Very good staff and they know what they doing. My only beef is their corporate needs to return phone calls. Some years ago we purchased fleet coupons to have our company cars washed but unfortunately they would not honor them because our cars were hardwired with emergency lights, something they did not tell us prior to making the purchase, only to find out right when we brought the cars to wash. We got our reimbursement with no issues. Two years later we got new vehicles and decided not to hardwire emergency lights to the cars. We tried to reach out to them several times to purchase coupons again but they never once returned our call, which was rather sad. And they were the closest wash from our company site. We went and used other car wash sites that were available at different hours and sometimes longer distances. As I said, they are good at what they do, just be forewarned if you need to communicate with their corporate offices. read more

Normally a reliable car wash with good value. Closed after doing some cars this morning for some reason. Turned me away.

Paid for the best wash. Water spots (wipe marks) all over car, there was still dirt on it too. When I asked about the spots, I was told they need product to remove; I just used water and a rag and they came right off. They use the same brush for all cars so your paint gets scratched up. They also put the shine on dirty tires since they didn't clean em, so it was pointless. Additionally, both vacuums had no pressure. Rude staff, they don't care about their work or their customers. Didn't expect much and still got disappointed. Use a garden hose and a sponge and you'll get it done faster, cheaper, and better. That or wait for it to rain because it'll have the same effect. read more

I promised my dad that if I got a car, I won't rely on him on washing it ( my excuse was I had a truck and I couldn't reach the windshield to wash :) Thank goodness for Liquid Aloha, I'm the most laziest person ever to wash my car. Now, raise your hand if you hate the end of car washes where they have the air dryer and it has a timer thingy going on. I can never FULLY dry my car with that thing. What I like about this place is that it's not like all gas stations, there are people to dry the vehicles. But don't forget to tip them! Best spot on island , best bang for your buck. Quick easy service ! If this place had more places like this or maybe a worker or two more it would be perfect , there is almost always a line because of how good they are . But they definitely are the epitome of great! Terrible service! The older guy working in front was rude and banged my truck with broom deliberately. He also told me that if I brought my truck in dirty they would refuse service. This happened after I tipped them. What kind of car wash complains about washing cars? After he wiped my truck down, the guy just walked away, faced his back to us and didn't say he was done. I had to get out of my truck to ask if he was finished. If they hate washing cars, look for another job. They just lost a customer. read more

Disappointed. I guess it's a new company now. Went for the bubblicious package. Then they charge me extra for large vehicle. I have a Honda CR-V. Did I pay the same price as the Ford F250 in front of me? They did a half ass wipe down. Then when I got home I noticed that they only put the tire shine on the driver's side. I've never washed my car before at this location, until yesterday, and now I know where I will be bringing my baby from now on! There were two women working yesterday (around 11 a.m., unfortunately I didn't get their names), and they did such an amazing job on my car! They put so much time and care into every car - unlike any other employee's I've seen at other car washes (and I've been to quite a bit). These two women were working very hard, and doing it all with smiles on their faces. I definitely found my new favorite car wash. Thanks again, ladies! read more

This the worst car wash ever! Quality is not a priority with liquid aloha nor is their customer service! I paid $19 for a bubblicious and my car still came out dirty and when they dried my car I still had water spots on all my windows and my mirrors was still dirty and more water spots. When my relative was working for this company she would have never allowed a car to go away like my car did. It would have been scrubbed from both sides (mine was half ass scrubbed) my tires would have been scrubbed clean before going through the wash plus it would be shiny and spotless (tires was included in the wash I paid for) After my dissatisfaction of the wash the drying was even worst. They dried my car with soaked towels that smelled and done in less then 5 minutes! I didn't say anything right then and there because I was beyond pissed (definitely would have gone to jail) especially when one of the driers didn't appreciate the fact that I tipped her $3 and not $2 like she couldn't help herself by yelling it to the world! She is LUCKY they got anything for the worst service ever! They deserved NOTHING! Never go to LIQUID ALOHA WAIPAHU you will waste time and money on poor quality people! Did I mention that someone left their boogers on my hood that was not there before I washed! Gross!!! I wish I could post the video I took after but I won't because of my vulgar language! There's always a line but service is good and love the way my car shines afterwards. It's like detailing the outside of your car for $16...currently in line waiting they close at 6pm. I've been to the pearl city one and I think my car gets more attention to detail here at Waipahu. Don't like going to any other car wash. read more

