they are liars and manipulators. I told them the quote that I got from carvana but I didn't want to wait for carvana for 2 days to come pick up my car and pay me. They said that they would honor that quote and they would be happy to buy my car today. I was honest about the condition of it and they said we will give you what you want. First of all when I got there the person that made the appointment with to meet all of a sudden was not available and so they pawned me off on a different guy. He said they would have to inspect a vehicle, which I get! He came back and asked me what I wanted for the car and I told him what I'd already been quoted that I would receive. And then he walked into the big room where they all look like they're talking about your car when they're really just bullshitting about sports and women and how stupid and naive women are in general ( I imagine) and then he came out and he says I'm going to sit down and discuss this with you. So he sits down and proceeds to tell me that my tires all need replacing, right now it would not pass inspection, and about three other things that he said were wrong with the car. And he said based on that their offer was $2,500 less than what I was quoted by Carvana. I said, "You know, I guess we're not going to do any business here and you really pissed off the wrong person, because I just had my car serviced 2 weeks ago and everything was fine and trust me my mechanic would have tried to get me to do things if they found anything wrong with it. Three of my tires are perfect.One is showing a little tread but not even enough to worry about yet, and the other items that you stated are absolutely incorrect because it passed inspection in March and it also passed the inspection at the Hyundai dealership two weeks ago." He said," Well carvana is going to do the same thing cuz your car is not in great shape." I said I had another offer and I'd go do business with them and he said good luck. So I went down the street to the other place that I had been talking with and was greeted by this wonderful man named OT. And OT was extremely nice and came out and said these are the kinds of vehicles were always looking for for our customers and he asked what my carvana quote was and went in and said it's going to take some time we have to photograph the car and send it to our corporate office and then I'll get back to you with her an offer. He asked what the carvana quote was and I told him. He came back in 20 minutes with an offer that was $187 less than what carvana would give me so I told him he had a deal. Not only did he treat me with respect but within an hour I had my check and he also even told me to make sure that I go on to the Arizona website to request my money back because my registration still had value to it for the car. Also while they were doing that the general manager of the area sent me an email stating thank you for doing business with me if you're not happy with anything that happened during the transaction please let me know and I will make it right. So people in Phoenix if you are looking to buy a car, or if you are looking to sell a car, please go see my friend OT at AutoNation right at 17 and Bell. They treat women with respect and they give you a fair offer and it is pretty painless other than sitting and waiting for your check to get written. Boom! STAY AWAY. Very disorganized and predictable like most dealerships but this one by far wasted my time more than any. they couldn't get the vehicle I was interested In started. They wouldn't replace the bad tires on it unless I would accept less for my trade. came back A 3rd time and they offered me $3000 less than the week prior. they also claimed autonation DOES NOT accept lower offers for their vehicle but after you leave the dealership, they decrease the price. Very unprofessional for a business that claims they want your business. To this day, the truck has decreased in price by almost $3000 And is still sitting on their lot. From the beginning I probably should have turned away but my girlfriends vehicle was totaled the week prior and she was in need of a new vehicle. I traded in my 2016 F-250 King Ranch for 2 vehicles on May 15th. I worked with Benita and Molly to purchase the 2 vehicles. No haggle price not a problem. All went fairly smooth until it was agreed upon that both vehicles would be detailed and my vehicle would be looked at for it's air conditioning. Benita told me no problem for the detail to bring both vehicles back the following Saturday and she would get that squared away. The air conditioning would have to be looked at Monday- Friday (no problem). At the time of sale however it was agreed to bring both vehicles back to be buffed and the interior of one detailed. I made the deal on a Sunday and realizing I forgot a few things in the truck I text Benita who says Molly was able to grab the mirror for kiddo from the truck. (Okay cool) The following Saturday I show up with both vehicles and she meets us in the parking lot and tells me they can only do one vehicle and their buffing guy isn't in. This wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't 12:00 and I could have gotten a heads up before driving 45 minutes. I ask about the mirror and she says sorry we looked twice and didn't get it. (Prior text messages show she confirmed Molly got it) So we drop one vehicle off and 6 hours go by without a update. I finally drive into the dealership to get an answer and my vehicle pulls up looking still dirty. When I say it was the worst detail I have ever seen I'm not joking. I could have done a better detail blindfolded with nothing but spit and a wet cloth. They slapped some armor all on the plastics and called it a day. 6 hours we wasted our Saturday to be told it was a 3rd party cleaning company and not on Autonation. (This wasn't disclosed when we made the deal, and why use a poor excuse for a detailer who represents your company) The manager Aslam brushes it off like it's no big deal, like why would it be? The vehicles already sold it's no longer his problem. At this point I look at Molly and ask for the keys and she can't even remember who I am. Get out of the dealership business if you forget customers in a week. Benita at-least offers her condolences and fills both vehicles up with gas. If I can't get what I agreed to Atleast I get a full tank of gas. This whole deal is a shot in the dark with ultimately no communication on the dealers part. I've bought 4 vehicles from Autonation but if this is the service I can expect to receive then I'll buy elsewhere in the future. read more

