We went to Autopark Honda looking for a used car. After doing our research, we knew we wanted to look at a 2010 Chevy Cobalt. Alexander was very friendly and nice and happily brought the car to the front door. We took a quick test drive and returned back to the dealership. During the test drive, a faulty TPMS warning light was on the dash, and Alexander assured us it was because of the cold weather we were experiencing (it was about the mid-40s out, not really cold enough to affect the tire pressure in a good tire). After the maintenance crew topped off the tires, the warning light was still on and Alexander tried to blow it off as an unimportant minor nuisance. This car went through the multi-point inspection (I saw the paperwork for it and it didn't show anything about a TPMS warning light) and even though the light was on during our test drive, there was "nothing" else the dealership could do about it. We were still interested in the car for the right price (it was listed at $4800 but we thought that was high for what the car actually was), but after asking Alexander what the bottom dollar cash-walk-out-the-door price was, he just nodded his head toward the computer with the car listing on the screen, and simply said, "That." "You can't come down at ALL?" I asked. "No," was the reply. So I said I would have to walk away and before I could even stand up to shake his hand, Alexander was gathering the paperwork and completely turned his attention away from me. Wow. So much for leaving with a good impression. I sure hope they got the $4200 cash were were offering them from the auction we are certain the car went to the day after we walked out the door. Stay away from servicing your vehicle here! My wife just went there the other day complaining of a noise heard while making left turns. Of course, 2 hours later she left paying over $1,200 for both the left and right drive shaft assemblies and CV Axles. What they failed to tell her was that they had made the exact same repair on the left assemblies just 8 month earlier, even though she told them to please check the records because the repair seemed similar to one in the past. When I got home, viewed our past invoices and saw that it was the exact same repair from 8 months earlier. I called the service manager who apologized, said "Mistakes happen" and they refunded the $600 for the left side. For our troubles, he offered $75 off on their other estimate of $500 for our "leaking rear shocks" that my wife did not let them perform. Gee thanks, 15% off (coupon) on an excessive repair cost after you nearly ripped us off for $600. And who knows if the right side needed the repair as well. We'll be taking our Odyssey to an independent mechanic to check on their work and if the rear shocks are really leaking. This is the kind of stuff that gives Dealers a bad name. I have purchased 4 cars from Autopark Honda(AH) in eleven years. This dealership and service organization has turned to shlt! The $1700 Extended Warranty I purchased for my 2012 CRV has proved worthless. When I requested a refund of the remaining warranty, the General Manager, a Mr. Isenhour offered a $235 credit to effect the repair not covered by the Extended Warranty. When I re-visited the Service Department, the Service Manager denied the offer. This place is a rip-off! I will drive to Lumberton, Sanford or out of state to buy my next Honda. Avoid Autopark Honda like ebola virus. They are overpriced, a rip off and dishonest. Honda owners beware. Sales department. won't honor their online promises. Miss-guides you to suck you in especially if you have trade in. They gave me an offer on my trade in online one night before I drove there. I thought that was less what my car trade in value worth but hey They are using KBB and I was willing to compromise. I went there and while they doing the appraisal I was test driving a new car for trade in. I found what I liked. Now let's see the numbers, they appraised my car $6500 less than what I received online using their website and the book that they chose to use which was KBB. I showed the sales manager the screen shot I took for there online estimate. He blamed KBB. He said and I quote "something wrong with KBB, I don't know!". Then he went inside to ask a bigger actor and he came back with this one "your car properly needs new tires and that's why he didn't honor the online estimate"!!. I asked if there's anything else wrong in my low mileage car and they know "nothing wrong" "very good" condition. Even if the car (pilot) needs tires, how did that is going to cost $6500? Oh, when he got busted he came with a couple $2000 more on the offer. Well, still the tires aren't $4500!. I grabbed my key and didn't look behind. In my way home I wanted to give it back to them, so I called and said I want to give them an offer on their car without my trade in. I offered them $6000 less of their deals. They call back and left a message that this offer is not even close! EXACTLY SCAM!! Just to be fair, the sales person was nice and respectful. read more

