The crew here scrubs and shoots down your car prior to going through the wash, then wipes down and dresses your tires: (CHOOSE #3 PRO PLUS) Vacuums are located out front too if you need some carpet love in your ride. Came here to get my cat washed. Wait wasn't so long. I used to come here a long time ago and it would be like a 4 car wait. But figured out why. Bring cash. The lady in front of me wanted to pay with card, couldn't go anywhere so, the guy at the booth had to run inside with her card and come back. Not his fault... Or maybe.... it was because the fricken prices were so high that she didn't have enough cash!!! Holy cow! 9.99 for a soft cloth 5 minute wash. I paid for the number 2 at 12.99 which was 13.60 with tax! No rim cleaning because that comes with the 17.99 package 3. What in the world?! Because they upgraded their car wash system? Pfft. This is a review for the car wash. I usually go to either Yajima or McKinley but I was in the area with time to burn and the car needed a wash badly so I made an executive decision to roll up to this place and see what they do. I got the #3 which is the "total package". I noticed that it was a female working everything...........collecting the money, rinsing down the car and prescrubbing it too. It was a HOT day and I felt badly for her because of the condition my car was in I gave her an extra $5. As I was watching her do her thing.................. IT WAS STILL HALF ASSED!!! COME ON!!! There was a guy at the end that hand wipes the cars down and even he was half assed. when I got home I took a look at the car and boy it was a bit cleaner but you can clearly see where she didn't scrub because of the streaks. It's been a couple of years since I've washed my car at this Pro Wash location. Last week my car was pretty dirty and I decided to come here because it's on the way home. Big Mistake!! As I was waiting at the front of the line I watched a young girl pre-wash the car in front of me, she barely did anything. Usually there were 2 people washing, one for each side. As I was watching this girl wash the driver's side another lady comes out of nowhere and starts washing the passenger side. I actually thought she was homeless! No uniform or logo shirt, and her hair needed brushing. After she was done she ran back through the car wash. The same thing happened when it was my turn. As I was going through the actual car wash machine I noticed that the washing cloths were not even reaching my passenger side windows! WTHeck! I finally exit the car washing and was met by another female to dry my car, driver's side. No smile, no expression, just a hand motion for me to stop my car. She did not even lift the windshield wiper to dry the front windshield! Then the homeless lady shows up to dry the passenger side . . . even worse! I usually give a couple bucks tip, NOT TODAY! If you're not happy at your job then find another one! I understand that people have bad days, but not all of them! This place has really gone down hill from a couple of years ago. They need to fix the car wash and change the 3 females or put them inside the store! I wish I read the reviews before I came, I wouldn't have wasted my money or time! I wanted to give zero stars, but that's not possible. If you're in town go to the Pro Wash at Don's Makiki on Beretania/Keeaumoku st. They charge a couple dollars more, but do A WAY BETTER JOB! Got some gas and tried out the car wash for the first time, this was a out a month ago. They have a guy that soaps up the front, back and sides of your car with a mop looking thing. After going through the wash I can see why, it's not the best. But as you come out there are two more guys to wipe it down. Car comes out pretty clean after all. read more

I come here mainly and specifically for the car wash. But BEWARE of price change. Package #three used to run me about $12 and some change ($10.99 plus $1 for big car) for a wash. Pretty decent price. For a wheel shine and a (sometimes sloppy) hand dry at the end. Now, we're talking $18.83 (with tax) for the same service, no change. For that amount, I can take my car to Autoplex Waipahu and get exterior and interior cleaned for $20something. The only thing that'll probably have me coming back to this one are the employees (reason for 3 stars). One dude in particular, who stays mainly in the front, shorter (African American) guy, with excellent work ethic. Always has a smile and is quick and efficient. All-in-all, it seems that my bi-weekly (sometimes weekly) car washes are no more. Unless, it's an emergency and I need it cleaned now. I understand they have employees to pay and equipment to upkeep, but that's the nature of the business, right? I feel made 13-15(on the higher end) would've been an understandable raise. This is a great place. Crew here is like family. Always polite and kind. Cant ask for a better crew. The exterior is clean around the store along with the interior. The only problem here is the fueling stations, if they could wipe down the pumps and empty trash, along with putting out some window cleaners along with paper towels that would be awesome. Close = lots of visits. Not only that, this gas station also tends to have prices that are consistent with some stations in town. This station has enough pumps for everyone. Ive actually never been in a line to get gas here. The convenience store is small but has a lot of knick knacks for any driving trip you take. If you need a car wash, they can do it too! read more

