I don't leave reviews often, but after my experience today I felt inclined to validate all the other numerous 1 star reviews this place has. I paid almost $50 for the VIP. They really should think about renaming this wash. First off my car sat there waiting to be vacuumed for 40 mins. Once the vacuuming was done it went thru the washer then sat there for another 20 mins waiting to be half assed and handed off To me. I got a sorry for the wait from the guy who was very nice, and I don't know that it was his fault, but more the fact that there were only 2 guys I believe running the place. Even then there was 1 other car in front of mine. So all in all it took an hour and a half to get a half ass machine wash for my car. I had to finish the job once I got back to my sisters. First time coming to this location to get my car washed since I was around the block for an MRI, my car needed a cleaning inside and out. Looked up car washes and this one came up. It was literally around the block so I went to it to try it out and see how my car can get cleaner than what it was. Well they did a poorly job there were still dirt on the carpet, and my backseat was still full of dirt didn't vacuum it really well all they did was put more air to make it smell good and the washing was fairly OK. There's still a lot of dirty spots that I see on it. They could improve a lot and more detail into a client's vehicle. I would not go back to this location. read more

The experience started with me clipping a $6 off coupon off their website and being told they do not honor them because they were under new ownership. Then after a 2 hr wait I am greeted with a terrible job. i took my car to this shop on 06/17/2023 at 2:30 pm paid for the wash and waited over 45 min then i was surprised that it was taking too long, i approached the associate to find out what was taking so long, then i see someone drive my car out of the car. i realized my wipers are both missing i end up asking what happen to who did this both of the employees looking each other like they did know. i started getting mad than one of them ran inside the car and came back with my wipers, and also there was a dent on top of the car near the wipers i asked again who did this, who is the person that drove my car they looked at each other and no answer i went back the next morning to see the manager (Cedrick) he took pictures and told us to leave and come back when the owner (Hossain) is there then i went back I sent pictures of the invoice i got from Delair and the shop that they recommended, but since then i have been calling for few days in a roll to get the help they keep ignoring my calls or associate will pick up and tell me he is not there then i finally was able to speak with th owner on 6/23/23 1:45 pm he is refusing to do anything he said i will pay half of the amount and he said that my car is defective. i am so very upset because these guys are doing the same thing to everyone 99% of the customers had problems with this car wash. they damage the cars then they claim that the cars are defective. shame on you for treating the customers like this. please do not use this business read more