Update -- So I return to pick up my vehicle, which I had dropped off with a full tank of gas, only to find that the tank was half empty with barely any additional mileage since I dropped it off. The service center is horrible, I came for the same problem 3 times and these guys don't know how to fix it , there are lot of YouTube videos on the problem and how to fix it , but Honda service center guys don't want to acknowledge the problem. They don't care about it and every time I go there they ask me to leave the car for 2 days and again comes back with an update saying there is no issue . This review is for recent car service. When spoke to the rep on phone and mentioned courtesy drop-off, they mentioned it wouldn't be an issue. When I got there I was informed that they are not providing the service. It would have been nice for them to tell me the truth upfront. I had a coupon and was told that it couldn't be used on particular car; that coupon was based on Vin #. To me it was again deceptive... who checks the Vin# to ensure if it was applicable for one Honda but not the other. Had a great experience with an Autopark service appointment to take care of a slow leak in a brand new car's tire. My SO and I were browsing for a new car, torn between the Honda Pilot and the Honda Odyssey at this dealership. We get out of the car and are greeted by a salesmen. The guy is nice and welcoming. We explained we were no buying that day but wanted to test drive those two cars. The guy walked us to his desk and spent 10 minutes pulling up two cars in his computer. He grabbed the keys and told us to follow him. Getting into a golf cart, he drove us to the storage lot behind the dealership. We knew this was odd for a car dealership, but thought it might be this guy's sales style so we went with it. The Pilot was blocked by another car. He told us to check it out, but it was filled wifh plastic bags and some empty potato chip bags. The car itself was backed against large bushes, making it difficult to look inside. A mechanic of the back lot took the salesmen aside and said the car couldn't be driven because of a mechanical issue. Next up was the Odyssey. We got back into the golf cart to go to the minivan. Half way back to the salesroom, the salesman realized it was back where we were. We laughed it (honest mistake), but when we tried to approach the van by foot, we were met by an aggressive goose. My husband and I clapped our hands to get it to move away. When we approached the van, we discovered why he was aggressive. There was another goose on a nest. We quickly looked over the van, trying to stay away from the area near the nest. We walked back to the cart and told the guy we wanted to test drive a pilot. He explained there weren't many available to drive and we may not have one to try. We went back to the sales room and sat at his desk while he tried to find a free one. We waited for 15 minutes. My husband sat at the salesman's desk while I walked around the small showroom for the first time. During our wait, I noticed a nice, clean Odyssey right in the showroom. "WTF" popped in my head as I tried to process the last 40 minutes of our day. When the salesman finally came back, he told us he had an appointment with another client and passed us off to another guy. At this point, we had been at this one dealership for 45 minutes and had not test driven the two cars we asked about. Our patience was wearing thin. We stated once again that we wanted to test drive a pilot. The new salesman said no problem and took us for a very short walk right in the front. He looked around and saw one was free. We thought "finally! We get to test drive it!" But he had to grab tags and the keys. After a 10 minute tutorial of all the new Honda buttons, we on the road with the Pilot. Once we returned to the dealership, we checked our clock and notice the whole exchange with the new guy took only 25 minutes. Here's the summary/rationale to my rating: - Going 45 minutes without test driving a car loses this dealership 2 stars - 1 star deduction for driving us to the back lot only to look at cars dirty/inaccessible and that were available in the front - 1 star deduction for passing us off to a new salesman (we should have asked for a manager) read more

My wife recently took her CRV to get a 100k maintenance checkup as well as an annual state inspection. She was told she needed brakes and that they were reluctant to pass her state inspection. We went for a second opinion at Mr Tire on Miami Blvd. we were told she did not need brakes and she should continue to have them inspected at each tire rotation. I thought she would get the attention of the service manager at Autopark Honda when she filled out their customer satisfaction survey. We have not heard one peep. My experience with my Honda service yesterday was jaw-dropping excellent. The waiting area was meticulously maintained (sanitized) and all who worked there were masked. I felt extremely safe. As far as the service, it was fast and super friendly. All the service staff were superb! Eldwin was my 'guy' and communicated each step with me, no surprises when it was done and, I felt, went above and beyond for me. I had been going to another Honda service facility due to proximity to work and it was never good service....ever. Even with appointments. I am happy to be where i should have been going all along! This is for the service on a recent visit. A simple oil change, how is it that you charge almost $12 for misc parts which are what? Only to have oil leak out of vehicle onto driveway. This is insane!!!! I agree with other customers, why advertise free car wash but not do it except if customer asks. Drastically need to improve the service. Why is there not a service manager there when service department is operating, who is in charge? I really question that I paid for an oil change and if I actually got an oil change. Plus with an oil leak from carelessness is the correct amount of oil in there? I don't know what all the hype is with Honda's but I certainly won't get another one, even if it was free because this is horrible to deal with and has created unnecessary stress. Let's see if the dealership gives us the usual follow up call "how's our service?" --- I bet they won't call us this time how convenient. Big FAIL. read more

Well I had high hopes to give this dealership a five star rating but alas similar to other reviews, the experience started out great and then tanked at the end. We worked with Alex G who really seemed to know about the features of several different cars we looked at. We were very pleased with the service he provided up until it was time to go to financing. I called earlier in the day to do the credit approval online and was assured it would only take a free minutes when we got to the dealership. Once there we were told it would only be 10 minutes. Well over an hour later they finally brought us in to do the financing and by this time Alex moved on to his next customer and never bothered to check with us. Johanna in finance gave us some BS about being approved but not receiving approval thus accounting for the long wait. Then she proceeded to try to pressure us in buying the extra coverage. We told her no once and then she came back again a second time. Then she said the bank only approved up to a certain amount and she wanted more of a deposit. Interesting seeing as our credit union approved us for $6000 more than we were financing. Funny how she had the money to finance the extra coverage we declined but not the full price of the car. We were very annoyed by the time we walked out almost 3 hours later and couldn't even enjoy the experience of driving home our new vehicle. This is the second car we've purchased here but very disappointed with how it ultimately turned out. read more

