It took a while to get it completed but they were slammed (no pun intended) with work to say the least. Jeff's an MVP for that place, sincere and cares about his customers satisfaction. Jeff's amazing crew is second to none, they know their stuff and do high-quality work. My Hyundai had a noise after the work was completed (the cleaner noticed it and said something!!) and even though Jeff knew I was upset from it taking so long, he would not let the car go until his crew took a look at it again. I'm ultimately glad he made that call. He went above and beyond to satisfy me and in the end I'm glad I made the choice to take it there. After two hours, they told me that they wouldn't fix my car because there was no issue. The issue was cosmetic and it was a warranty issue from the Mazda corporation that Mazda would fix this cosmetic defect, this was not a recall. I decided to take my car somewhere else and after them taking a quick look I got a new part. I will not be recommending Lou Fouz to anyone I know.

My husband and I took 2 days off, went to several dealerships, and backed away from several dealerships when their ratings weren't great, they wouldn't allow us to get the car checked by our long-time car mechanic, AND THEN, when a well-known larger car dealership listed the car before they had checked it out, took our down-payment, and then realized that it needed over $10K of work, and they ended up selling it 'for parts - and we were left in a lousy situation'. We felt totally beat up and then found CROWN AUTOPLEX. They were kind, fair, generous, and very trustworthy. We ended up purchasing the car on the spot, with the inspection, emissions test, warranty, etc. in hand - and our daughter and I left the next day for an 800 mile road trip. Then a few days later I had to bring my vehicle back because the issue STILL wasn't fixed correctly and they charged me AGAIN for the same repair (so they triple billed me) and about a week later I ended up having to take it somewhere else. They kept giving me some BS excuse about cold weather freezing up my brake lines. Um... this isn't the South Pole. I NEED my car to STOP! The new place that I took it to said that they CHARGED ME to replace the ENTIRE brake line, but in reality THEY JUST PIECED my old lines, which caused my brakes to FAIL a week after they worked on them!!! I could have had a MAJOR ACCIDENT thanks to these asshats! Luckily, I was in my driveway when it happened or someone could have been seriously injured or worse. I'll never go back or recommend these idiots to anyone. You should seriously reconsider things if they're your preferred place, too.

I've had it serviced mostly here, and mostly because of my now-expired warranty. They are okay. Pros: they always wash your car for free after any service, even oil changes. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. When my engine had a malfunction, one of the reps looked up my power train warranty and got all my charges covered (was going to be $4,000!!!), unfortunately, he waited until after giving me the estimate (and a heart attack at the same time) to figure that out. I feel like they could have researched that prior. It's called customer service. This same thing happened again this week when I got my THIRD flat tire since owning this car. Luckily I purchased a 4 year tire warranty. I spent an entire day on the phone with them to make sure it was covered. They would have charged me $130 for the diagnostic if I wanted to take it elswhere to buy the tires. I guess when the Saturn buyout happened they lost their records, but it was a hot mess. Luckily, it worked out in the end. Major downfalls: they are expensive ($50 for an oil change after tax) and they close at 5pm. I am never off work at 5pm. Couldn't it be 6pm? really?