For the money, this is HANDS-DOWN the best car wash for the money. -- I've done Cosmo-Yajima: great, but more expensive, busy, and way the shyt over in Waikiki. -- Windward Honda is convenient and comparably priced to Royal Kunia, but they ALWAYS leave dirty areas on the back of the car. The morning shift of cashiers are slow. It does not make any sense to have three cashiers on duty if only one is actually working and the one working is totally incompetent. Come on now, people have to get to work in the morning and it doesn't help if you have two cashiers who are busy talking, while the incompetent one is doing the actual work. HORRIBLE LOCATION. So yesterday I went here to wash my car. I saw there was a line of at least 7 people but I was in no rush so I waited and got the the front of the line and paid for about $12 for the works everything as its been a while. After I paid the girl washed and scrubbed as normal with a broom like thing and dirty water probley from the last cars since she was the only one working in the blazing sun but I really needed to have my car washed because some birds pooped on my car windows. So she scrubs then shoots down my car and shows me to the start of the wash. Mind you she only washed the sides back and front of the car but never touched my windows where there was obviously bird poop. So giving the benefit of the doubt the car was will do its job, I go through and most of the bird poop comes off but not all. Then three is a guy at the end to wipe down your car so u tell him, can I go through again or something it's not clean yet. He just tells me you need to see the manager inside "I'm kinda new here" so I asked him if he can go in and check if that possible then he says "oh it's like do it yourself." Mind you my car is still wet and this guy did not wipe down my car so I park and go inside and ask for a manager. The girl tells me she's not here but j will check out your car. She sees how obvious there's still bird poop. She then says the first girl who scrubbed my car cannot wash the Windows since they have new regulations that they can't touch people's Windows because if damaged then the insurance won't pay for it. So I'm thinking why would you not put a sign that says we only half ass wash your car and no don't expect much from this place. I asked for a refund since this was Unknown to me and she said she cannot do that but will take my name and number and have her manager call me. It's now 12:20pm and have yet to hear from and manager. I called about 20 minutes ago and was told the manager is not available and they would take my number again! I asked to speak to someone higher and was told the owner is also unavailable. What is wrong with this. All I wanted was my car washed good or to go again since the wash didn't do a good job! What a hassle! What a way to treat your customers. I'm so disappointed I got no apology or any empathy from this establishment. I will be taking my business elsewhere but still have to wait to finish business with the manager and see what they can do for me since this has been horrible! Waste of an hour of my day! This place is starting to piss a lot of people off.... the soda machine NEVER works and takes for ever to fix. I know a lot of people who go because the cups are better than the plastic ones at 7 eleven. It's either the machine is broken, or the ice machine or both! And then I hear people complain about never having the cigs that they smoke even though they are popular. The lady who runs this place needs to set it up and order more of the popular always selling out cigs and get the machine fixed. Should never take months to fix. Boycotting this place already. I once loved this car wash because of the quality they once had. Now the car wash is run down & definitely is in need of some kind of service/maintenance because their soap dispenser hasn't been working for a while. I came here two months ago, they told me that the soap on the passenger side isn't coming out too good. Just came here yesterday & the problem still exists. They rinse & hand wash your car prior to sending your car through the actual car wash because of the soap dispensing problem. Because they spend so much time on basically washing your car outside of the actual car wash, it backs up the line a whole lot! Customers are forced to wait for around 20 minutes or longer. I normally do not do reviews, however, today, I decided to do one. We went to their car wash today and got the highest package. As we were exiting the car wash, I noticed that the wipers were wiping our van with wet cloths.... they didn't even wipe it good. When we came home, I noticed all the wet water spots on every single window. It didn't even look like we just got a car washed... there was dirt still on the bumper of my car... my van is pretty new. So anyway, i decided to call to let them know.... in a respectful tone, might I add..... and they were not helpful in any damn way! She was absolutely rude , and when we hung up, she had a tone as if she thought it was funny! As if I was in the wrong... I was simply stating, that they didn't do their job!