The service department is great about giving same day appointments for routine servicing and inspections. The waiting room facility is very comfortable with free bottled water, popcorn, and fresh coffee. The service has always been quick and the cost has been in line with smaller auto centers. Dylan was great. This time I had a set of tires put on at Costco and then drove across the street and had the alignment checked and adjusted. I made an appointment for 7:00 am, but left my car the night prior. I asked that the car be ready between12-1. Service advisor said okay, it was only to check brakes and noise coming from vent in car. I called at 8:30 left a message, called at 9:30 left another message. Service advisor called me back at 10:00am to say yes the car needed the rotors turned and 2 filters. SO i said okay go ahead with the work. I went to pick my car up at 2:30 and no work has been done to my car. I was upset to say the least and asked to talk with the manger. I was told they dropped the ball , but sometime appointments are not set. The manager told me he had visited the dr that morning and his appt was at 9:00 but didn't see the dr until 10. I was floored he used this as an excuse and said well sir I don't think it takes 8 hours to turn my rotors and change two filters. I was offered a loaner but told the manager NO! I wanted my car. I can say I would not suggest leaving your car, maybe waiting when you make an appt so that your car isn't pushed back as the manager referred to it. I will not use this dealership again for my service needs. While I appreciate the response from the dealership below. There was not an issue with the repair time at all. As I stated above the appt was for 7 am and I received a call from the service dept at 10:00 am letting me know what was needing repairs and told the service to go ahead with repairs. read more

AutoPark Honda Service Review: I had a poor experience in the past, and I was hoping that it was a one-time fluke. Unfortunately, the POOR COMMUNICATION highlighted during my recent experience led me to the same conclusion -- avoid AutoPark Honda service (or be willing to waste a lot of time)! (1) The price that I was given over the phone was incorrect. I had specifically asked for the cost of an automatic transmission fluid exchange. However, the receptionist gave me the price of the automatic transmission drain & fill. There is a substantial price difference between the two services (2) I almost did not have a shuttle to take me home. In addition to requesting a shuttle upon making my appointment, I had called that same morning to ensure that a shuttle could take me home. However, after the service technician took away my car, the service adviser (Nick) told me that all the shuttles had already left for that day!! Um... I told him that I needed my car back then. He then scrambled to find someone who was available to take me home. I waited an extra 15 minutes before a drive could be located. (3) After I paid when my car was ready, I went to the breezeway where the cashier asked me to wait for my car. Then after 10 minutes with no indication of my car being brought up from the parking lot (I actually could see my car in the the whole time), I decided to ask a nearby service representative to check on the status. It turns out that nobody had even picked up the keys for my car from the cashier by then!! I told them that I could just walk to the lot and get my car by myself, but they insisted on doing it. A second worker then went to retrieve my car. I saw him back out of the parking stall. However, it took him 10 more minutes to deliver it. The first worker happened to still be nearby and was also confused -- "Where did he take your car??" The question was never answered. read more

I recently went to this auto dealership to view or possibly test drive a used car. When I arrived I was told that they could not find the vehicle. After 40 minutes I informed the salesman that I would be leaving to avoid the traffic. I was sent an email the following day from the dealership informing me of their willingness to assist with the purchase of vehicle. I followed-up by sending an email to the General Manager informing him of the issue with the lost/missing vehicle. He said that he has assigned the situation to another person. I phoned the person and we made tentative plans for the vehicle to be brought to me to test drive. About 45 minutes prior to the meeting time, I received a call from the salesperson indicating that some light went off on the car and that he would be taking the vehicle to be checked out and would be getting back with me once it was resolved. What a terrible disappointment! We were in the market to purchase a family car (two young kids), so time to sit at a dealership and "haggle" is a luxury we don't have. I reached out to several dealerships in the area through emails to be as efficient as possible with my time. I began conversations with Autopark (email, phone calls and texts) and interactions were positive. Prior to going to the dealership, we agreed upon an out the door (OTD) price. With true excitement, I drove the 45+ minutes (trade-in car cleaned, bank deposit confirmed, babysitter in place). What I walked into was a 10% mark-up on the agreed upon OTD price... thus began the same as all other dealership, antiquated process of "let me talk to my manager." After couple of hours of "discussions" and "we are losing money on this deal" but getting no where near the originally agreed OTD price - I left in complete disgust! Do yourself a favor, if the Sales Manager (Jim) is coming to talk to you... grab your coat and start walking. Based on my experience - I was there to purchase a car, while they wanted to negotiate. For future visitors, be absolutely clear on what you are looking for and how much you can spend. Hopefully, you have a better experience. read more

Making an appointment when it was convenient for me was no problem, the drop off process was as simple as it gets and in the end all of those services were at a reasonable cost, some for less than I expected. Once purchasing the car, the financial support person tried to coerce me into buying unnecessary warranties with horror stories of other buyers. When I took my car back for maintenance, the service was slow (even with an appointment) and the dealership suggested some unnecessary procedures on my new car! But, they do offer free popcorn and water which is nice! read more
