Just as I was leaving office the service writer said the charge includes a free complete vehicle inspection. ADDENDUM--with pressure from the bank and BAR, I was finally put in touch with the West Coast Honcho who arranged to have the bank credit by account. After working on the damages for 30 min, he actually made things noticeably worse. - The door was now two-toned and visibly off - There are new bumps and exposed drill holes in the plastic parts - There are drilled holes with screws jammed in, some completely open. - Worst of all the door is now misaligned with the car body He initially said he would come back to fix the damages, but after multiple attempts to schedule a time, I asked for a refund so I can have someone else properly fix the damages he had caused. He agreed to refund $300 which I NEVER received after MULTIPLE attempts of getting in touch with him. It's clear that this guy is dishonest and is actively scamming people.