STAY AWAY!!! I purchased a vehicle paying part credit card and part cash. Because I had five days or 250 miles before I needed to return the car for a complete refund, I took the car to my auto mechanic. I expected everything to be in order as there had been a 125 point inspection done on the vehicle and everything passed. After my mechanic completed a 100 point inspection, an oil leak, among other things, was found. My mechanic told me to let Autonation know about the leak and most certainly they would make the repair and the purchase would be finalized. Upon letting Autonation know about the oil leak and speaking with both the mechanic and one of the general managers they refused to make the repair, saying it was merely "seeping". Again, my mechanic explained the car had a leak that was actually dripping and could potentially need up to a $5000 repair. AutoNation was unwilling to do anything so I returned the vehicle. The car was promptly put back in their inventory. I hope the next potential buyer is as thorough as I was! I then had to wait 3 and 1/2 weeks and make several calls to get my money back. After filling out the paperwork to buy a car Asiam discriminated against me and kept me waiting 3 and a half hours just to sign. Rudest person ever. I saw him do on purpose. I heard what he told the finance men. I asked to see 5 cars that all said they were there on the website and not one was there. I came in after being told they were ready for me to see. They tried to bait and switch which I believe is illegal. My salesperson ended up having to go to Avondale to get the car that said it was at Bell road. For hours no one even acknowledged my existence there. At 9 (closing) I finally said to someone am I signing my papers and he said who are you. They were all watching the baseball game. Update:*** We have had a issues with our air conditioner in our sons vehicle since we purchased it. We were promised it would be fixed. It has been to to service twice and now needs to go back for a third time for the same reason. They just hung up on my wife because she asked them to escalate the situation. I got a quote from Jon Moreno on my SUV. It wasn't what I wanted. I told him that. (All via text) About 2 weeks later he gave me a higher price. I said I still wanted more. He said to bring it in and he will try to get it to my price. After we cleared our afternoon to bring my car in, he gave me the lowest quote yet. He said because of the miles on it. I reserved the vehicle to be held fir me to come look at it.After arriving at dealership and noticing the vehicle parked up near entrance I was looking forward to test driving and possibly taking home the truck I have been searching for. Immediately they wanted keys to my trade for trade in appraisal and as soon as I gave them my keys they decided to tell me the truck I was looking at wasn't available. traded in a perfect running and regularly maintained car for a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring mini-van. Drove from Phoenix back up to Prescott. Did an additional wax and even a ceramic wax coat on top of how clean the van looked at AutoNation USA Phoenix. The next day, within 24 hours of having the mini-van, I bought a K&N air filter to install. To my surprise, the air filter on the Chrysler was never check. In fact, it was damaged, not sealing correctly, and a huge chunk was missing; very likely gone through the motor since it wasn't in the air filter box. And speaking of air filter box, there was huge amount of sand, dirt, and debris. At this point, I immediately asked for a return, refund, and to get my trade-in back. There's no way I can trust a dealership that lets sand particles pass their technicians, let alone into a 24 valve VVT V6 engine. read more

Do not use this service center. We had to replace the engine in our vehicle and AutoNation made it worse. The engine was covered under warranty, but that was the only good news. It took over a month for them to fix it. Our service writer's name was "Rocket". On the day the vehicle was ready, Rocket called to let me know it was ready for pickup. Only to get a second call shortly after telling me my started froze up and would be over $700 to fix it. I asked him if the starter worked when it came in and he said "yes". I asked him if the starter worked when the Chrysler rep was there inspecting the engine and he said "yes". So something comes in working it should come out working. I picked it up and had to return 15 minutes later because it was misfiring. Bad ignition coil. They didn't replace the ignition coils. A month later, the torque converter went bad and I had to have the tranny rebuilt. Aamco shows me the SHOT ENGINE MOUNTS!!!!! If you replace an engine, you should replace the mounts...especially if they're shot. Unbelievable. I contacted the GM and he said he would look into it and get back to me. Never heard back and now he won't respond. We will never use this location for sales or service. read more

