I read the 1 star negative reviews, and couldn't believe them complaining about Mr. Jung's attitude. Really? If he had bad manners and attitude, then why is his shop always packed with old time patrons? I think it's a little harsh to give 1 star because the place was busy due to "over flow of yesterday's work" and "something about him just did not feel right".......? Oh come on yelpers, if you want to give 1 star for a place, please have a more legitimate reason to do so. I hate seeing a good business getting slammed by unreasonable reviews like these. I personally recommend this place because it is an honest mechanic shop that offers terrific services at a reasonable price. While waiting for our car to be finished, I've witnessed several customers thanking Mr. Jung for the reasonable price. I've been to the shop several time in the last couple of years, and Mr. Jung was consistently courteous and friendly with his customers. I understand that going to a car mechanic can be a very frustrating experience. In most places, it usually takes very long, and the cost can be very damaging. But this shop is really not that bad compared to other mechanic shops I've been to. Just call ahead to make an appointment, and Mr. Jung will do everything he can to accommodate your needs. Even with negative reviews, this shop still has a 4 star rating. Why? Because the overwhelming majority of the customers were completely satisfied with the services and gave it 5 stars. I think it means something because It is really super rare to see a business getting only 5 stars & 1 stars on yelp. I bet you it is impossible to please those type of customers no matter what you do.

I drive 30+ miles to get my car serviced at this spot and there is a damn good reason for it…read more I've been introduced to this Precision Tune Auto Shop through an acquaintance of mine because I heard they are very honest mechanics. I have visited this shop twice to confirm my "car problems" that were reported on two separate occasions by Midas and Jiffy Lube, both of which gave me an estimated quote in excess of $1000. Both of these times, I came out of Precision Tune Auto Care with a $20ish charge for an oil change. Enough said. I'm really sick and tired of the scamming by car mechanics and to know that I'm at peace of mind when I go to this shop makes it well worth the trip to go out to Clinton to get my car serviced. As for customer service, recently, the owner's son, CJ, offered me food from the lunch he ordered for his employees (Pizza Hut) when I went in to get new brakes. Wow. What car center does THAT??!?!!! If I were to say anything negative.....it's that CJ may give "preferential" treatment to some customers. On my recent visit, a mother of a girl who came out on America's Next Top Model came to get her car serviced. Once CJ saw the model's pic in the mom's phone, he was in full gear: he chat her up like no other, opened the store door for her as she exited, opened her car door, and made 3 customers wait in line for 10 minutes while he chatted with her outside at her car. The daughter was smoking hot. YEP. Beauty goes a long way. YEP. Can't fault him for trying to score points with mum. YEP. Bah. Since he's a nice guy I'll be a bit understanding and let him get away with that one.
