Worst "Dealership" I have ever visited. Bait and Switch. Salvaged Titles. Junk-yard. Liar. Was looking for a honda civic 2010, ~50K miles, for ~8K, and called 30 min before he closed and was still available. I showed up at this sketchy ass place with sketchy ass broken down and/or nice looking cars, to find out that the car had been "sold" the night before, to find out that the so called sold car already had a licensed tag on it. on top of which, all the cars were all salvaged titles that had been touched up to look good... Absolutely terrible customer service!!!!! I don't even know where to start. I call this dealer at 930 am and he is half asleep mumbling and making it difficult to understand. I told him I wanted to buy a car this morning and could he please send me a carfax asap. He says no not till the afternoon. When I try to help him to see how serious I was and how pressed for time I was he cut me off and hung up on me! I'm begging him to help me buy his car and he hangs up on me. I'm in SHOCK! I've bought several cars from this lot and I have been happy with every single one I got. In my line of work as a courier I am constantly driving day in and day out and so I need a reliable car that can take on wear and tear. The type of cars that I need are the ones that take you from point A to B without any problems, I don't need any high end models or newer ones either. With that said this business is great for me as they deal a lot with salvage vehicles that are fixed up and good for the road again with a great price tag. My son purchased his '08 Acura TSX with about 75k miles from this business about 3 years ago and the car has been his pride and joy. He saved up from his job while still in school and we came here telling them what model, year he was interested in and they were able to purchase it from an auction, ship it over from TX, and then repair it to make it good as new! Fortunately the accident the car was in only did cosmetic damage to the front bumper and side fender so the repair needed was minimal and non-invasive. I'm thinking the prior owner had full coverage insurance and was given a replacement car and that's why he didn't get the car repaired himself, but I don't know. Anyways with all that the car came at an amazing price, partially because I am a frequent customer myself but also because they are already reasonable dealers. I usually deal with the owner, Mr. Majid, a tallish man who is very helpful and friendly. Regarding the prior review, yes it is a small office building and the lot mainly consists of gravel, but who cares? These are dependable, economical cars for the working man/woman or person looking for their first car with a low budget. Check this place out! Yikes. There's a reason why the prices are below market. You're visiting a little building with a gravel lot next to it... and the cars are basically junky pieces retrieved from accidents or whatnot and fixed up. The place only accepts cash. I test-drove a few cars, and all of them had obvious issues. A Toyota's back/side panel was popping up (probably not affixed properly after repair-- I could push it in so that it would "snap" into place), a Honda made noises in the engine as I drove it, and it was clear that most of the cars had panels replaced (= accidents) because you could see the paint job when examined more closely. The salespeople were not particularly sleazy or high-pressure, but it was insulting to be advised on driving basics (like using the turn signal as I approached the light)-- granted, I look young for my age, but it was patronizing. I doubt they would've done the same if I were a man. read more

Don't buy a car from import gallery in Clinton , MD. They are located off Alexander Ferry Road beside McDonalds. They sell pure JUNK! Then once you buy a car from this place and within days you start to have trouble he will not fix your car or give you a refund. He didn't care I was on side if 95 with my special needs 8 month old baby. The cars he sells are wrecks that they piece back together. Theses cars are not safe and your title will say salvage on it. If you don't believe me go see for your self . Just don't say you weren't warned about this place. Best of luck to you on finding a reliable car. read more

I brought a car from this lot in Dec. 2016. The car was a 2016 with 25,000 miles. At this time 1.5 years later I have yet to have any problem and have done nothing but change the oil. I paid 8200.00 out the door for a car that by my research should have been around 11,500 to 12,000 dollars. Yes, this dealer deals with some cars with salvaged titles, they told me that up front, which along with a low overhead is why they can sell at such a discount. On my test drive I took the car to my mechanic of 14 years. He put the car on a lift and pointed out to me everything that was replaced. After an hour he declared the car sound with no problems. He informed me this vehicle was fixed right with no shortcuts. I have since sent 4 friends/acquaintances to this dealer to see Matthew the owner. Everyone has been happy to get a vehicle with low miles and at a great price. Listen, I keep my cars and I drive them until the tires fall off. I don't car if something has been in an accident as long as it is fixed. The money I saved can be used for more important things then a car, such as my kids education. read more
