After reading so many positive reviews about Sam's Auto Service, especially the ones mentioning Lopez and his honesty, I decided to give them a call. Lopez answered, gave me a fair ballpark estimate for replacing the engine mounts, explained the labor costs, and told me to bring it in. He even said that if it turned out to be the engine mounts, there was a good chance I'd have my vehicle back the same day. After inspecting my vehicle, he didn't try to sell me the repair I thought I needed. Instead, he called me and explained that my engine mounts were not the problem.
