He also fixed my front bumper that fell off (I had temporarily zip-tied it) due to hitting a cement parking block for no charge! The folks at Norm's were courteous and knowledgeable, I was givin an estimate that was really reasonable for the amount of work needed to fix the rat's nest of wires under my old Ford's hood. I dropped off the truck at 9am and it was ready to go by 2pm, I can't even find anyone on the west side who will do anything on the day you drop off your vehicle. My stepdaughter is delighted to have a reliable vehicle to get to work with, and I'm blown away at seeing my old beater be a reliable daily driver again. I took my car to Mikar for an estimate and was told that in fact, the $4500 portion of the repair the dealer mentioned isn't even wrong in my car! The issue in my car was a known Lexus part failure--you would think the DEALER would know about and look for that. I walked out with a repair bill of $1300 (had to replace my rear struts too but for half what dealer wanted to charge). Ted and Mike were awesome, super patient and explained all the issues. I will take my car here for ALL maintenance and any repair that comes up. Even my tires. Such a gem, and so close to home. If you need a great shop for German or Asian luxury vehicle repairs--look no further.

From the owner to the staff, everyone was profoundly professional, competent and left me feeling as if I dropped off a car costing 10x what mine does a moot point. As far as I am concerned if my vehicles can make it here that's where they're going. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience i had at Mikar. Give this shop a shot. And said we talked about the different possibilities as to why I was getting a check engine light, and we talked through the pricing of every step. I did end up needing A new oxygen valve, a full diagnostic, a cleaning of my mass airflow sensor, and five pins in the undercarriage. I felt confident when I checked out that I had gotten quality service and parts. Bill explained which parts would be of higher-quality, and not just purchased through AutoZone. The labor is expensive, but you have to understand that that's how they make any money. My car is running great now!

My daughter's Hyundai has lasted 14 years and survived almost 200,000 miles thanks to the great service at Westfield Automotive. One time, while repairing my Alfa Romeo, they noticed an oil leak in the front of the engine. This issue was not discovered by the Alfa Romeo dealership technicians during my last warranty visit with them.