If there was a no star rating that's what I would give! They sold us a bad car, took 3 weeks to deliver it and told us it was ready. We get there almost a month later and it's still not what they promised. They fixed one headlight and left the other. Told us that it was a miscommunication and they would fix it. Get the car home and that night the dash lights up one a Christmas tree. Call them and they say they will take care of it and have a manager get back to me. For 4 days I was promised a call never heard from anyone except our sales guy who had no control over anything and kept promising a call from the manager "Derek" who apparently never works. A week ago today we have been told he will call. Never have heard from him. We finally give up and get a car from another dealership, now they are saying it's over 5 days, and they won't give us our money back. Terrible, unresponsive and shady people. Pretty horrible experience today at this location. I made an oil change appointment 10 plus days in advance for 9am. Showed up on time and was told my car would be ready by 11am. I was a little shocked that a simple oil change would take that long with an appointment but hey, it was busy so I happily sat and waited. I went out to the customer service center at 11:10 and the man who helped me the first time told me it would take another 1:15-1:30 longer. For short I'm fucking pissed and this is unacceptable customer service as this has wasted and ruined my day. I would like to be contacted with a way for this business to make up for this terrible experience. Plan and simple; it's a very poor business model to require appointments if you can't handle the customers coming in. Fix the scheduling issues so that the people making appointments are take care of in a timely manner. read more

Disappointed is an understatement... The purchasing department are undereducated and unappreciative people. I submitted my 2016 Toyota tundra on KBB to see which dealer wanted to buy it, simply because I don't need the truck so I don't need the loan anymore either. At first they communicated effectively and ask to submit pictures inside/out as well as a walk around video via text. Nothing was hidden on these pictures nor video. The pictures revealed all damage (very minimal) and that it is on a full size spare with the original in the bed. When we got there, they claimed it had thousands of dollars of damage. They retracted their text quote of well over 23,k and said 21,5 was top and 22,k was doing us a favor. Wouldn't even print us out a written quote. these trucks sell for 30,k all day long. Then asked the manage to explain why it's only worth 22,k and he said due to off-roading it cause the damage on the corner panel(lie) plastic liner issue(lie) buckling hood (lie) and then claimed there must be more damage underneath. Please boycott Autonation. When you consider buying a car of any kind. Look literally anywhere else. Their reviews are a 1/5 star everywhere I search online. Trying to sell my Mini, we confirmed all the details and needs of the car over the phone and they offered me 25,500 as long as everything lined up. I was excited as they set an appointment and had me bring the car in, mind you this place was about. 45 minute drive from my house so I confirmed that, if that was their offer based on what we talked about, that is what I would be getting. I showed up early to my apt and waited patiently while they went over the car. Then they came back with an offer of 21,900. Stating that the computer made an error on what my car was equipped with. That doesn't even make sense, we talked on the phone 2 days prior to me coming in about every option my car had, what transmission it had on it, the condition of the tires, bodywork, even the interior and sound system options. There was zero difference between what we spoke about over the phone and the car I drove in with. I had to drive over an hour round trip to be fed bs excuses. I will never use an autonation dealership for anything ever again. Such a massive waste of time and effort. Go elsewhere this place has bad reviews for a reason. It really sucks more than anything else because the person who was helping me was incredibly friendly. I hate having to leave bad reviews because of crappy management. Don't set your salespeople up for failure. Be better and be honest. Better yet undersell and over deliver rather than the alternative of over oversell, under deliver. read more

I went to Auto Nation to buy a Tesla, the sales man was very good and nice, So I trust that they would take care of me, but instead they lied to me on the car fax's. I asked them is there something wrong with this Tesla? And Why is it so cheap? They said no, there nothing is wrong. Then they printed out the car fax. They gave me 2 pages of all the good things, than I found out the car had either a savage tittle, flooded or damaged, and then I found out the battery was replaced and speedometer was incorrect. I found this out because I went to Tesla. They tried to rob me in daylight. If you want to go it up to you. But I would not send my daughter there. This is my first 1 star review. read more