Don't EVER go to this carwash unless you want to risk car damage. I have lived in the Av for 18yrs and have always gone here as the carwash is down the street from my house. New management/owner is a nightmare. I took my car here over 4months ago for a carwash and the carwash attendant backed my clean car into a parked car. I couldn't believe my eyes. The men there onsite we're really helpful and gave me the managers contact information and I contacted him immediately. The manager/owner reassured me that my car would be repaired. It has been nothing but games with this man. I've contacted him several times. All I asked is my bumper to be repaired. I want to follow up on the review I wrote on 11/3/2022. After being jerked around and "ghosted" by this carwash and the owner and manager for six months, I decided to have my car fixed myself. Let me put this as bluntly as I can for anyone reading this review: if you care about your car and its paint job, do not go to this car wash under any circumstances! I just picked my car up from Telesis six months after this scratch happened. Between the scratch, the rental car, etc. I am now out almost $1500. I have never been more angry with a business in my life. I cannot believe that they got away with not only scratching my car and not helping me to fix it in anyway, but that they are even still in business with all of the bad reviews on here. I decide to check my Tacoma because I have a hunch they didn't change that either (i had brought it in a month before my van) AND ITS THE SAME OIL FILTER THAT I PUT IN TOO!!! WHY WAS THIS GUY CHARGING CASH?? WHY WERENT MY OIL FILTERS CHANGED IN BOTH VEHICLES?? WHY DOES MY OIL LOOK LIKE I NEVER CHANGED IT AT ALL?? I was just there to get my truck washed. No one was there to check me in. So I waited about 5 minutes then I went inside and she said he has two areas to cover but he'll be back. About 5 minutes later he came and wrote up my truck. I went in paid got my tip and went outside to wait. About 20 minutes later someone came out and said that the machine was not working and a hand wash would be $57. I declined and asked for a refund. When I went to get my truck they apologized again and said at least I got a free vacuum. I got in my truck and there was a bottle of windex on the passenger seat which I handed them. When I started to drive off I realized there was a big wet spot on it. They wiped it down and the manager said if it stains he'll shampoo it but what if it lightens my dark seat. We have loved going here for years. My husband would bring all his company trucks here too! Came to get a quick wash on our truck before the holiday weekend. I cleaned out all my husbands trash etc. so any easy vacuum. Took 40 minutes before they even ran any car through the wash. I got in and immediately saw the lighter cap cover on the passenger seat. Then the clip that broke on the floor. They tried saying they found it in the center tray (that had nothing) when they vacuumed. Ummm then how is the clip you broke on the floor when you vacuumed??? I was quoted $57.. 15 min later he returns my car but when I asked if he waxed it he says I sprayed it.. I explained I wanted a hand wax.. He said OH ok well that will be another $100. When I questioned another 100 he said 2 waxes are good for your car.. it's better for you.. I am a woman BUT not stupid. He then agreed to charge me another $40 for a hand wax. He took my car into a bay and pulled it out 10 min later.. I asked his assistant if a hand wax was complete he said No, as the manager approached us he immediately sent the assistant away. He kept saying I waxed it (a spray wax).. I told him I did not want ANOTHER spray wax, for an additional $40.. after I went back to the cashier to ask for the owners info he came back in and told the cashier to just give me a refund. She processed the refund and provided me a receipt for the transaction ( a credit to my debit card).. After 2 weeks, ample time for the refund to process, we called the office and spoke to Husien (Owner/ Manager).. He said we will not refund you, you have to bring your car back to get the service.. We've gone to this place for at least 10 years. Lately, the tunnel is always broken. Today they tried to charge me the price for a hand wash because the "tunnel is being renovated", don't lie it's broken as usual, or you don't feel like doing another car 45 minutes before you close. I called a few hours earlier to see if they were open Fourth of July. The answer was yes, but no mention of being renovated. The problem today is instead of charging me the price of the package I would have requested, they are going to try to charge me more for the hand wash. The last 3 times, I haven't got my car washed because something was wrong. 10 years of trusting then with our sportscars, I'm not sure I want to come back. *****CUSTOMERS BEWARE***** Husband came to this place for oil change for his big moving truck and he was working underneath his truck when noticed the oil filter wasn't changed at all. Unfortunately he had to leave that day when he noticed it and there was no time for him to talk to the manager and he had to drive all the way East Coast. And now he doesn't even know if they actually changed the oil at all until he gets back there and maybe do another oil change there. When you paid for service you expect it to be done without having to check under the hood to check if it was done. Lesson learned this time. We have to check everytime coz not a lot of people checks after oil change. I feel bad for those who doesn't have anybody to check them like seniors, women or kids who never worked on cars before. You think they get done then suddenly your car is not running well because they never changed the oil and problems in your car keeps coming up. Not coming back in this place again. This place has been my go to spot for oil changes for my Chevy diesel truck oil change and car wash used to cost $80 out the door!!! A decent wash was included with oil change not a bad price but now I returned and my bill was $104 there has been an increase in price is what the cashier told me I asked for a manager they took off five dollars I will no longer get my all changed here. I don't understand why these reviews are so bad. This car wash is the best in Palmdale! I got my Nissan Altima washed here. It's black, so i'm always trying out new car washes because it's absolutely difficult to remove the water stains. Yeah the place isn't very clean, but so what? It's a car wash! The place washes dirty cars. The carwash does need a little up keep, but I don't think people should expect anything fancy when it comes to the building, unless they want to pay big money to get a simple car wash. My wash cost a total of $19.99, which included shampooed seats, armor all on my dash board and tires, and air freshener! It was a pretty good deal! I wasn't pressured to get the most expensive wash at any point of being there, so there was no annoying upsetting. The customer service is great and all the workers are very helpful! I was greeted by most of the workers as I was sitting to wait for my car to be dried. It took about 20 minutes for my car to be washed, and it was worth the wait because they actually wash every inch of that car! Plus these men are in the blazing hot sun hand washing the cars. If you're in a rush to get a wash or don't care how great of a wash you get, then this place is not for you, because these men dedicate themselves to making sure you leave the building with a car looking like new! My Nissan was washed spotless clean and i saw not waterworks on the paint. I also checked the prices for an oil change, in case I ever wanted to go back, and the cheapest one was around $30, therefore I believe that's a reasonable price for an oil change, plus there's a car wash included. On my first visit, I personally didn't use the restrooms, and so I can't say if they were unsanitary or not. I did go into the store where the cashier was, and it was small, a few racks with merchandise and miscellaneous items. The store was clean, and I saw nothing dirty. What will make me go back to this car wash is not only the prices but the customer service and the way the workers handle the cars with care. I haven't been able to find a good car wash here in Palmdale, but I think I finally found my new favorite car wash! read more

This is my second time at this car wash. The people who work here are pleasant but the service is very slow. I have been here 35 minutes and my truck has not entered the wash. I went to check on the hold-up and another person waiting on their vehicle says he's been waiting for an hour and it still has not been pulled into the wash. After about 20 minutes of waiting I went inside to ask where I should go for the car wash. The man inside was like "wait by the vacuums, but I need to ring you up". I had been waiting and had already paid so I let him know that and that I had also pulled around and waited by the car wash as well and hadn't received any help! He is like "go to the back" I didn't know where the back was so I let him know where I already was and was asking if the back was somewhere else and he kept huffing and puffing like I was inconveniencing him. He was literally annoyed he had to look up from his phone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone off of that alone but after leaving my car was still covered in bugs. Ok for starters they were completely rude to me and my sister. We went here on Saturday the 12 to get her car wash. We left and went and ate lunch and when we got back in thought her car wasn't finished bc the drivers side door was left open. But I didn't see anyone around. We went in to pay we asked the cashier if they leave car doors open a lot. She replied yes we do that all the time. What? My sister asked her how long it had been open bc the overhead lights can drain the battery when the door is left open. She said. Oh not too long. We went to the car and they didn't vacuum it and there were water spots all over it. My sister had to turn the key a few times to get it to start! I came here for the reasonable oil change, and free car wash, but the oil change prices are getting out of hand. Up-sale for air filters seem to be a thing now (never bothered me about this before) and even the free car wash is not worth it. When I was there, they seemed to be stopping every car right in the middle of the wash cycle, so they're not covered in soap, or scrubbed by the brushes. Mine pretty much got a light mist of water, then brought out as if it was done being washed. My main purpose there was to get the oil change, and the car wash had taken so long that I was going to be late for work, so I just told the guy to finish what he could and I was done.