It's an express wash not a detail shop a big scrub brush isnt gonna catch everything tire scrub and shine is included in THE WORKS package $16 they aren't miracle workers you got chrome/black rims built up grime grease or stained rims oh well...the wash itself is soap and more brushing there is no wax but a dry coat protectant to help get water off easier the wipe down/towel dry area is hot! yes water spots are possible if water mixed with soap sits on your car for days not minutes a half wet towel isn't gonna get you a super dry streek free car you are more then welcome to catch any missing spots the attendent didn't catch within reason, they work hard and are not robots if people don't know how to drive onto an automatic chain track and have there payment ready or dont know what wash to get the lines can get long and the employees can get exhausted it works for me and gets the job done and I catch the back window and any extra bird poop on my own because I dont expect these workers to take more time on bird poop when its my fault for letting it sit there in the first place the other two locations work the same some employees are more detailed then others but overall if your not gonna get out and wipe or scrub your own car don't complain they PREscrub and quick dry for tips if your unhappy with what they provide go some where else read more

Yeah - lazy effort on the part of these female employees. I paid for "The Works" -$16. I used a $20 and tipped the $4 change before driving into the car wash. Exiting you drive over to have them towel dry your car and have tire shine applied. I tipped those girls $4 more dollars right when they started and they kinda fell apart right there- junk effort in everything-shucks -I paid $24 bucks to wash my car. This is my second time coming to this car wash. The first time I came it wasn't bad. I got the most expensive one and I'm pretty sure I only paid like $12?? I think at that time the basic was around $6. The prices were low so I was ok with a subpar car wash. They didn't do a great job and all the vacuums were closed. This time I got the basic one because that was already at $10. It lasted just as long as the most expensive one did last time and seemed to go through the same steps so not sire about that. The wash definitely didn't clean my car well. There is still stuff (aka bird poo) everywhere (I have to park under trees ok). Also, when I was paying I had my window rolled down and one of the girls working took my card to charge it. She leaves it and walks to the other side of my car. I'm like wtf girl you just gonna leave my precious baby debit card out there like that?? She begins shooting down my car while my window is still open. It's gettin a lil misty so I try to roll my window up a little bit but like dang man my card is out there all alone. Another girl walks up and starts charging my card, getting the receipt, grabbing a pen, etc. Meanwhile the other girl STARTS SCRUBBING. WITH MY WINDOW OPEN. Like GIRL. My window is open you need to stop. All this soapy water pours down the side of the windshield into my car. I'm looking at Miss Scrub Happy like what's the tea, sis, why are you like this?? Unbothered she continues to scrub and the other girl walks over with my card and receipt all casual-like while I got Niagra Falls coming through my window. I sign and ask her for a towel or something to wipe away their sins and she tells me sure when you come back around. I come back after the janky wash and never get a towel. So long story long, I will not go through this car abuse again. Someone report them to CPS (Car Protective Services). read more

be careful when you go there for a simple carwash ! they will damage your car and won't be responsible for it!!! went there for a car wash because i was in a rush to get everything done and it was a nightmare that just doesn't go away . the guy at the entrance led me onto the track and told me to put my car in neutral then half way into the wash , i hear a loud burst/popping noise which i didmt know what it was but hoping it wasn't my car . after staying at the same spot for a good 20 seconds my gut has a really bad feeling about what had happened . so as i drove out i can hear my rim grinding the concrete floor and thats when i realized what had happened. their old machine had literally sliced my tire open !!! i had to call the police bc the owner eric was a real nasty person and won't even take care of the damages originally until the cops came and did a police report !! thats when eric admitted that he is in the process of replacing the machines !! in other words , he knows they are damaging people's cars but still open for business !!! so needless to say his insurance agent denied to pay for my rim or hubcap due to a sign that says u enter at your own risk !! but just fyi for anyone who enters that place . their machine is damaged so if u dont want the extra hassle dealing with an irresponsible business owner , i suggest you not go through there !! and if u do , best of luck to you ! read more

The car washes are way over priced. I paid $19 for the ultimate wash and my car looks no different. The wash is so short I was on the conveyer belt thing for maybe 90 seconds. Once I got out I realized I had pay for and vacuum my own car. What the heck! I paid $20 bucks for a 90 second wash roll through, and now I have to scrounge my car for quarters to vacuum my car. I can't say I've gotten my car washed at all the leeward side car washes BUT, I would definitely say this is the best one in this area Kapolei/Ewa/Waipahu. Been going here for years with multiple cars my family owns and never had any problems. My car has car lashes on it and I must have gone through this car wash at least 5 times and it hasn't come off so FYI to any other cars that maybe have car lashes too hehe.