If I could do no stars I would. No wonder no one has claimed this business lol As if car dealerships aren't already sketchy enough. Take your car into the service department for one small A/C issue and see how much worse it can get. Upon making an appointment to drop the vehicle off the following day, they say nothing about pricing, but once you show up to the appointment and hand over the keys, "oh btw it's $150 just to look at the vehicle" So now I don't have a choice. Dropped the car off at 8:30 am, with a 10 am appointment, don't hear anything for hours so I call, and they say they'll call once they get a mechanic to look at it. Mind you it's 3 hours past my appointment time already. What's the point of making an appointment?? Then they call 30 min before closing to tell me I have an evaporator leak. We ask them if they can kindly just put some freon in the vehicle and if it ends up being a leak after all, that we'll bring it back. The answer was no. And they wanted $1,800 for a new evaporator plus the "inspection" fee. Plus a $20 miscellaneous item fee which we were never told what that was. Plus whatever else we would've been charged if we had gone through with the service. Highly irritated we took the vehicle elsewhere to have a second look, knowing full well dealerships have a tendency to exaggerate issues in order to get the payout.. and within 2 hours of dropping it off to the new place, the mechanic said there are no leaks anywhere, he's literally done every check and every test you can do(other than taking apart the entire dashboard of course) which I can guarantee Autonation didn't do either. But at that point also suspects it's just a Freon issue and needs a recharge. Does that, and then hooks it back up to make sure nothing is leaking out and all pressures are staying where they should be and I pick the car up 3 1/2 hours after drop off and have had no issues since. Called Autonation to discuss my experience and request SOMETHING back and got nothing but Attitude. They have a horrible customer service agent that will just tell you that you're wrong, And no refund policy at all. I remorse whatsoever, no trying to rectify the issue in any way. Just horrible. This is why people have issues with dealerships. Sales, service and all. It all sucks and they should be ashamed. You'd think that someone who bought a specific vehicle sold at the dealership would receive some sort of respect and honesty and they'd do whatever they can to get return service but not here. They give you a nice little pink pen for your service.. That's the most expensive, useless pen I've ever bought. Never again. read more

We walked inside, asked if anyone can help up, to which Jorge replied yeah but they close at 6. Ok...you're a car salesman and it's not 6 yet. So, we see the vehicle, he doesn't tell us much about it doesn't say anything really. Go on a test drive, ask questions, silent other than telling us where to turn. Maybe he's more concerned with that girl in his bra and panties he's got as his phone wallpaper? Now we get a call at 8:15PM MONDAY and he leaves us the most unprofessional voicemail stating he's following up. I bought a car from here recently it was the SLOWEST service with no communication. I sat waiting 2 hours to just sign paperwork. I had already presented them all the info they needed prior to me picking up the car but it was the same amount of time it took for my car to get appraised and pick out a new car, then it did just to pick it up and sign. When I drove off the splash panel underneath the vehicle was hanging off, I called them back and they "couldn't help" till the next following week. I had to go to a different mechanic. But they told me it had been hanging off for too long, that it was ruined. I informed the dealer and I received no response. They are more interested in selling the car and not dealing with anything other than that. Now I have to pay for a panel on my brand new car on my own since the dealership isn't responding to my messages. Only positive here is the car is nice. I probably wouldn't use this dealership again for anything else, or coming back to rebuy a car. read more

I purchased a used car from Autonation USA. There were some scratches on the car that Autonation stated that they would repaint. They did not, however, follow through with what they stated. They only repainted a few of the scratches and then they gave me the car back with some of the paint still wet, so it didn't dry correctly and there are runny spots in the paint. Twilight zone nightmare! Took them 7 calls and four days before I even knew what was wrong with my car. I was told it would cost just under $400 and take less than three hours. So happens the manufacture was paying for the repair so 19 1/2 business hours later I go to pick up my car to find the check engine light still on. Took another seven days to get my car. Spoke to everyone from sales to the GM and unfortunately none are very competent. I absolutely do not recommend anyone go here for any reason! In fact Chrysler shouldn't consider who represents them. After I wrote this review the car that was supposed to be repaired broke down on the freeway with the exact same problem and almost caused an accident with my daughter and granddaughter in the car.
